I have came to this location a couple of times throughout the years. I got the plate which was two two entrees and your choice of rice, chow main, or steamed rice. My entree choices was the beef and broccoli and the orange chicken my favorite with the fried rice as my base. In addition, to my plate I got the vegetable egg rolls which was really good. My reason for taking a star off was the unorganized way or ordering. If you come in the side door, you naturally would go straight to the cafe part to order, but you have to walk around and get in line to order that way. Easy mistake to make but in my opinion it needs to be more organized. Next time, I will just come in from the front door and not the side door. P.S. This location still sucks. I visited for the first time in 4 years after having two bad experiences and they still don't have there stuff together. I placed our order online. One was correct but the veggies, according to my husband were not good. He felt that they were old after seeing my plate. My order was wrong, so it was prepared as I stood there waiting while my husbands food got cold. Now, all of my food, veggies included, were fresh and it was delicious. But even though I asked for no pineapple in my Firecracker chicken I still received more pineapple than chicken. I don't like paying for what I want and not getting it. l frequent the Morrow location occasionally and the last two visits there, l noticed a disturbing habit. The servers and cashiers alternated duties handling money and serving food without gloves. On one visit a customer ahead of me complained and the server did put on a pair of gloves. Today, on my visit there, l noticed the same thing and asked the server to don a pair of gloves and she complied but took them off once l was served. l asked the cashier if there was a policy for Panda Express employees to wear gloves, and she arrogantly replied, " it is optional"! The only positive is the food and the only reason I still got my plates is because it was a long day and I wanted something quick. Literally every employee here is clueless! How do you see customers in line and not greet them or say "I'll be right with you!" There were three people in front of me, one person at the register, one person picking their meal and a person still waiting. Meanwhile you had an employee wiping down the counters over peoples plates, lifting the glass from the customer side and wiping it down and pacing around the restaurant. Say what you will about Panda Express, but this place hit the spot. It was exactly what I expected: fast Chinese-ish food. The place was clean. Fast. The vegetables were very fresh, and came right from the stove. I had the Orange Chicken, clearly a crowd pleaser. WARNING: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY @ THIS LOCATION This location is the absolute WORST. Hours of operation say they are open from 1030am-930pm. I placed an online order for my family of 5 @ 843pm and a confirmation email came through and said our order would be ready by 915pm. We were about 20 mins away and were only going to this location because it was on our way home from the city (we live in McDonough). When we arrived @ 902pm they informed us that they did not have anymore food and that we could come back the next day to pick up our order. Excuse, WHAT!? I told the employee that that was not an option because of where we lived and they had no other solution for us. They informed us that they could not give us a refund because the manager was not there. Again, WHAT!?!! They tried and I tried calling the manager to get the situation resolved, and received no response. So, I had to leave without my refund, which was not ideal. I had to settle for waiting until the next day to speak to the manager. And, although the girls working were not rude, they really did not care to put in any extra effort into helping us. They just continued cleaning like we weren't even there. It was 910pm by this time and 5 more people came in after us trying to pick up orders they placed online as well, and they received the same response, "we don't have anymore food; come back tomorrow." One of the customers said that she placed her order 2 hours prior to her arriving. I really hope those other people take the time to write a review as well; as this location deserves no more than 1 star. I don't know what authentic Chinese food taste like but Panda Express is pretty satisfying whether it is authentic or not. I usually get the chow mien because in my opinion, the fried rice is very dry and crusty. It's probably because the rice is undercooked. The service is friendly and the environment is very welcoming. The food is usually fresh and never cold. Some of the meats might be a little too sweet for my liking but nothing is too greasy, which is a plus! They also have options to order online and pick up if you want to skip the line! However sometimes the order does not go through so you end up waiting anyway.
