I saw the 2.7 stars and nearly didn't go here. I'm glad I looked at the reviews and saw that most of the issues were from people who sat in the drive thru. We went INSIDE and it was a great experience. There's only a couple of people working inside so they're split between the interior guests and the drive thru. I didn't wait long and they made my bowl. I was seated quickly. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, and everyone was friendly. It's not fine dining, it's Panda Express but this location wasn't bad at all. The drive thru might be slow, I can't really say but I had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone in the area. read more

The service is terrible, they take too long to deliver the order, they don't know how to organize themselves to deliver the order on time, the person waits more than 15 to 25 minutes to receive the order, this isn't the first time, it's the third time this has happened. read more

Worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Im doing a remodel close by at nights so its the only thing open at 9pm. They ALWASY put so much rice or chow mein on my plate and barley any of the entrees I chose. It's actually comical at this point I tried asking them not to do that and they do it anyways. Today they made me wait 28 mins after ordering in the drive thru and when I got to work I realize they gave me the wrong entree and once again a cartoonishly small portion. I think the manager is training them to give half portions because there is no way. If your reading this pleas for the love of everything good make changes. Also the teenagers that you get to run your store are poorly trained and kind of rude. read more

Panda Express should be really weary of operating a restaurant that runs this slow. The food is typical Panda Express, and that's definitely comforting. The issue was the wait time. I stood in line for almost 45 minutes at this location yesterday. They run the online orders and the drive through almost as a priority to the people waiting in line. I have the Panda Express app and eat and at locations in Texas all the time. I normally wouldn't bash this place for a one off experience when they were busy, but this was an extreme example. Missing order items. Didn't realize tell I drove 20 mins home. Then when I call they say they will give me a side of chow mein the next time I come in . Why tf would I go back just for a side of chow mein. And to drive there and back would be 40 mins. I'd pay more in gas than what it's worth. If you work fast food it's not that hard to check the box. She stated she would let the staff know yet sat at the table writing and talking to an employee to check for something but didn't mention to have her look into the rice. As a newish resident we've been here about a dozen times. Always greeted upon entry, always served hot food. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes when an entree is low but that only means they're making a fresh batch, which is a win!! When I asked about the missing drink, I was told by the rude woman in the window that she didn't charge me for it, so it didn't matter if I wanted one, I could go inside and pay for it. From the female who took my order (drive through) who sounded annoyed to have to take my order, to the food, even the dang soda, garbage all! Rice chow mein had no flavor, the chicken and Kung pao was a very small portion, almost all vegetables and no meat, the egg rolls were burnt and the soda (Diet Coke) tasted like I don't even know what! Probably haven't cleaned the nozzles in weeks. What a waste of $20 bucks. The dog ate the rice, but she, you know, licks her own butt, so I guess it's a step up. Ordered on 4/20/21 at 6:47 pm. My family and I love to eat from here. I have no problem with the service most of the time. Although some of the workers here love to act as if they're higher than you. Like to act conceited. They are so inconsistent. Sometimes they are spot on and everything is great. Other times the food is tasteless. Horrible. Fried rice that tastes like it just came out of the water... orange chicken that taste off... or they send you off with no sauce for the teriyaki chicken, no soy sauce... you can't just run back to the restaurant... we didn't go for a long time... I did groceries n I did the drive through for a quick 1 a single bowl of orange chicken there were two cars ahead of me and it took a while to get to the window. Once I got to the window they took my money and told me to pull around front were the customers that were ahead of me had to do also call after about 10 almost 15 minutes sitting in a parking lot knowing my milks gone bad and my freaking chocolate melting all the groceries in my trunk now it's not even worth my time to come here, so I got mad I got out the car went back in and demanded my money back and that took an arm and leg. I am so disgusted with this and I don't recommend anybody goes here probably fake chicken anywhere grown in a laboratory. I'll bet money on it. read more

8:30 PM on Presidents Day (holiday?!?!...really?) and after a glorious day in Death Valley looking for vegan in Pahrump, NV. It's like looking for the proverbial needle. Thai and other potential restaurants all closed. So Panda Express is the best of a bad lot. Then we're told at the counter there is no tofu at this location and no more brown rice one hour before closing and there is no vegetable medley available right now but... we can cook some in a few minutes.
