Absolutely ridiculous. Been here three times now and everytime has been absolutely ridiculous. Beyond me how the meat all looks like it was from different times in the day. My rice was pure mush and appeared to be leftover from the day before. The meat wasn't even chopped up, just looks like someone truly said screw this and threw it all in a bowl. The quality of these ingredients feels like a day old order. The entire order took less than 35 minutes to get to me. NO WAY this is acceptable Response to owner: I'll never waste my money here again. If you replace what I ordered I'd try at your cost, not mine. I've been passing here for quite some time, today I was kinda hungry, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the junior steak bowl. Service was very fast. The steak was cold and pretty tough. I took it back and ordered the orange chicken. It was fresh and hot. Pretty crunchy on a bed of white rice with some very tiny pieces of chicken mixed in. Not much veggies, one small piece of broccoli and the rest soft and hard cabbage. The chicken was very small. The taste was pretty good, small portions. When we first came here we loved this place. The last 2 times now we have been served nothing but disappointment. Tonight was the worst. Instead of thinly sliced beef cooked terriaki sause with vegetables and rice we got HUGE cuts of beef not cooked in any sause. No seasoning at all. Tasteless. The vegetables look day old and also not cooked in any sause. A fraction of the food that we normally get. Just really disappointed. They raised the prices and lowered the quantity and quality of the product. We won't be back. I refuse to spend $35 + $5 tip for crap food. There are better options out there. Update: today my husband was sick most of the day with many trips to the bathroom. Thus confirming that the food was not OK. If the business hadnt provided the same canned AI-ess response they give everyone, it might be different. But with the horrible food and food poisoning, we won't ever be back to this one. read more

I used my iPhone 17 plus to attempt to order a meal from the local store in Pahrump, NV. It merely loaded the splash page only and wouldn't do anything else.I deleted the app and reinstalled it with the same results. I used my windows desktop to make the order which worked fine. When I went to the store to pick up the order I mentioned the problem to the person at the pickup. She told me that they're not responsible for app problems. So I took the time to do them the favor of letting them know about it. During the order, I was surprised by the expense of two meals for the wife and I, so I cancelled my order. I picked up wife's which she loved, and went to Burger King for mine. read more

This is in the Walmart shopping center right next to Denny's. Last year there was a teriyaki ninja store there that wasn't open for long. I'm glad that something replaced it. The food here is a solid alternative to many other fast food options. It's a great addition to Pahrump. We got an orange chicken bowl with veggies and fried rice and a chicken breast bowl with veggies and noodles. We also got chicken potstickers. Both bowls lacked a little flavor, but to me, my teriyaki bowl was better than Panda Express which is also in the same shopping center. My husband however said he would prefer Panda over his orange chicken bowl. The potstickers were fine. Our order was was enough for us and the 2 small kids. I would love to go back and try out there spicy chicken next time. read more

Picked up a order of spicy chicken and noodles and salmon and rice.. my spicy chicken & noodles were so dry, I could eat it, it was terrible.. my hubby said his was pretty good, just a little dry... I don't care for soy sauce or the sauce it came with. And I don't feel I should have to put lots of sauce on it for it to not be that dry...I tryed to add sause but that didn't help.. read more

What a great experience I had at teriyaki madness today. I met with Samantha and she couldn't have been sweeter and more helpful. I would recommend going there 100% of the time when she's there to greet you she was personable professional conscientious, and she wears all hats. She was restocking she was cleaning cleaning she was was helpful with the menu items. It was a wonderful experience. Go by and see her. She should get a bonus. read more

12/5/23, 6:18pm, Pahrump NV location I ordered 2 large bowls, one with all noodles (the other with half rice and half noodles). The cashier named Ch******* informed me that they're unable to do 1/2 rice, 1/2 noodles. I told her that I'm a bit surprised at I've never heard anyone say no to this simple request (and common request). I then told her perhaps there's a reason for this so I asked her does she know why. She said no. I paid and then she asked me if I was having a bad day. I responded with I'm not having a bad day. I'm just wondering why you can't do a simple procedure. I'm sure there's a reason and I'll ask the manager tomorrow and go on-line. Perhaps Ch******* was the one having a bad day to have such an inappropriate response. In my opinion, she was indirectly calling me a b**** and was intentionally trying to embarrass me for asking a question. When I got home, I called 3 other Teriyaki Madness (2 Las Vegas and 1 Henderson) and they all said "it's no problem to get 1/2 rice, 1/2 noodles". So I'm left with wondering if the staff misunderstood my order or the Franchise owner misunderstood that this can be done. Ch****** needs improvement on customer service and needs to be taught what is appropriate and inappropriate to say to customers. If she can't refrain from making a sassy comment, she should have called a manager to better explain to me. I took stars away from the review to ensure both staff and owner understand that customer service is just as important as how the food taste. The customer service in this place is the best always! The two girls who waited on me the other day were above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness!
