Bizarre place that's also capable of making delicious food. Somewhere between 3-3.5 stars. It's behind a gas station, which made us think we took a wrong turn. The inside is eclectically decorated. And the waiter periodically appeared to ask us random questions like our favorite flowers. They were out of onions when we visited, which was perfect for me (I hate onions!) but seemed odd for a Thai restaurant. It took about an hour for our food to arrive, even though they weren't busy when we arrived, so by the time we were eating everything tasted extra good. The beef jerky was likely the best thing, and it came with some kind of seasoned sauce that was also tasty. My drunken noodles were perfectly spicy, and it seems like they can alter the spice level appropriately for various tastes. The beef in the drunken noodles was really well-cooked. Would recommend if you have some time to wait, aren't too hungry when you arrive, and are open to an eclectic place. read more

First of all, the prices listed on their website, and on Yelp are not accurate. All of the dishes listed as $9 or $9.95 are 18.95 or $19.95. We ordered the Drunken Noodles, they were more of a fettucine noodle than a true Thai flat noodle. We ordered with Pork. You could barely find a sliver of pork here and there in the dish. So to the point of the prices being more than double what is advertised online in multiple places, the food was not 'authentic' at all, and their was little to no protein (pork). Description was 'spicy', it was not at all, it was quite flavorless, my husband had to ask for soy sauce to flavor it up a bit.. As far as ambiance, I do not appreciate having to sit on 'shredded' plastic seating on the booths. It's disgusting to sit in something like that in 100 degree weather when you are wearing shorts. I was hoping for a nice quality Thai meal, I would say this was not even close. I will be honest here-- I did not even get the chance to try the food. I come from a Thai family (my Grandpa is from Thailand and came to the States when he was 9) so I was really excited to try the food. Looking at the reviews--the food looked awesome. I travel from over an hour away and am mostly in Pahrump for groceries, etc., and treat myself while I'm in town. I walk into the restaurant with my partner and his brother, and we do not see a "wait to be seated" or "please seat yourself" sign, so we go towards the left where it looks like theres a pay window. We are looking around when the Server/Owner tells us to sit down. We didn't hear him at first, because he was talking from inside the kitchen, so he had to repeat himself. We seat ourselves and he follows us to our table. All the while saying "yes thats the right way! Very good!" Once we sit, he says "welcome to my restaurant where you can just get high and look around" (he then proceeds to look around sarcastically) His tone was really rude. He set down our menus, I said hello in Thai (to which he responded--after staring at me like I just peed in his booth- HOLA) he then walked away. Did not take our drink orders, did not say anything else. Based off this alone-- as a young (21 F) person dressed casually (which is what kind of restaurant this is, according to apple maps,) I was instantly treated with disrespect. I intended to create a new favorite local restaurant. Instead, I was very upset to the point of crying. Why should I be treated like this because im not dressed to the nines at your restaurant?) The food was absolutely Incredible!!! The food and sauces were delicious, the service was amazing and the food was very hot and fresh. Definitely a 5 out of 5 here!!!
