I took one sip and almost gagged at the taste. My frosty was also dripping and overflowing and made my car sticky and dirty. There was also no communication between them and almost had me pull forward when my order was "ready" and then proceeded to make me wait for another 5 minutes. Never coming back. P. S. Did I mention my cookie was burnt?

I submitted feedback through the app immediately and still haven't received a response or refund after more than a day. Order #919818. At minimum, I expected basic communication and accuracy. As it stands, I can't recommend using mobile ordering at this location.
