We said our order clearly, the worker said the order wrong 3 times and "couldn't hear supposedly", had to take someone else's order along beside ours like it's double time day. Terrible experience. Went through the drive-thru with my bf and his friend. Ordered our food, drove up to the window and waited. Made an order online. They forgot 2 orders of Bejing beef. I tried to call and let them know I'd be back and no one answered, so I hung up after 8 rings. I went back up there and waited in the drive through AGAIN and waited for 20 minutes. I asked if they'd make my dinner again and they said no. The kid told me, "Maybe we could have if you called." I told him I DID call and no one picked up. Then I said my food is probably cold sitting at home. He said, "Oh, you would have had to bring it back up here." Wait a minute now... you already said no, so what does it matter if I brought it back up here or not? Then I asked if I was going to get a fresh order, or the one they forgot to give me? The worst location I have been to. Servicer was nasty and racially stereotyped me. Other None persons of color were not treated the way I was. The amount of food received after ordering more was not what I received. The counter was not clean . This was my third time trying this place and every time there is a problem. For example food not cooked have to wait around at 3pm rush for mom's trying to feed kids after school. And the worst was trying to charge for food they didn't even have. Always super stingy with sauces and very petty. I'll ask for 3 soy sauce and they will literally not give me any and instead give me 10 packs of chili sauce to be dicks. Their rolls typically come with sauce, can't even get that. Don't even get me started on this crap that I put in my mouth today. Horrible experience! Half of the entrees were empty, one employee asked for someone to get more fried rice (3X) and no one moved, teenagers just standing around talking to each other. The food was luke warm and not hot. The storage closet was wide open with no one using it because every tabletop and seat was dirty. The women's bathroom toilet had not been flushed and paper towels all over the floor with none in the holder. It was 4:30pm- this should be the time to make sure everything is ready and CLEAN for the dinner crowd coming in. If I was the manager or GM I would definitely be checking the cameras to see what exactly I'm paying those employees to do. read more

I usually love Panda Express but the last three times I've been there, in dspite of the friendly and courteous help, the food has been way below par. Two weeks ago, I got Black Pepper Angus Steak without a single piece of meat in it. The time before, I got Kung Pao chicken that was almost all zuchini. Last night, I ordered Broccoli Beef and every single piece of broccoli was a fat tough stem piece. The Chow Mein noodles were so stiff and tough that they were inedible. I'm done. I'll go into restaurants and wait for my order. And I'll probably pay less. This place is ruining the reputation of all the other Panda Express restaurants. read more

They just cannot, with a huge staff, come close to getting food out in less than 30 minutes at 430, forget suppertime or lunch. If you take anything that is made, you can get out faster. Inside central mall, in and out in 5 minutes for outstanding bourbon chicken and killer veggies. read more

If I could pick no stars I would. The last 5 times I've been there have been horrible. The 2 of the 5 times I arrived around 8pm-8:10pm & they say they don't have a lot of the items on the menu that I want on my plate. I ask why and the answer is because they aren't going to be cooking anymore food for the night which obviously is BS and them being lazy since they close way later in the night. A 3rd time was as I waited in the parking lot after ordering in the drive through and had to go back in and get my correct order remade since they handed off my order to someone else and gave me someone else's... the 4th time they gave me a plate that had one of the sides with no noodles and the other side missing as well. the 5th time was not even answering on the drive through 45 minutes before they close, why? Because when I drove up to the window beeping and knocked on the drive through window they said they are out of food and aren't going to cook anymore food... this place is either really anxious to close or management really hates them making and throwing away any extra food they make by closing time. Either way the customer is the one not being thought of here and not being served food like I should. The food was ok tonight but when I went to get my fork and my ice for my water what a disaster! Not a single fork or straw,the ice machine only spit out two cubes of ice, the carpet in front of the fountain drinks was soaked and sticky syrup all over the floor. I went to the counter and told the cashier so he gave me a fork so he was great. A short time later the young lady who was in charge came out to the tables to ask if I needed anything.....needless to say she got a kind war full. I told her I worked in food service for many years and there's no way I would've ever went out into my lobby if my fountain area was so filthy and looked so bad like hers did. I told her before she went out and spoke to any customers she should have looked around the restaurant and cleaned up the place stocked it and made it presentable. I also explained to her that I live in the community and that they are new here and from what I've heard from my friends and neighbors the feedback has not been good on service and quality of food from this establishment so they really need to up their game because this is a small community and work and spread fast and small establishments like this can be closed out quickly because of bad service and poor food quality. I simply told her that I was trying to help them because I knew they were new in the community and I know that the manager who I've spoken to in the past is very concerned about making this restaurant succeed so I'm just trying to help them along. read more
