Nara is very clean and has fast service, you can choose to order online, at the counter, or from a kiosk. The food was pretty decent it did make my stomach hurt though. Portions are HUGE, my partner and I both got our own bowls, if we return we will definitely share one. read more

Pleasantly surprised to find this Ramen shop in Findlay, Ohio. Ramen bowels were tasty and straightforward. Eel rice bowl was a disappointment, not worth of its value and taste. The rice was overcooked with very little eel which was trenched in this awful sweet sauce. I'd not recommend to get this dish at all. The restaurant was clean. Driving up I-75 between Lima and Perrysburg, we made a stop in Findlay for Japanese food. Our usual favorite, Japan West, was closed since it was Sunday, but we'd read online about Nara Ramen, which was open at 11:00 a.m. We ordered the miso ramen with an extra bowl so we could split, plus an order of gyoza. The ramen portion wasn't immense, but with the gyoza certainly sufficed for a quick traveling lunch. The ramen was excellent - and well-priced (as was the gyoza.) A nice addition to the Asian fare in this surprisingly international small town cuisine. And the young man behind the counter was exquisite. read more

I'm leaving this review hoping to get someone's attention. The food is good! That's not the issue. There's a big issue with the service of this place though: on the point of sale system it asks for a default tip of 20/25/30% tip. This is absurd. You order and the counter. Announce the number for the order and customer comes to the counter to pick up their own food. This is really unacceptable. Also, please, please tell the workers to STOP SPRAYING THE TABLE CLEANING SPRAYS SO CLOSE TO PEOPLE'S FOOD. My meal was half-sprayed with cleaning products before I could even pick it up off the front counter. I changed my review to three stars because one star isn't fair -- the FOOD is actually extremely good. The ramen honestly gets better with every visit. Changed my three star review to five stars because they changed the POS tip to more reasonable percentages. read more

I wish there was a way to taste this zero stars. I'm not sure why anyone would ever rate this 5 stars. I guess if all you've ever eaten is maruchan instant ramen, sure this is elevated. I recommend saving your money and just add a very, very (almost non-existent), tiny portion of meat to your instant ramen with an overcooked hard boiled egg. This place is not worth the money. As far as service, tonight I was picking up my wife's dinner which she ordered because she works nights at the hospital. They told her it would be ready by 8. Then they updated it as I was sitting in the car outside the restaurant at 8 and said 8:21 pm. I walked in exactly at 8:21. The girl at the counter seemed to panic when I showed her the screenshot. She went back and came back out and lied to me and said the order just arrived. I waited 15 minutes in the restaurant and lost my dinner reservation due to their incompetence. They will never see another penny from me or my family. I will also let everybody I know what I think of this place. read more
