It's Panda Express. They are in the malls. Low expectations? Me too. Went for an early lunch around 11am and they were out of a lot of their entrees. I know they open at 10am but it made me feel like the little bit of sweet and sour chicken that was in the warmer must have been left from the day before. Why would there only be 4 little pieces an hour after opening? Other than that the food that we did have was good. Firecracker chicken is a little spicy. Steamed white rice was clumpy. Orange chicken was good. Mandarin chicken was ok. Restaurant area is nice. It's the same building that Boston Market was in so it's not a dump. It will be a nice lunch option but nothing to get excited about. read more

My family really loves Panda Express.. never do we spend less than $45 each visit. The cooks are amazing because when the food is stocked it's good hot and fresh, steak and shrimp are soft like butter. Here's the problem.. not sure if this lady is a manager? I think her name is Sandra? However, maybe she's just overwhelmed because we are such a big family and we order around six meals plus sides? Maybe she just doesn't want to be bothered but this woman absolutely shows her attitude the minute we walk in. I hate to say no when the family votes Panda for dinner however; dining there (take out) minimum 5x or more per month, the long drive because like I said the cooks are awesome when the items are full on the buffet, even we don't mind waiting for the food to be cooked, but this lady whom we only know from the Miller Parkway Panda Express absolutely makes the worst experience for each and every one of my family as they order. We are conscious of such a large group and try to be as considerate to the staff especially complementing everyone who cook the delicious food. I hate to stop going to our favorite place but it looks like that may be a reality unfortunately. In this economy, the value of dining out should come hand in hand with a decent experience for people who go out of the way to shop or buy from stores and restaurants. So in closing I'll just say I'm at an impasse to choose between excellent food or deal with a major attitude each and every time we visit. read more

I love that this place has fresh vegetables and you can see them make the food. The sauces all taste like they come from a jar, but they are really good. I enjoy the firecracker chicken and the chicken with green beans. The fried rice looks like it would be good, but it is bland and a little dry. The skinny little noodles are pretty good and I get those instead of rice. The steamed vegetables are a nice option if you're feeling guilty about having the crown jewel, orange chicken, The orange chicken is sweet and fried, and it is one of those dishes that almost everyone gets when they come here to eat. read more

The food is good despite you always have to wait for it even though it is just sitting there. Orange chicken is probably their best seller yet they don't cook it in a high volume. It would make sense. I give 2 stars because of the service. It has gone down hill. It honestly gets worse and worse with every visit. Despite time of day, drive thru times are awfully long for it being a "fast food" place. Most likely because they are cooking orange chicken so you have to wait. Once you get inside to order, it seems like all the employees are only focusing on drive thru orders. I started my ratings with 5 stars, But once I placed my order tonight the stars started immediately dropping!. I go for Dinner tonight and the restaurant was out of Vegetables, at the prime hour of dinner. The restaurant was pretty busy and the staff seemed not at all bothered by it, meaning they were playing more so than communicating to staff what's available and what isn't. They had very long wait time for their Entrees. I feel like this place has gotten so much worse after some apparent management changes over the last 5-8 months. This place is frequently out of items all the time. Never go within 30 minutes of the store opening as half of everything hasn't been made yet. Lunch hour rush seems to be poorly planned. Went here last evening and half of the courses were empty. When this location first opened it was great but has since gone way downhill. We wanted noodles and told they were out, like really?!? Let me start by saying that I used to visit this Panda Express location frequently. I've always been impressed by the fullness of the trays and the freshness of the food. The generous portions are also a plus. I typically go for the triple entrée (orange chicken only) with the fried rice. It's almost enough to satisfy my endless hunger, a hunger that I've felt ever since leaving my childhood home in Manitowoc County. As I grew up, I struggled to understand the void that I felt inside. Something was missing. I made several trips to my childhood home as an adult just hoping to find the answers that I so desperately needed. Alas, those answers continued to elude my grasp. Recently, an old friend of mine wrote me with some unexpected news. She recently moved back to Wisconsin after a messy divorce from her husband of 14 years in Illinois, and just happened to stumble upon this Panda location when taking a drive to refamiliarize herself with the area. As so many of us do in this wonderful age of nearly limitless information, she turned to Yelp in search of a helpful review about this Panda Express. That's when she came across a review from a user named Mr. M. He wrote of his experiences with a young girl named Betsy in Manitowoc County. The details described by this Mr. M led her to believe that I was the Betsy in the review. When I finished reading her message, I collapsed to the ground in disbelief. I remembered everything. I remembered the decadent spring rolls that my mother made for us. I remembered the smile on his face when I showed him how to use his chopsticks. Everything. I rushed to my computer. My hands trembled clumsily over the keys. I found the Panda Express location on Miller Park Way and carefully scanned the page for my Mr. M. Came to the establishment 30min before they closed and they had all of the outside doors locked, I had an online to-go order so I continued to stand outside in 20 degree weather and knock as they ignored me as if I wasn't there. Finally another customer that was LOCKED INSIDE left the building and they told me they were "closed" even after I told them I had an online to-go order. After them finally finding my order on the shelf, a shelf which had 3 other what looked like to-go orders on it, and acting as if it wasn't made, I received the order as I watched 5 other people pull on the doors to be let inside. When going to leave I walked to another locked door and not a single employee offered to let me out of the building so I had to unlock it myself. As I left the building I watched all the young girls inside laugh and party about the fact that they thought they were getting away with closing early, even though they had someone, who quite frankly looked homeless, eating at a table inside. I have had many other bad encounters with this exact location, including them refusing to cook me food they didn't already have made even though I came in one hour before they closed. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Seriously horrible experience and I will not be returning. Drove 15min out to get this order and take it home as to not bother them with eating inside, checked the food in the car and it was cold after I received it since the entire process took so long. I have am at a loss as to where to even begin. I suppose I can start with saying that it is completely ridiculous that it took the employee working the drive-thru 10 minutes to take the simple order of the car in front of me... However after pulling forward later to retrieve my order only to see the employees behind the counter playing on their cell phones, it's starting to make sense. All that aside, I understand paying an "up-charge" for ordering something with shrimp. What I don't understand is why I payed $1.75 more for shrimp, and received a grand total of 4 pieces in my meal. I also do not understand why you advertise brown rice when 4 out of 5 times I'm told they're "out" of it. One can only assume that if you're "out" of something an hour after the restaurant opens, someone simply did not make it. This would have been nice to know when I placed my online order ahead of time, as I was expecting to receive what I actually ordered. Aside from its convenient location to my office, this establishment has nothing to offer. I will not be recommending or eating here again. read more

Food is very good for a fast food place. Love to come here. But more importantly the bathrooms are very clean, says a lot about the kitchen.

of all the panda express restaurants we have gone to this one is the best as far as cleanliness, friendliness, and amounts of food given. you do have to wait for food at certain times but if you get there before the rush there is plenty of choices and the displays are full. read more

Today Panda Express opened late again. The food wasn't ready. I was spoken to in a nocustomer friendly way by the manager on duty. As I was leaving the same manager on duty started speaking loudly in non English. Too bad she didn't know I could understand her. MY only regret was I didn't record her. I didn't order today and I won't be returning. My drive through wait time has always been longer than 15 minutes. read more
