Food too greasy, steak tough and egg shells in food. the food taste has changed especially with my usual order chicken egg for young moo guy GI pan, pepper steak, fried rice, and chow main. I was chewing on small egg shells in my egg foo young!! Totally DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTING!!! The quality and taste of the food has really went down. Milwaukee just cannot get fresh, good tasting, americanized Chinese food down. Sadly. It's one of my few complaints of living here.

I have been craving Chinese food for awhile now so I looked at my bookmarks to see if a new place was around and still open and this place is. The place is in a strip mall with plenty of parking and C19 had them walling off half of the restaurant and its has no seating so take out only. The menu has all the usual suspects and a lunch special menu that you can build with all the option. I ordered the Mongolian beef lunch special with chicken fried rice and a shrimp egg foo young because that's one of the options. My food came quick and I was off. The shrimp egg foo young was a small patty covered in gravy and very weird because it had no bean sprouts but an unidentifiable light colored chunks of something that had the texture of a carrot, it did have three not super small shrimp and chunky onions in them. The Mongolian beef had a nice ratio of beef vs veggies with tender beef but very average. The chicken fried rice had slivers of chicken in it but it was tasty because it had that grilled flavor of like a seasoned wok so it was not bland like lots of lunch special fried rice. overall it's a solid lunch special but nothing blow you away and average so I would definitely go back for more of the menu. read more

Order from here when craving fast food American Chinese food. It's by no means cream of the crop. But it hits all the american-chinese fast food notes. Quick, tasty and no frills. Tip: call your order in and just pick up. They tend to get busy during lunch/dinner hours so if you walk in there might be a wait. The food quality has improved a little bit since my last review. The amount you receive for the price is really reasonable. We always have leftovers. highly recommend the orange chicken, sesame chicken, and the egg rolls. The Singapore mei fun is hit or miss-sometimes seasoning is quite gritty and unpleasant. Beyond all that, fast delivery and the drivers are very friendly. The card reader is a bonus because we don't always have cash and the delivery fee isn't bad. read more

Ordered shrimp fried rice. Where's thee shrimp?? There were 3 more sitting on top when I first opened upon getting home. The Small serving was $7.95. Normally I just let things slide so I decided to return to complain. A young lady was there and I told her there were only 3 shrimp on top, they spoke in their native languageright in front at the cash register. A younger man then asked me to pour it out of the original container into a flat container . I did so and took the attached picture. He said they would make more shrimp. Not bad American-Chinese food. A take out joint with two small tables maybe only one meant for customers. I had some time to kill, missed lunch, between two places and this was on the way. Big plus, the food was fast. Egg rolls and egg foo young weren't bad at all, service was okay in spite of me coming in the middle of a big argument (all in Han so I had no idea of what the argument was about). I was very impressed that the ongoing kerfuffle did not in any way impede my food order, plus I'm amused and entertained by other people arguing especially in a language I can't comprehend. Pick up order by phone within 5 minutes it was ready. Shrimp fried rice, shrimp egg foo young and shrimp egg rolls. Food was fast, tasted fresh and hot. The restaurant is divey and located in strip mall. We were hungry, tired and close. I wish the egg rolls were a little crispier, I wish there was some green onion and bean sprouts in the egg foo young. All in all it's about what's expected. Priced about right. I've ordered from this place several times over past year, and find the food tasty, hot, well prepared. While not the best Chinese food I've ever had, it's the best delivered, I've ever had. I'd give 5 stars except I'm writing this review with a complaint. I called in order this evening and instead of getting typical one 2-liter bottle of soda, I ordered two 2-liter bottles. Added extra for tip for this, and of course taxes go up a bit with that. They came and forgot 2nd bottle and offered price of bottle in return instead. I said I wanted the soda, they said no. I then called restaurant for my first time ever outside of placing an order, and they too said no, money back only and only what bottle costs. Like I'm going to tip as much as I did for shorting the order?? Had they gone up just a couple dollars in the refund, I'm not even posting this. But they do still get 4 stars since I'm a fair person, even if their customer service isn't all that great. There food was not bad.. but when I ordered take out this place tried to jip me with serving their dish with rice for some tray after I spent about $75 worth of food. In addition to the food being tasty (the chicken fried rice is the best I've tasted in years), they always execute my requests perfectly. Different sauce? Check! Only particular veggies? Check! The only thing I would change is how they seal/present the crab rangoon. Not enough of an issue to change the rating. read more

I've tried them twice with delivery. They just aren't as good as other Chinese restaurants. Their fried rice that comes with the dinner options is onion fried rice. Gross! Onion must be their favorite item to use because the Egg Foo Young has about 2 whole onions in the 4 pieces. I ordered shrimp EFY and there were about 2 small pieces shrimp in each one. I'd call it onion flavored with the amount of onion and lack of shrimp. The shrimp egg rolls have more shrimp and are about 1/3 the size of a piece of EFY. They also are the only Chinese restaurant that apparently doesn't give fortune cookies with orders. I gave them 3 stars because it was hot and it was edible. I removed 2 stars because of the lack of shrimp and the overwhelming amount of onion in everything. read more

So, one of my good friends wanted to do something nice for us and order thru grubhub food from this place. The original order was requested at NOON planned to arrive for our dinner at 6pm. So let make this even clearer. The restaurant had our order scheduled at noon to arrive at 6pm they had HOURS to get it ready. Food arrived at 7:30pm. Of course by then We already had feed the children and eat dinner. We were only able to try the egg rolls which were pretty good. Due to this, the chances of us re-ordering from here are very very small. I can't think of any good excuse to justify the huge delay. read more

My family and I have ordered form here for years and always had great food. Recently, we placed our normal order and the noodles tasted like fish, the shrimp fried rice had shells on the shrimp and the shrimp size used to be medium and now they are the size of popcorn shrimp. First this is strictly a pickup or delivery place. The prices are very reasonable, especially for portion size. Lunch combos and dinner combos allows you different sides to choose from, 1 with lunch 2 with dinner. I highly recommend this place! Their sesame chicken is perfect, very crunchy the sauce is dark and sweet topped with toasted sesame the flavor is perfection! Their Beef w/ Mushroom (I have them add extra water chestnuts) is absolutely fabulous! I usually pair it with beef fried rice for $1 more when ordering for lunch. I've ordered plenty off their menu and truly, there is nothing I can think to say "stay away from". They're the rare bird that still do their own delivery (much less expensive than GrubHub or Diner Dash). Try it you'll love it too! read more

When looking for Chinese food restaurants that deliver, provide hot food, a lot of food, and variety, this is where you should order from. I'm a vegetarian. This place has a lot of options for me. Their portions are huge as well. I usually get the dinner meal combos, and you get a choice of an entree and rice or noodles, and then you get a choice of two sides to go along with it. You can specify what type of egg roll you want in a little comments box below, but you don't have to. But I usually get a veggie egg roll. I can usually get two meals out of this. The dinner meals are reasonably priced as well, I think my meals are close to $8. My only complaint is that once I ordered I placed an order for sweet and sour shrimp and they delivered sweet and sour chicken instead. Boo. Overall, this place is pretty good if you're just craving some quick Chinese. Not super fancy and great, but it's pretty good for the price you pay. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I placed an order for delivery at 6:08 exactly. An hour and a half later (7:40) I'm still waiting, no phone call or anything. So I take the liberty of calling them and they tell me the driver had my food and will be here shortly. No apology or anything. Nothing happens. So I call AGAIN another 20 minutes later to cancel it. They asked me to confirm my address and phone number. I did and he told me he was the driver and couldn't find the address and asked me if I could COME PICK IT UP. NO I WILL NOT COME PICK UP COLD FOOD FROM 2 HOURS AGO THAT YOU DROVE ALL AROUND TOWN BC YOU CANT FIND THE ADDRESS!! They were extremely unapologetic and had the nerve to blame me and said I didn't answer the phone when they called. I never received a call.
