I called to schedule an appointment (which isn't necessary as they except walk ins) but from the call with Janet she was so kind from the time of answering the phone till we hung up and patient to answer my questions regarding prices. When showing up we were immediately greeted and they had our spots ready for our pedicures to start. Let me tell you the salon itself is beautiful! The decor is very luxury modern feel and they play nice music in the background. The chairs were very comfy and each worker I met or talked too was always pleasant. They took their time and they made sure everything was done with quality. My feet were brand new after my deluxe pedicure! I was relaxed and felt pampered. After, I got a gel manicure and my daughter a full set. Here's where this place really gets my 5 stars. PRIOR to this place me and my daughter had a horrible experience at another nail salon on my side of town. Luxe nails and Spa went above and beyond to do their best to meet my daughters nail request as it was a lot to do. Let me just say her nails came out BEYOND AMAZING!!!! The nail tech took her time, through out the process she checked in with my daughter to make sure she was liking them and cared that she liked them. The nail tech did total free hand from just a picture my daughter showed her. I mean look at those nails, I can't stop staring at them myself and they aren't even mine lol. As for mine, I went with a color that I do quite often which is bubble bath, reason I mention that I do it often is because even so, I have never seen my nails this well manicured and natural and elegant looking before. I had a lady name EEVIE and she was so so kind, funny, and gave me the perfect shape, and made sure I was good throughout my time there as well. Even the confirmation text did not mention any change. When I arrived, Ana actually started my pedicure, but then was told to stop and switch to another client who had also been booked with her. This caused unnecessary confusion and felt very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I've experienced scheduling issues here involving the same technician. What made the situation worse was how my concerns were handled by the front desk receptionist. I was interrupted multiple times, spoken over, and told the miscommunication was my responsibility, despite never being notified of any changes. The interaction felt dismissive, argumentative, and lacking empathy or professionalism. I came in expecting a relaxing Mother's Day treat for myself and instead left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes these recurring scheduling and customer service issues seriously. Owner response on g : We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify the situation. As previously explained during the call to schedule the appointment the day before Mother's Day, you made a request for Ana and were notified she was unavailable at that time and we could offer you the next tech available which you agreed on. When you arrived, you saw Ana and told her you had an appointment with her without waiting to be properly checked in by the receptionist so she began your pedicure believing you were the 10:00 appointment she had scheduled. Shortly after, her client showed up and we had to place you with the original technician assigned to your appointment. We understand the frustration, however the confusion occurred when the receptionist was not given the opportunity to check you in properly as they usually do before beginning services. This was also explained during your visit when the receptionist apologized for the confusion in that moment as the booking was done correctly and there was no last minute switch ups, just a correction from lack of check in at the front desk as soon as you walked in. We always do our best to accommodate everyone fairly and respect everyone's time especially for those who take time to book for a specific time & technician to keep our appointments running smoothly. UPDATE : I would like to respectfully clarify a few inaccuracies in your response. When I booked the appointment, I was informed that Ana was unavailable at my requested time and was offered either a 5:00 PM appointment that same day or an appointment the following day. At no point during that phone call was I told that I would instead be scheduled with a different technician. If that had been clearly communicated, this confusion could have easily been avoided. When I arrived that morning, the receptionist was not yet at the front desk or inside the building. I was also not the only customer who checked in before the receptionist arrived. Ana was outside, greeted me herself, and began my pedicure. Ana herself would not have known who she was scheduled to see until clients were checked in, so it is unfair to place the responsibility entirely on me for the confusion. What made the experience disappointing was not simply the scheduling mix-up, but how the situation was handled afterward. During the conversation, the receptionist acknowledged that I had not been clearly informed over the phone that I would have a different technician, yet the responsibility continued to be placed on me for "not clarifying." I was repeatedly interrupted, argued with, and at no point was I genuinely apologized to. Overall, I will not be returning. I understand that mistakes and scheduling mix-ups can happen, especially during busy holidays, but the continued lack of accountability and the attempt to place all responsibility on the customer is what ultimately left the worst impression.

Here's my review: I waited less than 10 minutes for Leon as he was working on a previous client. It took approx 35-40 minutes from start to completion. Leon was courteous, gentle, meticulous and funny. I showed him a photo and he "nailed" it perfectly *wink*- Pun intended. I have had my nails for over a week and they are still in tact after accidentally getting my finger nail jammed in a kids slide and a door AS WELL AS all the wild stuff that happens in Vegas (remember what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas) but hey, these nails are still just as cute. All gems are also still in tact after washing my hands more than 100X's and soaking several times in steaming hot water. Overall I highly recommend Leon. He's an artist that's been in the nail business for 13 yrs. An expert in beauty and will make you feel like 100 buckaroos after leaving. TIP: I learned previously that this nail salon is closed on Tuesdays and everyone in this salon works on a walk-in basis. This place also offers eyebrow waxing, spa pedicures and great service and prices. Men are also welcome. There are 7 spa pedi-seats that also offer massage, the nail tech stations are equipped with comfortable executive leather-like seats and the Nail Garden offers over 1000 color options for everyone. Nails can be any shape you request and no detail is too big or small. Literally ask and you shall receive. My suggestion: call ahead to make sure your favorite nail professional is in the building. Everytime I get her, she's always in a rush to finish and never takes quality time. She gets mad when you ask her to fix something. I mean i've seen her drop the gel polish and waste half the bottle because she moves so fast and tries to hurry up. It's terrible. Everyone else seems to do a good job. The younger guy does a great job on nails as well and I usually wait for him but he was with someone else and I didn't have time to wait this time but never again. She doesn't do good work.
