Even though I did have to go back to get my nails fixed, they did an AMAZING job fixing both my nails + toes. The chipping had nothing to do with quality of service or work, it was do to me picking an old polish from previous management. My partner and I were so excited to see this salon finally opened since it was walking distance from our home. We were greeted by the owner Tammy who was so welcoming and sweet. Our nail techs were Cindy and Ryan who did an amazing job on our feet. Our heels were smooth and well pampered after they were done. We both received the stress relief pedis and chatted with the salon owners (Tammy&Tyler) both were so lovely and personable to all of their customers. I typically do not write reviews, but I was so satisfied with my service that I had to take the time to do so. I have lived in the area for two years now, and have tried almost every nail salon near me. I have found that most nail salons are charging very high prices, but the quality of the service does not match. At Highland the service was amazing. I have not had a pedicure this great in a long time. The attention to detail stood out to me. My nail technician made sure to get all the cuticle and callus. I also got acrylic nails removed. This was done very gently. I did not feel any pain. They were able to take good care of my natural nails and did an excellent job on the dip. I have had dip at other salons and hated it. This is the best dip service I have had. I left very impressed and will be returning. read more

Went back a second time because I figured they were new and would've worked out the kinks by now. Not to much. They didn't ask if I wanted my mani/pedi at the same time just like they didn't ask last time. They just did it. It's extremely uncomfortable to be reaching the opposite arm over to have the manicure work on just one side of the chair. This made it uncomfortable and I enjoyable for either the manicure or pedicure. Couldn't even enjoy the massage chair with constantly having to lean forward and bend toward the manicurist. If they are going to go this route, the manicurist should be the one moving from side to side & not the client, who is trying to have a relaxing experience that isn't cheap. The pedicure was great though, I must say. The manicure turned out about as you would like expect. My right hand that was having to reach over to get the manicurist in my left did not get painted properly. I spent $80 on the service & they still charged a 1.50 fee for paying with a card?!?? That's insane to me because no one pays cash these days. Trying to avoid tax and passing fees onto the customers. I really, really wanted to like this place when I gave it a second chance, but the business practices just aren't good. Oh well, if I could give a zero star I would have to rate this brand new salon a zero star. I went in for gel/mani & gel pedi which cost me $110, after 20% discount for grand opening it still cost me $88.Btw, if you paid with cards, they will charge you $1.5 or $2 for fees. So make sure you bring enough cash, otherwise you have to pay extra for fees. The nails were so sharp I had to trimmed down myself and filed the corners to soft the sharp edges away. I had a horrible experience. I want to start off by saying I went in to get a full set and a pedicure. I wanted medium length nails and he left them long only because he said he was gona fix and file to make shorter and not as sharp. I had to come home and fix that. He also cut me and made me bleed in almost ALL my fingers. I felt as he was rushed and wanted to do them HIS way instead of the way I wanted to and still charged me. Not ok, you do what the client wants. My cuticles today hurt and are very sensitive they look purple. My pedicure was ok, I went in with acrylic on my big toe and she didn't do a good job on the "fill" the purpose of acrylic is to make it look squared. It doesn't it looks oval. It is VERY overpriced. I don't recommend this place :) been to better & will stick to that. Thanks. read more
