I had a pedicure here, and unfortunately my experience was not a good one. During the service, the technician aggressively removed the side of my toenail by "scooping" it out. The next day, the area became painful and started draining what appeared to be pus. I'm now dealing with what seems to be an infection and have to seek medical evaluation. I understand that complications can happen, but I was disappointed by how aggressively my toenail was trimmed. I hope the salon takes extra care when performing pedicures and is more cautious with cuticle and nail work to help prevent this from happening to other customers. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. read more

My sister and I have been nail salon shopping for years. IRS so hard to find one with great people, actually delivered services, good massages and reasonable prices. I made a reservation on the website for a Saturday afternoon. I couldn't get to spots together so I called and the girl was so helpful with confirming we could go together. We arrived and got a free beverage which was yummy. I got a flavored tea. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than other salons. The salon is cute and super spacious with plenty of seats. My sister had a thing with her tech cause she didn't ask her which pedi package she wanted. The girl popped an attitude when my sister nicely asked her for the package she wanted. It was weird. I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. See photo attached. Like really? Plus the massages for lotion and sugar scrub were also less than 1 minute. We got mani's next and my girl was amazing. She is the manager of the store and so funny. I love how my nails turned out. I also asked for a mani and the dip but she explained they are not included which I learned! She asked how our pedis were and I was truthful. She apologized and ended up giving us a discount which was very sweet. read more

First time at this nail salon. They offer a complimentary drink - tea, soda, water. I had a peach tea and it was good. I went with my sister and wanted to get the pedicure plus and a dip manicure. My sister showed me her menu because the girl that started doing my pedicure didn't give me the menu. She asked me if I wanted gel and I said I didn't need gel. My sister told me to just do it so I told the girl I would do gel instead of basic nail polish. After a while, I realized she was doing the lotion and hot stone massage and I was like...I wanted to do the plus and she said no you said basic and I said you didn't even ask and she said your sister gave you the menu. I was like whatever I'll just do the standard. So she was like no I'll do it....The language barrier in nail salons is real frustrating. Also noticed in the plus pedicure it says 7 minute hot stone massage. Mine was less than a minute and my sister did the same pedicure and timed hers and it was 45 seconds. Don't advertise something that you are not going to include. My dip manicure was great. Maddie was very nice and did a good job with my basic dip until my nails grow out more. Very nice and clean nail salon. They were very busy on Saturday. But still was able to get mani and pedi in 3 hours. My wife was offered a drink, which was never brought to her which was kind of lame, despite everyone around her getting one. Why bother to ask but not serve. In addition she provided her own nail polish (cat eye). But still was charged ridiculous amount of $ for it. She was charged $15 for using it for her mani and $15 for her pedi. When she mentioned she provided her own base coat, nail polish and top coat the front seat girl said well we had to use our magnet. Never have a problem paying extra even for the use of gel polish for a pedicure but $30 extra for the use of a magnet is a bit overboard... read more

Since moving to Glendale I have had numerous issues, difficulty getting someone to listen closely enough to understand what my concerns are. I have mobility limitations and some medical concerns. Enjoyed 1st experience, it was busy on the weekend as expected. Arrived around 10:30 and it was a full house but the short wait was worth it. Adriana took care of my Gel X set (small almond, DND880) she was fast but meticulous. Pedicure was good, just wished they would have taken their time. I love that they keep their door open!! They offer Gel x and low tox nail colors. I didn't feel dizzy from the fumes like other places. The polish she used on me was free of several toxins including toluene, formaldehyde and camphor. The interior is chic and new, with marble and pretty ambient lighting. I came in on a Monday afternoon so they weren't busy. Which was great, the services weren't rushed, I got nice quality massages for the mani and pedi. Danielle did my nails. She did great nail art. I wanted to love this nail salon because of the convenience of having it literally walking distance from my apartment, but so many things have happened when I come to this nail salon that I just can't do it anymore. My nails have come out crooked, I have gotten my eyebrow almost completely waxed off, Ive gotten several infections, several of the nail techs have talked crap about me in their native language, and when I called them out on it they continued to talk crap, and so much more. Honestly, the only reason I kept coming back was because the owner was nice enough to try and fix all the things that have happened and also offered me refunds. But this last time was the last straw. I highly recommend someone finding another nail salon to go to unless you want your nails crooked and to deal with people talking crap about you in front of your face. read more

I'll start with I have been to SEVERAL nail salons around the valley and I am very particular with my manicures and pedicures. Even though this one is a 30 mins drive from us, my husband and I make the drive. We finally found a consistently good spot. We have been here a handful of times and have had a different tech each time but they all have been very friendly. I appreciate they take their time and don't rush the process. The lavish inside makes you feel like you're in a high end place. We will continue to go back for our pedicures. I am loyal to the other place I go for my nails. But someday I'll give them a shot. Don't get me wrong, I usually enjoy coming here and have had good experiences in the past, but today's visit was honestly disappointing. When I sat down for my pedicure, the tech immediately started working without even asking me what I wanted. She removed the acrylic on my right big toe without saying anything, then only halfway removed the one on my left. When I asked for a French tip, I wanted a more full-coverage pink base, and when I kindly asked if she could add another coat to make it look that way, she literally told me "no." That caught me off guard -- I wasn't being difficult, I just wanted the service to look the way I was paying for, especially since it's for my birthday. After that, I changed my mind and decided to just go with a solid color instead of the French tip, and the energy completely shifted. It honestly felt like she might've been talking about me in her language with another tech, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I stayed polite, but I left feeling rushed, dismissed, and honestly a little disrespected. I've had great services here before, which is why I keep coming back, but today just didn't feel like the same level of care or professionalism. I have been here several tImes and they provide a solid service for a pedicure EXCEPT...they refuse to scrub your heels more than 4 seconds. no exaggeration. the basic $30 pedicure comes with 4 seconds of foot scrub.
