Lemon pepper wings and beef fried rice
    Pauline H.

The wings were very salty. The fried rice was too old. Didn't it taste fresh. The rice was all broken up. There was no peas and carrots. Just onion and 3 bean sprouts.

I must've gotten a wrong batch because my food wasn't good at all. The fried chicken was dry and over cooked, and my shrimp fried rice was hard. Maybe because I went an hour before closing but I don't think that's an excuse. The food tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp all day. Still on the hunt for some good Chinese food. Only thing good was the shrimp egg rolls.

I'm here at least once a week for lunch...so I guess you can call me a "regular". The service is always friendly and my food is always fresh!! I usually get the wings w/ fries or plain fried rice. The wing flavors are good. I recommend the Hong Kong and lemon pepper flavors! I've tried their hot wings but I've had better from other places so I won't get those again. The braised and honey garlic wings are pretty good. You definitely get a lot for your money here! 8 wings (4 whole wings cut in half or you can keep them whole) and rice or fries for $6 on the dot. I've tried other things...orange chicken was pretty good, shrimp egg foo yung was great, but the general tso chicken was less than ok...I think it's because I've been spoiled by how good Jade Dragon's is. Other than that I love this place! Oh and they had a health score in the low to mid 80s, but when I went in yesterday, it's back up to a 93!

I stop by here to get some Chinese foods Togo and they were pretty busy so that was a good sign. There was about three people ahead of me and I waited around 2-3 minutes before I can ordered. And when I tried to ask questions about the menu, she gave me one or two words reply and walked away. Okay then. Lol but I sorta understand since there is only two people working, a lady and a man. The lady was the one that took the order. I order the following: Jumbo shrimp lo mein. Hot braised chicken wings with chicken fried rice. Hot and sour soup. The wait time is around 10-15 minutes. I finally got my foods and this is when the trouble starts. I have a habit of checking my foods before leaving whenever I order Togo. Just in case. I really don't like getting the wrong order. It brings out the ugly side of me. ;) So everything seems fine until I take out the chicken fried rice and hot wings. The box was overflowing and I guess they didn't close it tight enough because the content comes pouring out into the bag. This is when I turn around and show it to the lady. They both look at me like I committed the worst sin and I felt like that too when she look at me and start yelling in Chinese to her partner. They both start semi yelling in Chinese. I know when most Asian talks it seems like they are arguing but in this case even if I don't understand Chinese, I can tell she wasn't happy with me. -.- So the guy refried my rice real quick and put it back into the box that I handed them earlier. I was just ready to leave at that point and I was happy I got it back so quick. I drove home and now I'm sitting here reviewing this place instead of eating. Why? Because I took a bite out of my no where in sight chicken of chicken fried rice that tasted like refrigerated yellow rice that hasn't completely thawed out yet. The hot and sour soup tastes like watered down. I can't taste any hot or sour-ness. -.- I didn't touch the lo mein. Anyways I called the lady back and told her there wasn't any chicken in my chicken fried rice and she didn't seem like she really cared. Lol that's fine, I just wanted to let her know. She ask me to come back and she will give me chicken. She then say next time. Not in my wildest dreams lol. No thanks. After I say no thanks she hang up real quick. Lol Okay. I'm done giving this place a review. Learned my lesson. Not coming back. :) but you should go give this place a try anyway. You might have a better experience than me. P.S. Even if the flavor isn't that great, they do give a lot of food for the price. So that's one star. :)

If you're looking for New York style Chinese food, this is it. But their wings got smaller through out the years.

I don't like any other spot in Georgia except for here when it comes to authentic NY style Chinese food. The rib tips are A1.

It's hard to find solid Chinese takeout, but this place is fantastic, and I'll definitely be coming back. The lo mein had the perfect texture and vegetable ratio, the fried rice was seasoned beautifully, and the veggies had a nice crisp to them. The sesame chicken was especially impressive--most places serve it soggy within minutes, but here, it still had a great crunch despite being takeout. The sauce-to-chicken ratio was spot on, and the chicken pieces were just the right size. The spring roll was another highlight--still crispy with a great crunch, even after the drive home. If you're looking for quality Chinese food, this is the place to go.

Everything you are familiar with, including Egg Foo Young and a few others you can't always get elsewhere. This is my go to take out. Call ahead or order at the window. There's a lot of yelling in the kitchen, but I stay out of other folks' business, but the food is fast and moderately cheap.

The shrimp were delicious and prepared just like I'm used to. This dish is lightly battered fried shrimp with a soy sauce bases sauce with red pepper and black pepper spices. It also features other sautéed veggies like green peppers and onions. The shrimp were spiced nicely, but also had the flavor of black pepper coming through. A lot of places don't get that right. The perfect mix of that spice red pepper heat and hint of black pepper are exactly why I love about this dish. The shrimp were fried perfectly and the veggies deliciously sauted. The Haemul Jjampong was a flavor and spice bomb. The broth was so flavorful and had a great essence of the seafood in it (squid, mussels, abalone). This soup is also for people not afraid of the spice...it was SPICY, but no so much that it was unenjoyable. The spice complemented the flavor and I loved it. The take-home of the leftovers was just as good the next day! If I had to say anything that they might think of changing, would be the addition of kimchi to the banchan. The banchan was ddanmuji (pickled radish, raw white onions, marinated white onion slivers, and soy marinated peanuts). A little plate mat kimchi to wrap around the Jjampong noodles would be perfection.
