Lost looking for another establishment that would do embroidered work for my business by chance I found on the corner of Detroit Ave Concord the Panda's Decals and Signs business where I was kindly served by Manuel. When I wanted some signs on my truck to drive up to Napa and Sonoma to deliver much needed supplies for the animals that survived the fires, I called Panda's because they were one of the only locations open on a Saturday. Not sure how they stay in business. I called 3 times to get a sigh made. The last time I called, I spoke with Craig and got a bunch of lip service and apologies and he was supposed to email me a proof, that was 2 weeks ago! I'm done! It was a small job, if he didn't want to do it he should have told me. I gave him the option and he said that small jobs can turn into big jobs!
