I needed some fliers and award certificates printed for a company event so I reached out to Hyde. I'm always looking to support our local businesses. The entire staff was so helpful and I worked with Patrick on what my print needs were and I was blown away by the quality of work. I had 50 cardstock fliers and 9 award certificates created and they were perfect! The turnaround time for my print job was about 2 days. For a place that has been in business for 35 years you sure have a lot to learn about customer service Patrick...I called his shop twice the first time Heidi said he wasn't there. The second time sean the younger guy that works there said he wasn't there. Went by the shop twice trying to pick up my "bad" cards and both Heidi and sean told me Patrick was not there. The last time I went by I told Sean I need to hear form Patrick today or tomorrow. Guess what he didn't call me back. I gave this guy two weeks to call me back and he didn't. Maybe Mr. Patrick thought I was just gonna forget about it.. I said it before and I am gonna say it again this place doesn't care about customers. They do care about a bad review for sure. My review stays Mr. Patrick you don't get to scream your way out of a bad review. By the way I am not interested in getting a free set of cards that is not the reason for wich I wrote this review. Hyde has been my printer for over a decade and I've never had a project not come out to my liking. I use them for work related printing whenever I need business cards, envelopes, or mailers. I have also used them to print wedding invites, save-the-date magnets, and other various personal printing jobs. Recently I purchased branded USB sticks from them. Their selection of styles is extensive and they provided a digital proof of the project the same day as my inquiry. When I was deciding on branded clothing options, rather than simply take my money and order something that potentially wouldn't work, Heidi and I sat down and discussed specifics on how the printing/transfer process for the graphics would interact with my fabric choices and logo design. That alone saved potentially hundreds of dollars on items that would not been usable or refundable. I use Hyde because I can depend on them. It really is as simple as that. read more

Today I had a second successful deal with Hyde Printing and it was one of those deals when you just have to go and place a review. I guess the person that reviewed before me might have had the same urge, for different reasons, though, but I think it is not fair to have that review as only reference. They printed my cards way faster than I thought it can happen, got them in time for a business meeting. I did ask for only 500, they did print 1000, so you might wanna put an accent on your order, but the price was almost the same for 1000 cards, so they made a good decision. After reading the negative reviews, I had to write a review myself. As a business owner, people always want something for nothing I totally get it. But honestly if we worked for free, we would not be in business very long! I truly believe you get what you pay for- I found Hyde when our old printing company went our of business about 7 years ago. I have only dealt with Heidi and she is the best! They do our work Shirts, Invoices and just recently they redid the lettering our Van. We have one work van and Heidi knew we needed it back quickly. They showed up when they said they would, the jobs are always in a timely manner. She is great at keeping you updated and follows up on all jobs we had done by them.
