    Garden salad with vinaigrette dressing

The ambience and decor was very nice. The restaurant had an Italian feel. The staff was very friendly. The salad was fresh with vinaigrette dressing. The Chicken French with fettuccine on a bed of spinach was delicious. The assorted Italian desserts were scrumptious. I truly enjoyed my meal.

Pane Vino is a large establishment with a nicely furnished interior, offering plenty of room for private banquets, groups, and gatherings. I had lunch with a group of 15, and the table was set beautifully with stemmed water goblets pre-filled for us. Nice silverware, cloth napkins, hefty S&P shakers. I had the rigatoni bolognese and it was delicious! A perfect lunch portion. Plus fresh bread was brought out with butter, oil, red pepper flakes, grated parm. Highly recommend for atmosphere, accomodation, service and food.

Pretty decent food and good service. We had a bunch of appetizers for a large group. Particularly loved their bread in the beginning though and it was really good with the oil and butter. Also loved the beans and burrata cheese. I had the margarita pizza which was pretty good. I ordered a limoncello spritz which isn't on the menu. They did it really well. The tiramisu was also delicious. According to some people in my group the beet salad wasn't great and the pastas lacked some flavor. I didn't have any. Clean and good bathrooms and overall had a nice time.

I have been going here quite often. About twice a month for a while now simply because it is one of the most amazing restaurants I have been to. I hardly EVER get specials anywhere else because I'm usually disappointed. However, Pane hits it out of the ballpark every single time. Their scallop dishes are to die for. I've also had their spin linguine and clams. I am also of course, had their salmon, which, of course is delicious as well. Stop by the bar to enjoy great conversation with their experience bartenders!

We dined here on a Wednesday night for our anniversary. First time at the restaurant and we were extremely impressed. The service was great, the food was even better. Inside the dining area it was cozy with the fireplace goung. It was busy and every table was used, that was a good sign that our meal would be good. Everything was good, temperature, flavor, and made to our liking. We got the prime rib and clams. Would recommend pane vino to anyone looking for good food and dining experience.

The food was very good but the noise factor was off the charts. It was very hard to have a conversation without shouting.

While planning our dinner party months in advance, the communication from Janine was excellent. She helped us develop a 4-course menu that was sure to have something for everyone, including vegan and allergy friendly options. Amy was our server for the evening, and she ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. The chairs in the Meyer's Den are wide and comfortable, the decor is dark and classy, and being in the basement away from the dining room made it very quiet and easy to converse with family. The room is rather spacious for 12 guests, but could also accommodate a few more people without feeling cramped. Out of the appetizers we selected, the Charred Octopus was very popular and everyone enjoyed it...even those that had never previously eaten octopus. The baby cauliflower dish was also a beautiful presentation, and quite large and enjoyable. The salads, particularly the Charred Hurricane salad, were nice light courses before the entree was served. As for the entrees, the filet mignon was a little on the dry side, but we really enjoyed the light and crispy spinach fritters that accompanied the beef. The salmon was a generous portion of medium rare fish, and there was lot going on with that dish - spicy cauliflower and za'atar potatoes that had some mixed reviews. Folks who ordered the duck breast seemed to enjoy the complex preparation, which had asparagus, green beans, and two pureed sauces - cauliflower ginger and cherry-rhubarb. The doughnut bread pudding with apple pieces and vanilla ice cream was a delicious, decadent way to end the meal. We left rather stuffed, and delighted with the overall experience that allowed our family to celebrate together.

Our waitress was a no linger let's get the show on the road girl. I liked it. Put in the drinks, answered all questions without having to go and ask, told us the specials and had great suggestions. Quick service, drinks, and food. Now for the food. The salmon was done perfectly and she made sure to ask me exactly how I wanted it done. The salad was good, delicious Asian teriyaki dressing. The steak was virtually uneatable. Tough, and chewy. Had to discard almost all of it, discretely, since we were with another couple. Hence we never told our waitress. Great beer, cocktails & wine selection. I had the red cab Ross and it was very nice. I will try this place again. Love the location so many quaint shops are g and beautiful to walk around the canal.
