This Cocktail and Sweet place is "part" of Limoncello. They opened three days ago. The bartender is super friendly and accommodating. However, I haven't tried their goodies yet since they don't know what's Gluten Free and what's not. I put a temporary 5 stars until I try it again. The atmosphere is great and intimate, the lighting is very soft and not overwhelming inside. Will definitely come back and give it a full experience!

I didn't know this place existed until I stumbled upon it on Yelp earlier tonight. It's a cheap flip of the former failed nightclub, with barely any attempt to cover up its former demise (hell, even the credit card transaction came through as Taylor's - IYKYK). We ordered three items from the limited food menu, and only received two. The antipasto tray arrived sweaty and suspect, with a spoiled meat slice ruining any possibility of a favorable outcome. The classic arancini was surprisingly good, but in no way sufficient to warrant further exploration of the menu. The piano player was entertaining... "Man, what are you doin' here?" It's a townie bar fronting as a tapas restaurant, and there's some place that I'd rather be.

The appetizers, drinks and ambiance was great! Karl at the piano was an added treat! Try the espresso martini! Yum.

I got their linguine special with clam and pancetta, and my partner got the halibut special. Both were seasoned wonderfully and we practically devoured it. Even better than the food is the service! Kelly was very inviting, knowledgeable about the menu, and made our experience pleasant. Plus, it's in an old bank! What a cool vibe! This place is 100% worth a try if you want something fun, different and flavorful. Definitely recommend.

Two stars, and that feels generous…read more My wife and I recently visited Bonnie and Clyde in Fairport as part of a group of eight, and we left disappointed. At $117 for the two of us, including tax and tip, we expected a lot more than we got. Let's start with the positives. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The building itself is a converted bank, and the old vault is a striking architectural feature, though we didn't dine in it. The restaurant also deserves credit for offering some vegan options, including one vegan entrée. That said, the issues outweighed the highlights considerably. The noise level was genuinely awful. We were at a table of eight and had trouble hearing each other. The space felt sparse and cold, not in a minimalist-chic way, but in an unfinished way. The whole "Bonnie and Clyde" theme has such strong possibilities it's a shame they didn't pursue them. The food was mediocre and overpriced. I ordered two vegan sides instead of an entrée: French fries and a roasted beet salad. I asked the waiter to prepare the fries vegan-style with just ketchup, but they arrived with two sides of non-vegan aioli anyway. The fries themselves were average. The beet salad was fine but small and forgettable. My wife ordered the king trumpet mushrooms, the only vegan entrée on the menu. The mushrooms were decent, nothing more. Her cocktail special, a kiwi and vodka drink, was watery and bland. A few other frustrations: the vegan items are not labeled as such on the menu, which is an easy fix that would doubtless help many diners. There is only one vegan entrée, which feels thin. And Lagunitas non-alcoholic beer is available, but you would never know it, since it does not appear on the drinks menu. We will not be returning.

Our table got free shots because one member of the party was celebrating her birthday at Easy Sailor (she also received leis around her neck). Cons: Expensive. Small portions. Food is OK, but not worth the cost. Drinks are VERY expensive. The vegan appetizers are coconut sticky rice, sesame garlic vegetables, and kung pao cucumbers. There is one vegan entrée: Spamfu fried rice. The coconut sticky rice was decent, but not filling. And it's hard to eat it without making a big mess, because they foolishly serve it to you in a small, overstuffed dish with no plate under it. So when you dig into the ball of rice with your fork, you end up dislodging bits of it all over the table. They really need to figure out a better way to serve it. The sesame garlic vegetables were quite good (better than the rice), but also not filling. My wife had the Spamfu, which was a surprisingly small portion given that it's billed as an entrée. The vegan bits of "Spam" were cubes of marinated tofu, and there wasn't much of it. Given that tofu and rice are both cheap, the cost of that dish was pretty outrageous. And speaking of outrageous costs, the fancy drinks were priced astronomically high. The menu is written in a small font and is hard to read, especially given the dim lighting in the restaurant. I had to use my iPhone to take pictures of it, so I could magnify the photos on my screen. The water carafes are impractical. They have very long, thin necks, which means you can't put ice in them -- and they tend to block your view of other people sitting at the table. They don't hold much water, so you have to keep asking the server to refill them. And the water glasses are too small. The restaurant really needs to get bigger (but squatter) carafes that hold ice, and they need better water glasses. If you're not especially hungry and money is no object, then maybe Easy Sailor is right for you. Otherwise, I'd skip it.

It's almost like a speakeasy, where the front is set up like a travel agency and once you're checked in you get transported into this hidden gem tiki bar!! The food was delicious! I came here with my bf and friends. They were able to accommodate our allergies as well (I'm gluten free and my bf can't have dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, and they were still able to give him lots of food!). They had lots of fun drinks on the menu too. Definitely coming back here!

While planning our dinner party months in advance, the communication from Janine was excellent. She helped us develop a 4-course menu that was sure to have something for everyone, including vegan and allergy friendly options. Amy was our server for the evening, and she ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. The chairs in the Meyer's Den are wide and comfortable, the decor is dark and classy, and being in the basement away from the dining room made it very quiet and easy to converse with family. The room is rather spacious for 12 guests, but could also accommodate a few more people without feeling cramped. Out of the appetizers we selected, the Charred Octopus was very popular and everyone enjoyed it...even those that had never previously eaten octopus. The baby cauliflower dish was also a beautiful presentation, and quite large and enjoyable. The salads, particularly the Charred Hurricane salad, were nice light courses before the entree was served. As for the entrees, the filet mignon was a little on the dry side, but we really enjoyed the light and crispy spinach fritters that accompanied the beef. The salmon was a generous portion of medium rare fish, and there was lot going on with that dish - spicy cauliflower and za'atar potatoes that had some mixed reviews. Folks who ordered the duck breast seemed to enjoy the complex preparation, which had asparagus, green beans, and two pureed sauces - cauliflower ginger and cherry-rhubarb. The doughnut bread pudding with apple pieces and vanilla ice cream was a delicious, decadent way to end the meal. We left rather stuffed, and delighted with the overall experience that allowed our family to celebrate together.

For appetizers, we got the roasted beets and the bone marrow. Both were good. I got the duck breast for entree and my friends got the carrot cavatelli and lobster bucatini. We all enjoyed our dishes. The duck was succulent and roasted just enough. The Brussel sprouts that came on the side were a disappointment though. For dessert, I ordered ricotta pine nut tart with lemon sorbet. The tart was very subtle in flavor but good. My friends ordered the bread pudding which was great as well. Overall, very satisfied with the food and service. Can be back!

There's not a lobby area so folks are funneled to the bar so there were others waiting there as well and it felt a bit like that was the idea to get people to start a tab there first. When we were seated it was at a table for 6 whilst we were 3 and right by the kitchen which didn't feel worth the wait or the trouble of making a reservation in advance. The bread basket was tasteless, cold and just had little butter cubes. The bottle of wine my husband chose they didn't have so we had to choose an alternate and the waiter needed to be reminded about our son's diet coke when he only brought the wine out and didn't come back with the soda. The wine glasses were never refilled. Meals were fine and good size portions. Our son is only a sophomore at Fisher so since the experience failed to impress I'm not sure if we'll opt to give it another try or not.
