So busy on a Saturday morning! Cozy and modern atmosphere! Food quality is great. The garlic aioli was the best! The salad was also fresh! This place is awesome for gatherings! Would definitely recommend! Awesome!

This Panera re-opened after moving locations in Apple Valley. The dining area is beautiful. May 9, 2023 went in for a late lunch - 3ish. Dining area nearly empty. No employees available to take order, no problem used kiosk. My Chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich was done great! My soup was barely warm. I brought it back to the counter and the worker asked if it was the Broccoli cheddar, which it was. They did offer to replace it, but I just wanted it heated in the microwave, don't want to waste food. My big complaint: this location is new(er), and nice inside, but our visit the dining area was so gross!! Food and garbage was on the tables, floors, and the garbage/return station was overfilling with garbage and plates/bowls. It was disgusting. I get the food/restaurant business have changed their models, and have scaled back employees during non-rush hours. Nobody was really in the dining area which means food wasn't being ordered (nobody was coming in either for order pick up). I will say the employees were busy working they were not standing around. Just want enough of them to clean the dining area. It was really gross. Come on PANERA! Help out these employees and have some more support for the existing employees. One more person won't break the bank. The hours tops to pay someone to clean up. Hire some challenged work groups. Help out the community so people continue to visit your restaurant.

Sadly, I was somewhat disappointed and underwhelmed on my recent trip to Crisp & Green…read more My wife and I stopped here after arriving at MSP, as we were on the hunt for something relatively healthy on our way out of the city. Staff here was friendly and courteous, and the restaurant itself is inviting, cleanly, and vibrant. Unfortunately, during the ordering process, we found out that the store, for whatever reason, does allow you to substitute items. For example, one of the items we ordered was the Fiesta Bowl. The bowl comes with cabbage, which my wife isn't fond of, so we simply asked if we could get lettuce in place of the cabbage. When not one, but two, of the staff members told us no, we were a bit surprised, as it didn't seem like much of an ask. Anyways, we proceeded to order it with cabbage and, while the bowl was actually pretty good, the inability to substitute wasn't ideal. The other food item we ordered was the Pesto Primo sandwich. While it wasn't terrible, it certainly wasn't great. The bread was a bit bland, there wasn't much pesto, which made the sandwich dry, and overall it simply lacked the flavor we were hoping for. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but I'm not sure I'd make a trip back unless it was really the only nearby option that was somewhat healthy.

The citrus garlic shrimp was cooked perfectly. All the veggies (carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, cabbage) were the perfect addition to the bed of mixed greens/kale. I added toppings of hard boiled egg, feta, blue corn chips, and sunflower seeds. My only criticism is that they gave me sesame seeds rather than the sunflower seeds I requested, and the kale included the hard center stems.

There is limited and somewhat awkward seating space so something to watch out for if you eat there. Single file line system for ordering and paying which moves fairly fast. The food portions were fairly generous but for me the taste was ok. It did not have the oomph factor for me. The service is nice also and the folks behind the counter were patient and friendly. Planning on revisiting again and will try different items and will update review accordingly.

I was absolutely thrilled when I discovered Café de Paris in Apple Valley. It's surprisingly…read moredifficult to find a truly high-quality bakery around here, and after one too many supermarket "French" baguettes and bake-at-home loaves, this place was exactly what I'd been looking for. The bread is fantastic--crusty, fresh, and authentically French. They also have an incredible selection of beautiful pastries, cakes, and other classic French treats that look like they came straight out of a Parisian pâtisserie. And the coffee is absolutely exquisite. One thing that always makes me smile is that while the pastries look and taste authentically French, they're definitely American-sized! They're enormous. If you're hungry, you're in for a treat. More often than not, I'll enjoy half of one there with a coffee and take the rest home in a box for later. It's a wonderful little café with a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to sit and unwind. If you're in the Apple Valley area and looking for something a little different--something with a genuine European feel--I can't recommend Café de Paris highly enough. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Decided to give this place a try after being in the area. Quick review: Food was VERY tasty!…read moreService and ambiance... definitely lacking.... I walked in and saw you could either order on a large touch screen on with a person at the front. I don't mind touch screens, so I went to start my order. The problem is that there are no pictures... so you're not 100% sure what you are ordering. I stopped the order and walked over to the case to order with the employee instead. There was one woman in front of me and she got her items quickly. I ordered 5 items. (See pic below) All of them were fantastic! I really do judge a place by how well they can do a croissant, and this place does them very well!! The employees were very polite but for some reason my order took almost 15 mins to fill... I watched them pull the items from the case, so I'm not sure why it took them so long to do the order. There was only one other person who ordered after me and she had a drink and a box of pastries too... she received her items first. As for the space, it is bland and feels like an old Carribou coffee.... There really wasn't anything that felt "Paris or French" here. Very bland and not very cozy. If you plan on going(the food was very good) order it to go...
