So busy on a Saturday morning! Cozy and modern atmosphere! Food quality is great. The garlic aioli was the best! The salad was also fresh! This place is awesome for gatherings! Would definitely recommend! Awesome!

This Panera re-opened after moving locations in Apple Valley. The dining area is beautiful. May 9, 2023 went in for a late lunch - 3ish. Dining area nearly empty. No employees available to take order, no problem used kiosk. My Chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich was done great! My soup was barely warm. I brought it back to the counter and the worker asked if it was the Broccoli cheddar, which it was. They did offer to replace it, but I just wanted it heated in the microwave, don't want to waste food. My big complaint: this location is new(er), and nice inside, but our visit the dining area was so gross!! Food and garbage was on the tables, floors, and the garbage/return station was overfilling with garbage and plates/bowls. It was disgusting. I get the food/restaurant business have changed their models, and have scaled back employees during non-rush hours. Nobody was really in the dining area which means food wasn't being ordered (nobody was coming in either for order pick up). I will say the employees were busy working they were not standing around. Just want enough of them to clean the dining area. It was really gross. Come on PANERA! Help out these employees and have some more support for the existing employees. One more person won't break the bank. The hours tops to pay someone to clean up. Hire some challenged work groups. Help out the community so people continue to visit your restaurant.

It's surprisingly…read moredifficult to find a truly high-quality bakery around here, and after one too many supermarket "French" baguettes and bake-at-home loaves, this place was exactly what I'd been looking for. The bread is fantastic--crusty, fresh, and authentically French. They also have an incredible selection of beautiful pastries, cakes, and other classic French treats that look like they came straight out of a Parisian pâtisserie. And the coffee is absolutely exquisite. One thing that always makes me smile is that while the pastries look and taste authentically French, they're definitely American-sized! They're enormous. If you're hungry, you're in for a treat. More often than not, I'll enjoy half of one there with a coffee and take the rest home in a box for later. It's a wonderful little café with a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to sit and unwind. If you're in the Apple Valley area and looking for something a little different--something with a genuine European feel--I can't recommend Café de Paris highly enough. I'll definitely keep coming back.

I walked in and saw you could either order on a large touch screen on with a person at the front. I don't mind touch screens, so I went to start my order. The problem is that there are no pictures... so you're not 100% sure what you are ordering. I stopped the order and walked over to the case to order with the employee instead. There was one woman in front of me and she got her items quickly. I ordered 5 items. (See pic below) All of them were fantastic! I really do judge a place by how well they can do a croissant, and this place does them very well!! The employees were very polite but for some reason my order took almost 15 mins to fill... I watched them pull the items from the case, so I'm not sure why it took them so long to do the order. There was only one other person who ordered after me and she had a drink and a box of pastries too... she received her items first. As for the space, it is bland and feels like an old Carribou coffee.... There really wasn't anything that felt "Paris or French" here. Very bland and not very cozy. If you plan on going(the food was very good) order it to go...

The burrata was completely melted by the time we got it, which made the pizza really messy and kind of soggy. It ended up being hard to eat, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the flavor of the pizza itself was still decent. The Italia salad was a highlight and really good. Ordering was super easy and convenient through their online system, and everything was ready quickly for pickup. The staff was also really nice, and the space looked great. Plenty of seating if you decide to dine in. I'd probably try it again, just maybe opt for a different pizza next time or dine in instead.

We used the computer and got the Tono and Don Carlo. Both were amazing! The Don Carlo however won my heart! This made it onto my "best pizza in Minnesota" list! It's creamy with the cool burrata cheese, salty, sweet with the hot honey(not too hot, Mn friendly) crunchy! Oh my gosh I was raving about it for days! We also got the beast mode fries. Those were VERY filling, and you get a lot! Also very tasty! If you have never been, this place has a ton of free sauces that you can just grab from the pick up counter or cooler! And alllll of them are good! The people who brought the food out were friendly and polite! Our only major "I wish they had" was more diet soda options or even better, zero sugar options on the fountain soda! If you haven't been, give this place a try!

This is not a place you can typically just "pop in" my sandwich took about 15 minutes to make. This has been my experience every time. I think this has to do with the amount of online orders they get. This place was clean. Chips and bottles of pop were stocked well and the fountain soda machine was also clean! When I first walked in, because it was so busy with online orders (there were about 5 people seated inside) no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. I get being busy but people kept looking at me and even a simple "we will be with you shortly" goes a long way. The food: Once I did get my sandwich, it was delicious!! I got the turkey, bacon and ranch! It was so tasty! I got chips and a soda as well! Very filling and I would be back for sure! But may be as a pick up order? So if you're going to get fire house delivered, make sure your bag is sealed when it's delivered. But best would be to go to another location.

I was not sure I was even in the right place at first. Straight ahead as you enter is the coffee shop part of this place, and there is a touchscreen ordering panel but also a cashier. However, we came at 11am on a Saturday and wanted some of the brunch options. We were directed to a table in another part of the facility, given the full Curiouser menu, and abandoned for 30 minutes. No one talked to us again so we left and got brunch at another nearby establishment. I still hadn't had any coffee later that afternoon so I stopped by to try an easier scenario, and I had an excellent iced drink called Absolutely Alice. Perfect sweetness level for me; I like it sweet while still being able to get coffee flavor out of it. So I would definitely return for a coffee. The corners of the building that are meant to be associated with the coffee shop part of the business are nice; lots of plants and homey touches. But even though we did see servers taking orders at other tables, I don't think they have that down. I'd recommend coming here just for small orders at the counter.

Staff here was friendly and courteous, and the restaurant itself is inviting, cleanly, and vibrant. Unfortunately, during the ordering process, we found out that the store, for whatever reason, does allow you to substitute items. For example, one of the items we ordered was the Fiesta Bowl. The bowl comes with cabbage, which my wife isn't fond of, so we simply asked if we could get lettuce in place of the cabbage. When not one, but two, of the staff members told us no, we were a bit surprised, as it didn't seem like much of an ask. Anyways, we proceeded to order it with cabbage and, while the bowl was actually pretty good, the inability to substitute wasn't ideal. The other food item we ordered was the Pesto Primo sandwich. While it wasn't terrible, it certainly wasn't great. The bread was a bit bland, there wasn't much pesto, which made the sandwich dry, and overall it simply lacked the flavor we were hoping for. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but I'm not sure I'd make a trip back unless it was really the only nearby option that was somewhat healthy.
