The wife got the pick 2, she loved her soup and sandwich but both werent hot. I got the french onion soup normal portion and it came out in a bigger bowl but the same exact amount of soup. Like they were supposed to do 2 ladels or something but its 1, and the same size, for double the price. My soup wasnt hot, it was lukewarm and as you can see in the photo the cheese didnt even melt. It was just there like bleh The flavor of mine was decent, but canr get past the temperature, price and overall experience. Will not be visiting this or any other panera again read more

The quality/quantity has seriously declined. The soups are never hot, always barely luke warm. I am afraid to eat it because a restaurant needs to keep soup at a temp of at least 135 degrees F. I would be very interested to know if they are passing inspections. My wife got a BLT, there was ONE SLICE of bacon. One half of the slice for each half of the sandwich. Look at the pics at their website, I consider it false advertising. We got two Mediterranean salads for takeout. The bowls are less than half full, yet the prices are higher. This used to be one of the healthier choices in town for fast food, but at these prices and shrinkage, we won't be back. read more

My husband were traveling and stopped at this Panera. I'm a fan of Panera's oatmeal which we ordered to go. It was awful. No brown sugar, had few strawberries and pecans and it was mushy. I am severely disappointed in the quality of the food. Had no bacon on a bit, cucumbers were frozen, lettuce was wilted and rotted. Worker in the kitchen was coughing and not covering his mouth (gross). When asked if I could have a side of bacon a worker threw it in the cup and snapped at the waitress. Usually good food and service in the day, night/evening crew need some discipline. Unacceptable for $14 a sandwich. Wow Every time They screw something up every time We pre ordered a dozen and a half bagels a day ahead for a get together Arrived to pick them up and they say, sorry we are out of those bagels, Wouldn't you think when some one orders a dozen and a half of that type bagel they'd make at least a dozen and a half extra since the order is paid for in advance? Or put aside the Ordered pre paid bagels, since the customer ordered and paid for it a day ahead of time to make sure they had it? Not panera in Billings. ... they don't care about customers who think ahead, they don't think at all. Want proof? After telling them we'd take what they had for the original Pre- Paid ,Pre- Ordered bagels and make up the rest of the dozen and a half (that's exactly what they call it on the menu, Dozen and a Half)... we take the order and arrive at the gathering to find out panera employees can't do math, or don't know how many are in a dozen 16 bagels 16 bagels were in the Dozen and A HALF. Lord keep me from judgement, but WHY CAN'T THESE PEOPLE DO THEIR JOBS? Bad management, bad training, no oversight, maybe it's all of the above at once. Don't go here expecting anything to be done correctly. Honestly it's only a matter of time until this panera closes, you can't constantly do your job wrong and expect people to keep coming in. We tried to go there yesterday for lunch. Despite for employees in the kitchen area, doing absolutely nothing and after making iContact with two of them. No one wanted to help us. We didn't want to order on the kiosk because we had questions we ask if somebody could come and ring us up and they said they would prefer that we did it on the kiosk our self. I intend to try to get a hold of Panera corporate headquarters to register a complaint with them. I intend to go to another Panera and ask what the best way to complain about a Panera is. I grew up with Panera's aplenty and when I moved to Billings it was one of the things I missed dearly, especially when sick (Panera soup)! The team here seems like they were trained super well, everyone is friendly and helpful. The cases like clean and organized, all areas are clean and the design is trendy. I hate saying this since I happen to know the owners, but the service today wasnt that good at all, we ordered 4 large mac and cheese bowls, 3 were cold and one was burning hot, then I ordered a large charged lemonade, which the drive thru worker handed to me all weird and lost grip of it, causing it to fall into my car and burst open all over my clothing and interior. While staying in Billings, the hubby and I wanted to try Panera. We'd heard good things and never had it before. The atmosphere was very comfortable. The seating wasn't too crowded and social distancing was in place. The server was kind and helped explain the menu and how the specials worked. The two meals with drinks and a .99 chocolate chip muffie was in total about $31. Little bit more pricy than the usual dine and drive but very tasty. The bread was baked to a crunch consistency with the soft inside indicative of a good French bread. The broccoli cheddar was well seasoned and tasted very good. The broccoli wasn't mush which was a nice change. The Cobb salad with the Green goddess dressing was bigger than expected expected but oh so tasty! The chicken was well seasoned, cherry tomatoes added a bright acidity, and the hard boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. No green ring around the yolk. We sat near the fireplace and enjoyed our meals in peace with music playing very lightly in the background. Would definitely love to try more of their menu! read more

Very disappointed in my experience here. Went through the drive through and ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt with no cheese and a Asian sesame chicken salad for my pick 2. Luckily checked my bag before leaving and there was cheese on my sandwich I'm lactose intolerant so I went back in and asked them to remake it. I am so glad a Panera was built up here in Billings, I used to go to Panera often when I lived in California and moving here there's a lot of places I miss, this being one of them. We went a week ago and it wasn't crazy busy, everyone was very fast and friendly, the food was awesome and the wait wasn't that long as we got our food to go and bought over $100 worth of food (family dinner). Wow. Besides being SUPER EXPENSIVE, it really was not all that great. Almost $30 for my mom and I to have lunch. We both ordered the combo deal where you get to choose 2 items. I ordered half of a turkey sandwich with the Mac and cheese. My mom ordered half of a chicken sandwich with a side Cesar salad. We both got small lemonades. $30. Oh, and I failed to mention that I went through the drive thru to avoid needles contact, which meant that they forgot my Mac and cheese. So I only had half a sandwich and a lemonade. Stopped by the drive through yesterday and ordered two Modern Caprese sandwiches. What I got was bread with cheese and Pesto. I understand if they are out of certain ingredients at this time but they should tell you before they pass of what is basically a cheese sandwiche for a Modern Caprese.
