I got the shrimp spring rolls and the beef pho. The spring rolls were served with a peanut sauce and were fairly simple--mainly just lettuce, vermicelli noodles, and shrimp wrapped in rice paper. I'd probably chalk this up to the fact that I've lived in northern NJ / NYC for most of my life which has a large Asian population and many Pho restaurants.
