    Cafeteria style Dining
    R. W.

Not sure why this Panera gets under my skin so much. Maybe here are a few reasons. PS. This is my 2nd review. 1. No cozy or comfortable dining. Again I reiterate this place is nothing more than a high school cafeteria with comparable food. 2. Food quality compared to local deli's and sandwich shops is soooo substandard. I would assume Mother Panera Company forces their franchises to sell this mediocre food based on their hired in chef's creation. Wasn't there at one time a board meeting where a food tasting occurred? Here is what I hate. You are charging the customer for a higher quality food, why not Give what they paid for? So no quality and no quantity. Look at portion within. Shame on them. 3. Today dined in and sat down waiting for Order. Nobody called me when ready and soup was lukewarm when I figured it out that the food must be sitting in window. I was so hungry I just ate it. 4. I only live very local so I keep coming back for more. People love abuse, looks like I am one of them. 5. Why not complain in person? We'll this time around a manager was getting reamed by an on phone customer who was not at all happy with their order. Within 15 minutes they arrived to the royal treatment of a new replacement order plus a next visit on the house. Whatever it was. I mean wake up Panera. 6. Panera, I don't want to knock you but you give one all the ammunition any reviewer could desire.

An order of the small Mac and cheese which cost almost $9.00

Average Panera but it is so incredibly cold inside I can't enjoy anything. I'm wearing a winter jacket and still can't get warm.

Baked fresh in the store throughout the day, it's the kind of bread that makes you realize you've been settling. Soft, slightly chewy, with just enough structure to hold everything together. The cold cuts are sliced to order -- not pre-packaged, not pre-portioned, not sitting in a tray since Tuesday morning. My personal go-to is the Turkey and Provolone, built Mike's Way: lettuce, tomato, onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, and salt. It's simple, it's fresh, and it's exactly right. For something a little different, the California Chicken Cheese Steak is a must-try. And if you're a tuna fan, their Tuna is the real deal. I can't write this review without mentioning the BLT. The bacon is cooked perfectly -- warm, crispy, and impossibly satisfying alongside cold lettuce, ripe tomato, and a generous smear of mayo. My advice? Pair it with a bag of Original Lay's and a Pure Leaf lemon tea. You'll thank me later. The store itself is spotless -- genuinely, consistently clean -- and the staff is the kind of friendly that feels real, not rehearsed. They move fast without making you feel rushed. Pro tip: Order through the app when you're 10-15 minutes out and your sandwich will be waiting for you. We're talking in-and-out in under two minutes. Whether you're grabbing lunch for home, packing for the beach, or hunting down a quick bite before life gets busy again -- this is your spot. Two thumbs up. No hesitation.

Never had Jersey mikes until I moved to Long Island and wow! The closest thing we had in the city…read moreto Jersey Mikes was Subway and Subway is super trash. What I really love and appreciate about Jersey Mikes, is all the cold cuts are fresh cold cuts and not processed cold cuts like Subway. They have a great selection of condiments you can add to your sandwich to make it phenomenal. I ordered the number 4 and the sandwich came with Provolone, prosciuttini and cappacuolo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pepper relish, oil, pepper, and vinegar. I paid 20 dollar for the sandwich but it's well worth it. Sandwich is cut into 4 slices and it's the size of a whole Italian loaf of bread. They offer the regular size for 7 dollars but I they offer a larger option where it's pretty much 2 sandwiches. Overall I'm obsessed with Jersey Mikes and this is my new spot for sandwiches. Definitely not the best, but great for when I want a good sandwich and don't want a travel far.
