Their seasonal options always attract me by the variety offered. The service is always good. This location always has a line because it is a popular location within the mall. The Ambiance is nice. It's clean and open with a ton of light because they have an outdoor entrance right next to the mall. The only downside there is no bathroom. read more

My go to salad spot in every state. Based on the previous reviews it sound like I started coming here after it improved. Everything I've had so far has been perfect - service, speed, accuracy of order and freshness. Only downside which I know is variable per location is packaging. I like how other locations separate the bread and dressing separately from inside the bowl. The bread gets soggy with the greens and I don't like the idea of my dressing container touching the greens in my bowl. All minor differences I've noticed between locations. read more

This is officially my new go-to salad bar! Every time I spot one of their locations, I feel a little burst of happiness. The ambiance here is everything I want in a dining space--open, airy, and impeccably clean. The staff at this particular location are always smiling and friendly, which makes the experience even better. My absolute favorite dish is the crispy rice bowl, but I swap the chicken for salmon and top it off with the goddess dressing. It's a flavor combo that hits all the right notes for me--fresh, savory, and satisfying. Promising but not executing on service correctly. Food: 4/5 - Food was pretty good. We had the BBQ salad and Hot Honey Chicken Plate. Both were flavorful. No digestion issues. Service: 2/5 - This was the worst part... It's not that the people behind the counter were aloof, it was that there were not enough of them. On a Friday afternoon at lunchtime, they had 2 people working the line that continued to grow. They also had 1 person doing takeout orders. This equated to a very long wait. You don't need to be an expert in the restaurant business to see that this a staffing issue. They should have at least 5 people working the line at lunches, especially early on in an establishment's life staffing should be able to meet the demand and keep the wait down. This will certainly hurt the company's potential as people who are on a lunch break are not going to want to wait for 20+ minutes. Ambiance: 4/5 - Nice layout. Attractive decor. Lots of natural light. Cleanliness: 5/5 - Very clean, even in the bathroom. Staff was wearing hats and gloves. They changed the gloves after working the register. Value: 2/5 - The place is not cheap, and they skimp on the proteins. Our two lunches were $35, and they are skimping on the meat? Not good. You get one tiny spoonful. Parking: 5/5 - Massive lot for the mall. No issue. Overall: 3/5 - This could be a much better place if they address the staffing issue. They should hire 2-3 more people for the lunch/dinner shifts and give an extra scoop of protein on each plate. The value just isn't there. This was my first visit. Wanted a clean eating alternative inside the mall. My friend and I got two bowls. They ran out of a vegetable that was suppose to be in my bowl, can't remember exactly what it was. I have been waiting what feels like years for sweetgreen to open up in this mall. The interior had a super clean, white and green theme, minimalistic feel to it. They really emphasized their fresh ingredients with the raw vegetables on display in their wall. The line moved pretty slow, since it was opening day and there were not that many people working the front. A lot of workers doing mobile orders in the back though. Everyone there had a good attitude and were eager to explain the menu/ingredients to anyone confused. Onto the salad itself, the bowl is massive. You get A TON of food. Not a lot protein though, since one portion of chicken is a pretty small scoop compared to like Cava or Chipotle. You can order one of their premade bowls/hot plates or create your own. You get 2 bases, 4 toppings (additional ones cost extra), and you can add premiums like chicken or fish for a little bit extra as well. The dressings are also really good. I tried the spicy cashew dressing and it was a creamy, sweet and spicy sauce that reminded me of a Thai salad dressing. They also offer a free bread on the side, but honestly it was a little stale and not good. Overall, I'm super happy this place has opened up and I will be returning!! read more

This location is severely understaffed which doesn't surprise me based on the robots I've seen being implemented in their busier locations. Customer service could use a lot of improvement. read more

The other day I ordered a Super Green Goddess salad with an additional side of blackened chicken. Overall, the presentation of the salad was good; nothing made it look messy. As for the taste, it satisfied my current cravings without being too heavy, unlike meals that usually leave me feeling groggy. I went in today ordered a salad with avocado on it and there was a brown spot right on the top of the avocado I kindly asked if he would just cut that tiny brown spot off the top and keep the rest. This employee proceeded to pick the avocado off the salad and aggressively threw the avocado into the garbage can 5 feet away. Then proceeded to berate me that all the avocados are brown. I was very excited to think this was a great concept . My husband even wanted to buy stock in this company going newly public. Then we tried it at Huntington location. I got the steak with carmelized onion advertised . Steak did not look like pics . Veggies and steak cold and for some reason ;the broccoli had only stems -no florets. We went to go sit down but ALL the tables were dirty and uncleaned . When I pointed it out (in order to eat in )the girl rolled her eyes . I have been ordering from Just Salar at Commack location, since Sweetgreen just opened so I decided to give it a try. Disappointed!!! The amount of food is served at this location is much less than Just Salad and cant even compare to the location in the city. (only 5 small pieces of chicken in the whole bowl) I feel $15.50 for a salad that only fill half bowl is not worth it, the management should train their staff to be consistent, not just a tiny scoop or whatever they feel like... The new store looks clean and stylish with cute outdoor seating. The Kale Caesar salad was good, similar to other locations. The Guacamole Greens salad, however, came with a an overripe, black avocado and old (not fresh) tomatoes. For a new location, this poorer quality is disappointing. Staff was very nice, but you can tell that they are still in training. Will try again in a few months to see if there is an improvement. read more
