I have been to this location several times with no complaints . In the past the service was good as well as the food . Today I purchased a Sultan's choice for my husband who ate it about an hour and half after purchasing. At the bottom of the bowl he found an insect of some sort. I returned to the location where I purchased the food and I was told by Carmen the manager, that she could not give me a refund but offered me another bowl . I asked her if she would consume more food from a restaurant where an insect was found in the food , she said no. I asked if she could give a credit (which I wouldn't use at this location) she said she wasn't able to. If this is in fact their policy it's a very poor policy and not at all customer focused. I made an attempt to go back inside and ask for a refund and was informed they can't do in store refunds I must submit a request via their website. I submitted that request for a refund and have yet to hear back from anyone at Mezeh nor have I received a refund and it's been over a week. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this establishment. Wish I would've read the Google reviews before I went, seems they have had several issues from bones to staples found in the food and the staff being rude. read more

This restaurant is right up my alley. I love falafel and vegetables. Don't think that's all that's here. They have bowls that you can order from the menu or make your own bowl. Recently I came in because I was having a falafel craving and didn't have time for a full meal. The lady working actually made me 6 falafel just for me fresh. I appreciated her so much. I'm not a real big eater and I can grub off one of their bowls for lunch and supper. Such a beautiful restaurant with plenty of seating. Skip the classic hummus. It doesn't taste good. The lemon garlic hummus has great flavor. I also got a build your own bowl and it was missing ingredients. Missing the roasted corn, and avocado. The chicken and the couscous were spicy. It's like they use spicy to mask the lack of flavor. The kids rice plate was so dry. The only thing I ordered that I really liked was the mandarin cardamom drink. I won't be ordering from there again. Mezeh was a great find after unpacking for a few hours and shopping for apartment stuff afterwards. I was starving and wanting something healthy to fill this growling stomach of mine and Mezeh called me. From start to finish it was a great experience. I had no idea what I was walking into though as I was told I could pick a bowl or pita pocket and pick whatever toppings I wanted. I decided to go with a bowl with spinach on the bottom and it took off from there.. Similar to other reviews I am not not sure what I made, but it tasted amazing! I love that they have unlimited toppings, sauces, and bases. It was so great! Because they just opened they had a great special going--buy a drink and the bowl was just $5. I took advantage of that and their amazing teas. One of the crew showed me that they had sample cups, so I went a little crazy! My favorite tea was the kale, spinach, and apple. The lines go by quick, the options are abundant and every combo of toppings, rice and protein goes wonderful together. A friend of mine explained that this place was like a Mediterranean version of chipotle but I totally disagree. This place is WAY better. Quality: outstanding Fair prices with generous portions. The staff was helpful too, my husband asked what stuff went best together and they gave great suggestions. The restaurant itself was clean and had fun seating/decorations inside and outside was perfect for a sunny day like today. The only things I would hope this restaurant would improve: More high chairs!! My little had to sit on my lap to eat because the 2 or 3 kid chairs they had were already taken. Please please please offer metal cutlery. Trying to eat with a plastic fork is not ideal for the jam packed bowls of food we ate. Thank you to the restaurant for being so outstanding. Mezeh, to save you the trip to google, can mean taste, flavor, nibble, relish. 2021 is all about brevity, so here it goes: Atmosphere: I'm not sure how the faux ceiling works into the Mediterranean atmosphere but it's cool. There's pretty faux tile, lots of color and I wholeheartedly appreciated the continuity with the music. Customer Service: A little above normal, friendly and helpful. I am bummed to say that I never saw an employee come out to the dining area to wipe the tables and chairs. Somehow Mezeh brings in clean eaters so you wouldn't be the wiser...at least that's what I observed! Food: So many great choices and you order at the counter, like a buffet of ingredients waiting for you to mix up to your liking. They do offer sides, like pita chips and baklava (wasn't as obvious that they were available). Last, expect to not have any pre-made bowls or pitas to order. In fact, there's no menu to reference at all. It's a hunch but this is what probably contributes to a longer wait in line. We're all like toddlers, give us two choices and we'll all be happy! Overall, I'd give it a higher score like many others but I can't turn a blind eye to the lack of sanitizing in the dining area. read more

I came two days in a row after trying them for the first time. This place gives me Chipotle vibes but the Mediterranean version. The ingredients are fresh and you are offered a choice of greens (Kale, arugula, spinach, mixed greens), rice, (brown or white and I even think a keto friendly version rice), protein and a variety of Mediterranean toppings. I had no clue what I was doing but my food was delicious. I topped it off with their garlic sauce. The big bowl is large enough to split it into two meals. This is a great Mediterranean restaurant. It is in a "quick-eat" styled format as opposed to a formal "sit-down" style restaurant. You go through a buffet-like line where the server fills your plate with your choices. Our server was very helpful in describing each dish to assist us with our choices. First time stopping in after hearing about it from my boyfriend since day 1. He's half Turkish so I trust his taste for quality Mediterranean fare. And honestly, I'd venture to say it beats the few 'fine dining' spots we have for Medtn food in the region, from what I've seen and heard. Can't beat this style of dining with ALL the flavorful options to build your custom bowl, burrito, salad or stuffed pita. The meats are cooked to perfection and I had to try the lamb, which didn't disappoint. The endless flavors of the sauces, veggies and toppings (multiple hummus, baba ganoush, tatziki) made for a dish that way layered in tastes and textures that made this quick service dining experience next level. Love knowing I can dine in again and again, creating my own meal based on whatever sounds good in the moment, with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciate that you can keep it light or make it hearty. Staff was efficient and friendly, especially given the crowd they had for dine in plus the non-stop to go orders they were preparing. I'm happy to see places like this doing well despite the challenges of the pandemic and will continue to support them when I am guaranteed good service, high quality food and a meal that truly is beyond anything I could even consider preparing myself when craving the delights of Mediterranean cuisine.
