The cleaness of it was ok we walk in waiting for a table one we sat I saw the grill it look like no one had cleaned it in forever. Also the floor was . And she pored coffee back in the pot. Most of us have dined at Waffle House, and we all know some are better than others. This location is great! The experience begins with a friendly greeting upon your arrival, not by one member of the staff but several. You can see the camaraderie among the staff, which makes your experience better. The cooks are over the top as well; I enjoyed the hash browns with several toppings, while he enjoyed the big breakfast. The waitress made sure our glasses were full, and we had everything we needed. I was refused service for being disabled and requiring a service dog. These servers would not listen when I tried to explain that they can't discriminate and that it's against the law and told me to call the police if I have an issue with it. Absolutely horrible experience and will be following up on the next steps to pursue this. read more

We were served by Nina and not only did she get or order completely wrong she didn't try to fix the order. She barely visited our table to check on us and the food wasn't up to par. The steak was extremely dry and small. Waffles was hard and small. She over charged for the meal. read more

Called to store multiple times to make a take out order. Nobody was answering. When I get to the store everybody was in the back just talking. I spoke to the server as I walked in I asked how was she doing and just gave me a blank stare as if I interrupted what they were doing. She took my order didn't hand me a receipt. My first ever Waffle House experience. I was a little afraid of it, but was prompted to go by my friends. At two in the morning, the place was packed, even though there was another Waffle House right across the street. The local prom king and queen were even there with their sashes and hideously orange formal wear. It took about 20 minutes before we were acknowledged even though we were sitting at the counter and asked multiple times if we could order. Since it was the Waffle House, we tried a waffle. The chocolate chip waffle we had was not impressive. It was sorta moist and uncrispy, not what I'm looking for in a waffle at all. The hash browns though, wow. I got everything on it except for the mushrooms. So this means that the hashed browns were topped with: chili, ham, cheese, onions, and who knows what else. It was phenomenal. Or maybe it was because I had way too many drinks beforehand. Whatever. But I'm sorry Waffle House for doubting you. Your waffles suck but your hash is awesome. read more

Wow... I don't even know where to begin with this "restaurant." Never in my entire life have I been so unwilling to EVER return to a place of business. My husband and I called in a to-go order that consisted of 2 items. Just 2. After a employee finally picked up the phone after the 10th ring... Not kidding at all.... the employee knew NOTHING about the menu items (even though there has to be 20 in close proximity to her), was downright rude and annoyed acting, and seemed as if our to-go order was ruining her social hour. When my husband went to pick up the order, he waited forever to be greeted while the lady finished talking to a friend. When he asked for the receipt he was given a fake receipt followed by attitude. Walked in tables were dirty and not wiped down. Waited 15 mins for drinks and menus then the waitress had the nerve to stand there and wait for our order when we were just given the menus. Once ready to order I had to repeat to her 5 times what I wanted and she still didn't seem to understand. The sampler with no eggs because I wasn't going to eat them and I didn't want to waste them. Simple enough? Not for her. Got the majority of food pretty quickly but didn't get my bacon till I was pretty much done with my meal. Then once she dropped the bacon off never seen her again. No drink refills no asking how the food was nothing. Had to go to the register to get her attention so we could pay and leave. Her poor service earned her a poor $1 tip. She then proceeded to yell as we were walking out the door thanks for the $1 tip with a shitty ass attitude. I will not be back and I will steer everyone possible away. read more
