They have a wide variety of salads, soups, coffee, and fun drinks like a mango smoothie The bakery offers a slew of yummy deserts, freshly baked breads, and lovely cookies that are to die for! The Kitchen Street cookie and the seasonally decorated short bread cookie are my personal favorites. I'm sure all of the salads are good and healthy. But for me, I ALWAYS opt for the Sesame Asian Salad. As far as sandwiches go, I would suggest the Wild Rice and Chicken soup and the French Onion soup. For the most part the food was just okay. We ordered the "Pick Two." Got a 1/2 salad and 1/2 baguette and 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich. The Green Goddess Chicken Cobb salad had hardly any dressing in it, and tomatoes were old and soft. Both meals came with a piece of baguette. They served it with no butter on the side; the crust is so hard. My Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich was a struggle to eat because the baguette crust was way too hard. The sandwich was a better choice because it didn't have a hard crust like a long time ago. The Southwest soup tasted like it was out of a can. They were skimping with pretty much everything we got. The Garden Caprese baguette had hardly anything on it and everything was extremely thin-sliced (tomatoes were Roma tomatoes). The entire salad could have been fresher and a little bigger. Don't let the pictures fool you. We were very disappointed with the value for what we paid. They need to do better for what they charge. The women's restroom was disgusting and needed attention bad. The breakfast sandwiches and souffle are appealing by name, but relatively blend to the pallet. Establishment is clean and the staff are friendly. We are from OKC and love the Panera's in the area. We stopped by this location for work and t may be the poorest quality of food we've experienced. Our sandwich was stale, flavorless. The croutons were stale. The lemonade was fermented. There was no plastic ware delivered in the drive through. We drove around, parked went back inside and the inside of the building must be under renovation because it was dirty. It desperately needed a deep clean. I grabbed plastic ware. When I got back to the truck, there was a hair and residue on the plastic spoon. I don't normally leave reviews of any kind, but this was too much to let pass. read more

As with most locations, five star plus. Their menu options are good for you, well flavored, and a good overall value for your money. This location is across from Mercy hospital and an easy walk. My choice today was a turkey bacon sandwich. The tomatoes were fresh, as was the lettuce. The turkey was stacked perfectly and plentiful. My side was their chips. I like those little chips. Probably the worst one I have eaten at. Service was slow. Took about 20 minutes to get food. I order half sandwich and half mac n cheese. The server who was delivering the food. Was coughing on the food as he handed them out. The tables were dirty, and the floor needed a good cleaning. There was lots of staff so this is not acceptable. People left dishes on the tables as the trash can was overflowing. The dish container was overflowing. Panera is a go to for when I travel. Quality is alway good and standard across the board. I'm would regularly give at least four stars for this place but the last time I came here, there was a pea in my tomato soup and this time they ask for a tip while you pay before you even get your food. And the lady had a bit of an attitude when I didn't want to leave a tip at the register. I called Panera and spoke with the manager she said I had to call door dash. I explained I preferred it off their app not doordash. She hung up on my because I was frustrated. Burnt bread, regularly out of bread, actually regularly out of staple menu items like mozzarella, or certain dressings. 75% of the time part of your order is missing and you have to go back and ask for it. My second Wow in 30 days. How do you go wrong visiting a Panera? By visiting this one. We walked in at 9 am on a Wednesday and were shocked to see it empty of customers. I have never seen a Panera empty during the morning rush. It took less than a minute to understand why. No greeting, a thoroughly annoyed disposition at the register. When we paused for a few seconds she walked away and started doing other things. Zero eye contact and not even the hint of a thank you when our order was complete. There was not a smiling face to be seen among the crew. My wife ordered her breakfast sandwich without egg. It was confirmed 3 times at the register, it was announced to the prep area and still arrived with egg. I hate bad, careless, disinterested and mean spirited service and this location hit all points. My wife's remake...still incorrect. Good Lord. Too many other dining options but clearly this location is paying the price. No one came in in the 30 minutes we were here. My breakfast sandwich was confirmed (but I believe entered into register wrong - even though it was confirmed 2x) but was still incorrect when I received it. The remake was even incorrect. Excellent in all aspects! I have been a regular customer here since shortly after they opened and I have seen this business only improve with experience and familiarity with the community. Their food is always fresh; the menu changes slightly from season to season; service is very friendly and quick. I especially like that they donate to local charities any left over bread at the end of each business day, so each morning you get super fresh bagels, loaves, and sweet breads. I'm also a big fan of their great coffee (with free refills!) and their free Wifi service. In fact, Panera has become a gathering place for small community groups and local business people to meet up. Panera is by far my favorite coffee shop in the River Valley. read more
