I really hate 1 staring, but man- I'm paying for something I could just as easily do at home- eat. So, yeah I have an expectation. Order process was strange, our order person literally walked away mid order and another gentleman finished it. Well, it was wrong. We ordered bowls of soup not cups. The drink machine was dripping water all over out of the ice drop. Kinda gross, the Rootbeer didn't work, the Pepsi ran out half way through filling the first cup. My wife ended up getting some hibiscus brew that tasted like a wet wash cloth. Our flat breads were really crappy. The sauce tasted like chef boyardee ravioli sauce we've eaten the flat breads many times and they never tasted like this. Literally had to clean our own table off, as every table had spills or crumbs from previous customers. They definitely weren't short staffed. There were more associates than guests. I don't get it, this place used to get 5 stars from me all the time. Oh god, don't ask about the bathrooms- filthy and the whole dining room had a dirty urine type smell. They really need to get it right or just close up shop. I paid $36 for two of us, and we were so disgusted I contemplated just leaving even before we got our food. I have breakfast nearly every day at the Panera location in Arlington. The staff is friendly and the surroundings are very pleasant. However, today they have NO Cream Cheese. They have been out of Veggie Cream Cheese since before Christmas! They do not clean their silverware well. On several occasions I have had to ask for replacements. I brought my family to this place and they got ALL--yes, all of our orders--WRONG. Worst service and product ever. I signed up for unlimited coffee which includes tea. I went through drive through this morning and ordered my tea and a pastry. I was told that even though it was on menu they haven't had that item in months and won't . No help at all finding an alternative and had a bad attitude. My tea was awful also. The hot water was obviously held in a coffee pot because it tasted like coffee. I had to throw it away. I typically go to Panera 2-3 times a week and will not now. The food tastes great, but unfortunately they consistently ignore customizations and forget items. I've paid more money for add ones that weren't added, removed dairy and meat items and they were still added, and even just not received my sides and drinks. I only order delivery from this Panera on days that I am desperate for a quick lunch because the orders are incorrect at least 75% of the time, and if I'm not dining in, I can't get it corrected. I always hope that it'll be a better experience, but it never is. In the past, I would call to try and remedy the problems, but they would either not refund, correct the problems, or even answer the phone. Consistently abysmal service for years now. I don't know why we keep trying, I'd rather drive farther to a Panera that's managed well. I arrived to pick up an online order, sat on the sofa to wait, and waited and waited. My name didn't show on the "preparing" screen, nor did any other name, nor did anyone bother to ask me which order I was waiting for. They were not busy, it was dinner time. I finally got up to ask, and the employee said they kept the takeout orders in some hidden place I couldn't see from the waiting area, because people steal them. So it's a ghetto Panera, I guess. I checked the bag in the car and our side orders were missing. I went in and they added them. The baguettes were tiny. Got home to discover one of the sandwiches was missing. I have loved Panera since I was 16 and it has been a staple of my diet since then. Unfortunately I live close to this one. After years of terrible service this is the final straw to make me write a review about to go Karen. The final straw today was when I ordered 3 pastries in the building at the front kiosk. I then went to the pick up area and waited. I waited 15 min and then got up and went to the front to ask about my order assuming that they were so kind that they were making me fresh pastries and wanted to inquire on how long they would take. Nope. Worker put on a glove and just gave me the pastries that had been ready the entire time. Dont want to think about how long I would of waited if I didnt go and ask. Dont want 15 minutes of my time wasted unnecessarily. the problem might be my expectations. Moving forward I will take more time and go out of my way to go to the Towncenter location. read more

This is one of the places I come regularly to study for exams and finals. There are plenty of seating and Free Wifi. However, the wifi can be super slow during rush hours to the point where it's not usable. There's also a 30 minutes wifi limit during rush hours just like any other Panera. Also, there are not many power outlets for charging your laptops and electronic devices. I guess they don't want people to camp there and take up all the seats. The food and coffee here are always of good quality. I ordered a Whole Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad last time I was here. The salad was HUGE! It was almost as big as my head, and I have a pretty big head. Both the fruits and the meat were fresh in the salad. It came with a nonfat salad dressing, but it still tasted better good! I would say the Whole sized salads can be shared by two people. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with this location. Panera is my go-to. I stopped into this one while driving all the way up past Jacksonville for a work related road trip. I have to say in comparison to say, DD or Subways - it never makes a difference because they are all the same - Panera is the exact same way - EXCEPT - the employees look like they want to see you. I love having those moments to sit down. Sandwiches are yum, soups hot and fresh, and if you indulge in a red velvet cookie, god bless your soul - its so worth it. I like Panera, they are always fresh, seemingly healthy, but the service and ambiance is open and shiny, relaxed and calm, and clean. Same great food options as any other Panera. The food and drinks are prepared well and I don't usually deal with the counter staff because I use the ordering kiosk to save time. I tend to be indecisive when I order. Lol The reason I'm giving this location a 3-Star is due to the surrounding area. The Regency Town Center is pretty rough looking and this particular shopping plaza is no exception. The store restaurant itself does a good job of maintaining its interior appearance but the outside isn't great. It is a smaller location than the St Johns TC location. There is outside seating here. There is a pokestop at the nearby Starbucks which you can reach if you sit at the end of the restaurant. Enjoy your meal. Just be aware it's not as healthy as they will lead you to believe. I love Panera, the food is great. I visited today and ordered at one of the iPad kiosks since I have a gift card on file. I ordered a drink and a bagel, very simple. My order seemed to get lost in translation. After quite awhile, I saw several staff members standing around the bakery area so I decided to ask one if my kiosk order was received. She went to the kitchen area to check on it. After another while, my bagel was ready. While the staff I interacted with was friendly, overall the service was slow and possibly had a system glitch. The salad I had was a Mediterranean Quinoa Chicken salad! It was good but it wasn't the best. First my Salad came to my table with No Chicken. The hot tea that I ordered was more like Luke warm. Location was closed and locked the doors an hour early.

I would assume that there is no way to rate a place by zero stars. After going through the drive-through and having the person who hands you your coffee spill it all over you burning your legs and destroying your outfit I don't know how I could even rate this place as even having one star. After having to go back home and apply lidocaine with aloe all over my body from the burning areas I can finally head back to work but in discomfort. Although the food maybe great and the coffee may be better than Starbucks, the service is very much lacking. After speaking with the manager of this location, I was not offered a replacement coffee but was offered a complimentary lunch despite having to drive 8 miles home to shower, get cleaned up, apply burn medication to my legs, and then drive 13 miles back to work arriving late. Now I have to pay to have my clothes dry cleaned. Doesn't sound like a very fair compensation over employee fault. read more

Ahhh, comfort food. Panera knows just how to make my day with a fabulous PB&J. While it isn't hard to slather some peanut butter on a piece of bread and top it with some jelly, I love that there is always a Panera nearby when I need to relive my childhood. I wish there were more jelly options, but I love that I can choose white or whole grain bread and receive my sandwich in minutes. The salads aren't always as fresh as I'd like, but this is fast food -- I don't expect locally grown greens. The soup menu features an array of low-fat choices, including a nice chicken noodle that once again says comfort food. Panera offers lots of healthy options, but if your sweet tooth is calling, there is surely a scrumptious cinnamon roll or chocolate cookie just waiting to answer. Panera is the perfect place to find feel-good fast food that won't blow your waistline...unless you are like me and can't resist that pile of pastries that only someone with the willpower of a superhero could ignore. read more

This location isn't really my favorite but the location is quite convenient and isn't ever overly crowded. Your orders come very quickly and the drive through via really efficient. My only complaint is that the last two times I've asked for ice water is has had a rusty gunkish taste that I just couldn't handle.
