Banh mi, Vietnamese ice coffee, and fried spring rolls.
    Aiden S.

One of the best banh mis I've ever had! I've had a lot of Vietnamese food being from LA and having lived in DC - I would have never guessed that my best banh mi would be in Jacksonville of all places! I almost always get the same thing: the grilled pork banh mi. The pork is sweet and tender. They bake their own bread fresh daily and it is excellent. I've also had their PHO - it's amazing. Lots of great drink options - I really like their lemonade; they also have a great Vietnamese coffee. Friendly service - you order at the counter and they bring it to your seat. They could do a better job cleaning tables but there are so many available that it's fine. A casual restaurant, good with any group size. Can't wait to come back.

It's been a while since I've been here. I came by after dinner. It is so late in the day, most of the pastries and pies were sold out. She went to the back to get Ernie's Nutella pie. I did not see any dessert that I wanted, so I opted for a mango Green tea w/boba. I will go earlier in the day next time.

The Pho "fixings" were packed in a very organized fashion and the rare beef was in a baggie.

I ordered Pho from here via Uber Eats. I'm a frequent user of Uber Eats and have dealt with various packing methods. Banh Mi's packing was by far one of the best I've experienced. Take out Pho usually has all the "fixings" in a separate box. One item I usually get is the rare steak. They included the rare steak in the box with the other items (as all other places tend to do), but in a baggie! The ingredients were so organized in the box. It sounds silly to say, but I was in awe! lol. The broth was in the typical plastic container. The sauce they included what seemed to be hoisin, roasted garlic, and maybe sriracha. I've never had one with roasted garlic before and it was really good. The Pho overall was amazing! My order arrived early which means the service was efficient and as noted, it was packed with care.

Not very good food at all. The fluffy pancake was not fluffy at all. It was actually very dense. However, the Matcha sauce on it was nice. The croissant bread was very dry and stale. Their spring rolls are not traditional spring rolls at all! There were no shrimp in them. They were just filled with cold cut meats they use in the banh mi sandwiches.

I've come here several times and have always had a good experience. Food was fresh and flavorful. However, tonight I ordered my food over an hour in advance and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my sandwich and drink to be prepared. And to make matters worse, there were three hairs wrapped up into my sandwich and you can see in the picture how embedded these hairs were. To my horror, as I opened the sandwich for further inspection, I noticed several other black and white hairs wrapped in. There is no way that these were not noticed when preparing. I'd recommend some improvements in quality control. Sadly this experience really grossed me out, I had no dinner and I'm concerned about returning!

Wonderful customer service and convenient. They have a drive through options with friendly staff that is patient and very accommodating. I enjoyed the mango green tea with boba. The grilled pork banh mi was a bit salty but overall tasted great. Great experience and beautiful location.

We took a day trip down to Jacksonville when we paid my sister-in-law and her family a visit in Savannah, GA and we were told this place had really good banh mi. Hubs is a stickler when it comes to these sandwiches but we were excited to try. We did a drive thru order for a 12" special combo and 12" lemongrass beef - we were pretty impressed (and my husband is pretty hard to please sometimes, lol). The woman taking care of us was so kind and we're so big on service. The beef in my sandwich was flavorful, moist and had the perfect meat-to-veggie ratio. Hubs really liked the amount of meat in his and we regret not grabbing one for the road that night when we drove back to Savannah, GA. We don't live too far away, and plan to visit Jacksonville again. We can't wait to stop by and eat in.

The. Best. Banh Mi in alllllll of America! My girls from Cali and NC told me about this place a few years ago. I had it bookmarked ever since. Me my bf and my cuz was driving to Daytona and we finally made it here!!!!! I swear my cuz scarfed his down in like 2 mins! Usually I'm not crazy about Banh Mi's but THIS ONE! Home made butter, patè, chili oil, er'thang! It was PERFECT!! Can't wait to come back here again! Cám Ón

My friend and I ordered the banh mi sandwiches to-go and deconstructed. They have a special when you buy five, you get one free. We got four lemongrass beef and one grilled pork. They packed the pickled radish, carrots, jalapeño and cilantro in separate bags so the sandwiches don't get soggy. When I got home, I put them together and it was very tasty. Also, they do not skimp on the meat!

Obviously on Saturday around this time most people are at brunch, so I took great advantage of the fact that I would be able to have the restaurant to myself. The service was very friendly and nice. I ordered the Pho Bo with cooked beef. It came out less than 10 minutes later. This literally hit the spot for my full day of hanging out at the museum earlier and shopping ahead. The pho was very flavorful and they give you a hearty portion - definitely enough for leftovers. Even though it was so hot that I burnt my tongue, I could not stop slurping the delicious broth. The only thing I did not like about this dish was the fact that there was not enough meat. I do see that on the menu. There's a surcharge for extra meat in the soup, but I do feel like they were a little stingy on the tasty beef in my dish. The sprouts, basil, and jalapeños were fresh and they gave a good portion to add in. Overall, based on the delicious pho and great price I will be back for another visit.

The service was prompt and exceptionally courteous. To begin, I ordered my absolute favorite, an Iced Thai Tea, which was prepared to perfection rich, smooth, and deeply satisfying. For my main course, I selected the P1 Pho Special (Bún bò Huế). When the steaming bowl arrived, it was a lavish, extraordinarily generous masterpiece brimming with steak, flank, tendon, tripe, and beef meatballs. Every single element was tender, incredibly rich, and cooked to absolute perfection. It made for a delightfully hearty and comforting luncheon that exceeded every expectation! Pho Today has firmly established itself as a top-tier five-star favorite of mine. Full marks for exceptional flavor and wonderful hospitality I shall most certainly be returning!

Everything we had was super tasty! Upon walking in, we were greeted immediately and seated. Our waitress and waiter (we had two) were super sweet, attentive, and cheerful. I missed eating home cooked Vietnamese food so we decided to come and enjoy a meal here. Everything was clean (floors, tables, and bathroom). We had the following: Grilled pork summer rolls: 8.5/10 - fresh, bright, and full of veggies, vermicelli, pork, and a crunchy roll inside. It was so delicious! I love summer rolls and this hit the spot! The peanut dipping sauce went so well with the rolls. I loved how the rolls had so many great textures. Pho dac biet (combination): 7.5/10 - the broth was alot more flavorful and it came with a generous amount of meat (beef balls, sliced beef, tripe) and lots of fresh veggies (lime, cilantro, jalapeno, mint, bean sprouts). Last time when we went, the broth was lacking flavor but now, it's pretty good. Beef combo plate w/rice: 8 - the beef was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor! The lemongrass flavor wasn't strong or overpowering and they give you a good amount of beef. It came with white rice and pickled veggies (daikon, cucumber, and carrots) and fish sauce. Again, super flavorful and I actually cleaned the plate! The only small critique was that I thought the meat was going to be like short ribs and the waitress confirmed it was, but it wasn't. Avocado smoothie: 8/10 - I love avocado smoothies and its hard to find a place that makes it right. Here, it was absolutely perfect! The avocado's flavor really shined. Most places would make it way too sweet and you can't taste the avocado. However, I was able to taste the fresh avocado and the sweetness was on point. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang.
