Been going there for years. Rarely ever mess up my orders like other Paneras I been to. Plus love the little fire near the winter time. And the food always tastes great.

Dinning in is usually fine, if you can get over the grumpy college kid at the register. Decided to do take out today and literally.never.again. They decided to put my flat bread pizza at the bottom of my whole 7 item order bag and now I'm trying to pick cardboard out of my cheese. The cooked bread with pepperoni is good I guess.

We had a catered work luncheon for 10. They included plenty of sandwiches and cookies and chips, with seven sets of silverware and 10 plates. For a price of over 125, I found it disappointing. I had the steak and arugula sandwich. The bread is good but it is drowning in sauce and difficult to eat much at a time. The cookies are overcooked and dried out.

We live in north Lakeland and have to go all the way to south Lakeland Panera like 15 miles away because this one is so nasty. Enough said.

Ordered the French onion soup. When I got home and started to eat it, there was not one lick of cheese in it.

I would give them a zero star but I did eventually get my food. The most unfriendly check out girl and worst customer service from manager.

They have such unique flavor combinations that you don't find at your average coffee shop. I ordered the jalapeño popper sausage biscuit, and it was incredible. The sauce and pickled red onions took it to the next level and made every bite so flavorful. The coffee is solid, and the café is in a great downtown location that's perfect for starting your morning or taking a break while exploring the area. If you're looking for a one-stop shop for both breakfast and coffee, look no further. We absolutely love this place and will keep coming back whenever we're in town.

The vibe is awesome with brick walls, tasteful decor, and pleasant music, and just what I look for in a local coffee shop. Prices are fairly reasonable with many drink and food options. Although there was a bit of line when I visited, it moved quickly and staff was efficient in getting ordered items out to guests. I went with a white mocha frappe (5/5), asking for it to be made less sweet. It's not something I ordinarily see on the menu at local coffee shops, so was delighted at how good it was, with just the right amount of sweetness to it. It's shame that there's nothing like it at coffee shops close to where I live, as it's something that'd be in my regular rotation of caffeinated drinks I'd order. As my friends and I enjoyed our experience here, I'd definitely return to Black & Brew, and would recommend them to others looking for a quality coffee shop in Lakeland.

It is cutely decorated on the inside and outside. It has a beautiful covered front porch with lots of plants. The inside was quaintly decorated. I loved the atmosphere. Restrooms: It had two single use restrooms. The restrooms were nice and clean. Service: Our service was great overall. I gave four stars because it was a bit slow at moments, but the waiter apologized for the wait times. Food: I loved my food and drink. I got their 'Tropic Thunder' mocktail which was delicious. It is such a fun drink for the summer! I had their 'Whipped Ricotta Toast' as my lunch entree. I wanted something cool and not too big to eat for lunch. It was the perfect portion size and very flavorful. Everything was beautifully presented. If I'm back in the Lakeland area, I will definitely come back here! It seems like a great spot for brunch or lunch. I did see someone bring their dog, so it must be pooch friendly!

We were not disappointed at all. Even though they were closing at 10:00, they were more than willing to take our order around 9:45, which we really appreciated. The beer was cold and tasted fresh, and the burgers we ordered were outstanding. The servers were also super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. It's very much open inside; there is outside seating. The FoMoCo decor is inventive and unique. The menu sports clever burger designs named for notable locals, I thought it was a nice nod. The AC was acting up; by the end of the meal we were a little moist. I'm sure it's probably already fixed. The restroom was clean, with interesting decor, worth a look. We started with two drafts and a starter order of onion rings. Beers & water arrived promptly, the onion rings shortly after. The onion rings came stacked on an oil funnel, good app-sized sharable portion, good flavor and tasted fresh. The rings came with a ketchup and a ranch sauce portion cup. Maybe try something different with the sauce, like a remoulade or whipped cherry pepper in mayonnaise. My wife was pleased with her ahi tuna bowl. I liked my veggie patty (Green Clean), but with the avocado it became a bit of a mess to eat. The included French fries are essentially perfect. We bought a take out sandwich, burnt ends on toast, it turned out to be great and a nice option. Three full meals, the app & two drafts came to about $85. The onion rings aren't a great value, we'll try something more interesting next time.. Draft prices seem ok; I'd bet there are, but didn't notice, drink specials on the bar menu. Hannah was the bright face of a well-functioning team. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and we wouldn't mind coming back. Ford's looks very competitive in this business.
