First let's start off with , EVERYONE was just so nice. Geez the customer service was out of control, amazing 10/10 Loved the location perfect spot in the middle of everything . I can go shopping after or pick something up at the store , pump gas , or whatever you need to do The inside of the location was modern , very clean and just very current. The food was great . The skillet was delicious . Comes with different option in what sides you want with it. The quesadilla was very delicious ... specially with the pickled onions The strawberry French toast, omg soooo good ... The mocha was very sweet , wish it had more of coffee taste cuz it was to caramelized , nonetheless I drank it all. I guess the adage is true, "the third time is the charm." Celebrated my wife's birthday and the wait time was in the door and seated. The server Alyssa was very charming. Her smile was authentic and bright as the atmosphere is. I was introduced to the Pineapple Express which was good and not to sweet. First watch is our breakfast go to spot. We love coming here and wish sometimes we can have "breakfast for dinner". My kids love their large sized chocolate chip pancake with fruits on the side. Food is good. Eggs Benedict: The poached eggs were very good except for the ciabatta bread. It is too hard compared to the traditional English Muffins. Difficult to cut which ruins the aesthetics of the dish. Stick with the English Muffins. Juice is a bad choice of Kale vs Tomato Juice. Since when?. First Watch is always a good choice for breakfast/brunch. We always come here in large groups and they are super accommodating to us. Service is fast and attentive. Staff is very friendly and willing to provide great service. Food here is very good and prices are competitive. I very often get the club sandwich and is very good. The avocado toast is also one of our favorite options from here... lots of avocado, creamy and luscious. Perfectly cooked eggs makes it even better. I always enjoy First Watch! This was my first time to this location. The hostess was so incredibly nice. Made checking in very easy and smooth. Only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. Once we were seated, our waiter greeted us. We placed our food order in. I got the Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast- gotta love fall! The pancakes were delicious. The only thing was about three minutes after we got our food, our waiter gave us the check. Not sure why you'd give someone their check so quickly- luckily we didn't want anything else. After a long 12 hours of grueling life saving work at the hospital, my wife wanted to grab breakfast. I should have known how our experience was going to go after waiting 10 mins for a drink order being 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant. The server looked disappointed that we didn't order coffee. I was brought out my 2 pancake order (one of which was wrong) on two separate plates. One with butter and one with powdered sugar. Plating was questionable, food was mid. Born and bread in the hospitality business, I am turned off at the service style and the lack of empathy for my hungry stomach. Servers leave pitchers of water at tables and I was told we can use the QR code on the check to pay and yet they a expect 20% tip. Upon leaving the host did not say goodbye or even acknowledge us. While seated closest to kitchen and servers area, we could here a waitress trash on a customer because she didn't like how she ordered her potatoes. She even bragged to the other waitress about how she "gave the customer a look to make her feel stupid". Not cool. I arrived at first watch about quarter to 9:00 this morning. It took another 25 minutes for them to ask me what I wanted to drink after seating me right away. There were 10 employees that I counted in the back kitchen. I was very hungry when I got there and by this time I was on the verge of hangry. It took another 20 minutes to get two carrot cake and pecan pancakes without powdered sugar. It was very disappointing I'm glad I had nowhere to be. Maybe a quarter of the seats were filled with customers when I walked in. There was even one customer who left after ordering because it took so long to get his meal. I know these are seasoned employees. Since I've been there many times at many first watches. Yep... ate at First Watch -- again!! Service as usual was very good. They've just introduced their "winter" seasonal menu. Tried the DOUBLE CRUNCH TACOS. Maybe others, like them -- ME -- NOT SO MUCH!! They are SO DRY!! Couldn't even eat them and the pico they provided although adds flavor doesn't add any real moisture!! If they'd provide some REAL SALSA it would make all the difference!! But as the manager who came to our table said -- "corporate" has them served a "specific" way. My advice to anyone who'd like to try -- bring a travel size of salsa with you!! The tacos truly have the potential to be very good! Plenty of shredded carnitas, bacon... I've only tried first watch once. My first visit was accompanied by my family of four and we all enjoyed it tbh. I didn't expect first watch to really be this good. So the atmosphere is pretty rustic but not too bad. The menu has a lot of options in my opinion but it's a nice variety if you're really decisive. I'm not so maybe that's why I was a little overwhelmed. I like that the restaurants portion size for all of their meals are just like Keke's Breakfast Cafe. They have also inherited the home ethics of iHop which also leave coffee thermoses on the table for free refills. The only thing I didn't really enjoy is the waitress. She didn't know the difference between maple syrup (which is $0.50 more) and the regular syrup which is included. We normally love First Watch but this one was lacking. They may be understaffed but when we arrived most of the tables outside were empty but filthy and still covered with previous guests food, drinks and garbage. Inside was the same. We decided to eat outside. It was an hour before closing and service was slow, and staff was cleaning around us - spraying down surfaces and loudly moving tables and chairs around, restocking and sweeping near us while we ate.
