They have a drive-thru and curbside. I recommend ordering ahead through the app for these. Simple and with updates. Dining in looks pretty much like every Panera on the planet. It is spacious and has a blend of booth or table seating. Rotating seasonal options keep the menu changing. The staff are as cordial as a minimum (ish) wage service employee can be. Food is decent. I love the baked goods at Panera. Their Asiago Cheese bagel is full of yummy cheese...all melted on top of the bready bagel .... delicious. I had a reward for a free baked good and I chose this nice bagel...I still brought it home and toasted it further in my toaster oven. Surly, borderline rude, teenagers at register. They seem more interested in discussing "my asshole teacher and midterms" than interacting with paying customers. 10/1/23 - Just don't understand this place. I want to like it so much, but it's always something. Stopped by with some biker friends after a great ride, to wrap it up with some coffee, tea and cookies. One of our group wanted tea ... no hot water! But why didn't I get the warning that - for LITERALLY the 4th time - I'd get the Pot Luck version of the Chicken Frontega sandwich? Went to Panera breads for dinner. I ordered a soup and the half Turkey Bravo sandwich with chips. To my surprise, I requested that my sandwich be put on the Panini press. That's how far back I go with this company. When I go to pick up my order, I asked why my sandwich hasn't been pressed, the young lady behind the counter looked at me like I had the heads and rudely replied, "you are in the wrong place, we don't have no panini press". Ok, for some reason Corporate decided to take the presses out but a customer deserves a better response than that. Then I asked Week can I get y sandwich toasted, grilled or whatever you're doing now and the same young lady replied, "your order is up, I can't do anything more to help you and you're holding up the line". I accepted that and went to my table to eat my sandwich which wasn't toasted, pressed it whatever, my lukewarm soup. I am a Panera app user, I go there often but I think I might readjust my thought process after that experience. Panera used to be about customer satisfaction and good food. Got the price they charge, that should still be their credit but somewhere along the way, all odd that went down as the prices went up. They have a drive through. Repeat: They have a drive through! Fast food couldn't be more delicious. The staff is a bit slow. Wrong soup, no pickles on sandwich, forgot kids milk. They are very nice though so it makes up for it. They keep it very clean and the food is very good. The basil tomato bread is my new favorite. They sprinkle love on it (or something sweet and delicious). The bagels are the best. Make sure you stop by on a Tuesday and get the bakers dozen for only $6! They freeze well if you can't eat them all. All of the baked goods are heavenly. I think my favorite might be the pecan roll. Don't bother if it's lunchtime. I visited with a friend and my 92 y/o mobility impaired father with a walker. After ordering we could not find an empty table. There were no less than 5 tables occupied by people on laptops or reading books who appeared to take pains not to notice us. First off I love Panera. But...this location needs work. Ordering was fine. It was the waiting and the service after I placed my order. It was a Saturday morning. Not busy at all and the service maybe why. We ordered 4 bagels 2 w cream cheese 2 w butter 2 lattes a chai and a hot choc. Bagels came out 2 at a time cut soooo wrong. See picture. Now we wait and wait for drinks. There seem to be plenty of people behind the counter which seemed to be in disarray. Again there was one other lady waiting for a drink. So why they couldn't make the bagels and drinks at the same time seemed odd to me. By the time I got the last drink my bagel was ice cold. I come here often enough since I work nearby but my visits have dropped because they tend to mess up the orders in pretty annoying ways. Ie, no spoon with your soup, no salad dressing for your salad, countless tomato soups without croutons, they forget your side or give you the wrong one, sometimes (to go anyways) you open up the package and it's falling apart. I expect more when I'm paying a decent amount for my lunch/sometimes dinner. A few months back I'd had it with all the errors and I emailed corporate about it. They responded with a coupon for lunch but regardless, it's the attention to detail that lacks. Rapid Pick Up is amazing, the drive thru can take forever bc people will order lunch for the whole office through there (not exaggerating, I've been behind them). Parking can be frustrating, especially combined with the drive thru line that tends to block the area up at lunch time. Plan on being in the drive thru 15 mins. Overall, I love panera but I'd like to see some improvements and consistency before I'd bump the stars up. I've had better service at other paneras. This rating is strictly based on the delivery service, as in to not order delivery. We know that Panera is expensive so you know what your doing when you purchase from this company. The problem is when you place an order at 05:40 and it is currently 06:40 and no delivery has yet to arrive. Okay, I'm not an unreasonable person and I feel like if you tell me it's going to take an hour to get my stuff I can make a well informed decision on if it's worth it or not. In this case I was informed, by email that my order would be arriving between 06:13-06:19...so nope that didn't happen. How do you offer a delivery service and only have one driver?
