The staff was pointing fingers and being passive about remediating the issue. The cohesion is lacking in this branch and it is not helpful for business. We understand that you are all busy. My parents, siblings, and I work as well. Learn how to speak to your customers kindly and please take constructive criticism instead of immediately asking us to call corporate for you.
