Perfect warm and savory dish for a chilly Ohio evening. Would 100% get again. Bahn Mi Absolute star of the show. First, the baguette tasted like it just got off a plane from a Parisian bakery. Buttery, soft, pillowy inside, with a firm, crunchy outer shell. Slight hint of salt and sweet. It came filled with a delectable grilled pork. Not the cheap kind you find in most Asian dishes as filler. This was quality stuff. Perfect balance of salty and savory. Also came with fresh cucumbers, shaved carrots, daikon, and leafy cilantro complimenting the pork. I often use a "how many minutes would you drive out of your way to come back to this place" scale. For Pho LV, I gave it a "30 minutes" rating. Which is absurd. It's the second highest rating I've ever given a place. Unfortunately I live about an hour and 15 minute away in Stark County, so I won't be here often.
