This location has always been helpful. It is in the perfect spot. I sometimes place a to go order before I get on the train to head to DC or Philly. It is the perfect set up, order online for the time you want it, pull up, walk in and grab your order and be on your way. The food lives up to how it always had been. I love the pick 2 option. Sometimes I can never choose so I can get 1/2 of either a sandwich, salad or soup I love their macaroni and cheese. My order has always been right, including any requests I have had. The staff have always been great. Whether that is kindness to helping me order, or cleaning tables etc. You can choose to order with an employee or a kiosk. There is interior dining areas and exterior areas to dine. Parking can be trouble some as there is a starbucks nextdoor. read more

OMG, this is the worst panera location in the history of mankind. Honestly, I'm not huge fan in general, but I do really enjoy their Mac n cheese, even their store bought Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese here tastes like the macaroni had been swimming in the swimming pool and is so soggy, it's def over cooked and the cheese tasted like water as well. What a disappointment. The tuna sandwich was good, the pickle on the side was small though. In general, I've always said, over priced, when you got places like Jersey Mikes or deli's that are the same price and their quality and dice is better. The reason I can't 100% reccomend yes or no is because they are a total hit or miss! I order bagels regularly for my breakfasts. I cut, freeze, and toast when ready to eat. Sometimes the bagels are perfect, sometimes are are severely undercooked or overcooked. The bagels available around the area leave me with little other options than to stick it out with panera. I come back every couple of months because the location is central to my kids and work, but I always leave disappointed AND more importantly I have the WORST headache when I leave. Ordered a catering order to feed 30 dignitaries who flew in from all over the country for a business meeting. The order was to be delivered between 11:30 - 11:45 am. I got a call from the Panera catering manager saying it would be closer to 11:45. The order arrived at 12:20 AND the order was short napkins and chips, in addition to setting the business agenda more than half an hour behind schedule. These executives have planes to catch! I called and spoke to the catering department and he "understood my frustration" but understanding doesn't feed a room full of hungry business executives. Obviously their management needs training on how to schedule and train, what to do in situations like what occurred this morning, and the drivers need training too. If you can't find the right place to deliver an order, you call the customer. If you can't reach them, you leave and deliver the other orders. You try to contact the first customer after you deliver the other orders on time. I have worked in customer service for decades and I would NEVER allow this kind of "service." I offered several solutions including having a manager leave to deliver the orders. All of my suggestions were declined. This place has been blacklisted and my company will NEVER do business with them again. Save yourself a headache and don't ever use this place for a catering order. I can honestly say I won't eat at this particular place with my family ever again either. read more

Yum! Recent go to lately! My kid loves the Mac and cheese and their bagels. Unfortunately, the bagels can be a hit or miss, meaning sometimes it can be just too hard and much harder for my kid to eat. However nonetheless they are still tasty. This is a solid Panera located in the busy Jefferson Commons shopping center. This area can be very busy on weekends so keep that in mind when out here. As Panera locations go this one has all the things I love about them: fresh and flavorful cafe food, great service, and plenty of cozy seating. Each time I have come here my order has always been correct and timely, considering the items are prepared fresh and there are generally lots of customers here. A few of my all time favorite items include the creamy tomato soup, the cuban sandwich, the steak and arugula sandwich, the southwest chicken salad. The perks - they are pretty fast and efficient compared to other locations, generally have an excellent soundtrack playing, and the dining room layout has several natural divides that make a large space feel like a smaller, more intimate coffee shop, which makes it a great spot to do a little work on the free wifi or catch up with a friend. The downside - the layout of the store is narrow, so getting into the ordering line, coffee/soda line and food pick up line constitutes a lot of traffic and bumping into people. Also, not the cleanest Panera location I've been at -- most of the time the tables are dirty when I come in here, and you have to clean one off for yourself. Small parking lot that they share with Starbucks makes it hard to find a place to park during busy lunch hours. read more

This Panera location is consistently disappointing. Each time in the last couple of months that I've ordered an iced coffee here, this is the only location that doesn't mix the drink...at all. I'd say maybe this is an overall Panera thing, but every other Panera I've been to makes sure that the drink is mixed. Today though, will be my last visit. I ordered rapid pickup, and my drink wasn't even made! To be clear, this wasn't a time constraint thing, they just...weren't completing the drinks. The half and half and syrups were sitting in an open cup on the shelf (no lid or cover, despite people walking by) and then everyone had to fill their cups with iced coffee from the bubbler. If I had ordered in store, this wouldn't have bothered me but if I'm ordering rapid pickup, I kind of want my drink done so I can go...that's kind of the point. Beyond that, I ordered a bagel sliced and toasted with butter and a cream cheese. Bagel was sliced, not toasted, and no butter to be found. I'll admit that it's a small thing, but with the consistent lack of following the most basic directions on orders at this location...combined with the coffee thing? I won't be coming back to this location again, at all. I would rather drive the extra ten minutes to the next closest location to make sure that my order is actually done correctly, and that I can expect with reasonable certainty that it will be complete and ready to go for me when I order for pickup. We have been having to use the different Panera's in the area for teleworking because we just moved back to the states. This Panera has been very clean and as always the product is delicious! We have been partial to the pick-two lately, and so far we haven't been disappointed with any combination that we've created. Because we are there for extended periods we've been able to observe them cleaning and managing the COVID regulations and they are doing a great job. I've really missed Panera since I've been in Canada (no, they're not in my province yet, I checked). I met an old college friend here for a late lunch, and got here early. It was hot as blazes outside, so a frozen strawberry lemonade was just the thing to cool down! And a cookie with everything but the kitchen sink in it. Yum! Solid Panera location! We enjoy the quick ordering from the tablet kiosk when we go to Panera. It definitely beats waiting in the long line, plus you get to see exactly what comes on which sandwiches and can customize them straight from there. As per usual, it took about 20 minutes to get our food, but it tasted great! The only thing I would say is the bread was a bit over-toasted on my panini. I got my favorite, the Frontega Chicken Panini. I highly recommend trying this one out! We also utilized the "Order from your table" option and ordered 2 cookies that tasted amazing! Their selection of great tasting teas always gets me excited when visiting as well. Time after time I forget how much I enjoy Panera until I taste their incredible food and drink. I ordered 2 sandwiches with 5 other people in front of me in the que. Somehow the 5 people who were in front of me had all finished their food before my food had even left the prep station. People that ordered food 10mins after my order were being served before me with larger orders. I don't know if it is an employee slacking off as I heard a woman behind the counter complaining she wanted to go home, but it was the worst service I have ever received at a fast food chain. If I wanted to wait for 30+ minutes for food I would have gone to an actual sit down restaurant with better food options. Last the new formula for the chocolate croissants is bad. they are tougher more solid. The old formula for these was much better as they were soft and flaky. read more
