This is the best place around for Chinese food. Staff is usually kind and good at refilling your drink. I do wish they played Chinese music though it would add to the atmospher. Our entire family and friends enjoy eating here. read more

The food is excellent. The prices are high, but the customer service is fantastic. Make sure to double check your order. I've had items missing from my order. I ordered a turkey sandwich once and they forgot to put the turkey in the sandwich but had plenty of veggies. read more

So I have eaten here a couple of times and I enjoyed my food. I especially like their grilled cheese, tomato soup, and cinnamon crunch bagel. Personally, I feel like it doesn't get a 5-star as the portions for the sandwiches could be bigger and the bagels sometimes feel stale. XD read more

Definitely not coming to this location anymore, the past 3-4 times coming to this one I've been less than pleased. This time I ordered the Fiji apple chicken salad, got it and it had no apples so I went back up and they said they were out. That would of been nice to know when I placed the order. My friend that came with me got the chipotle chicken avocado melt and it literally had one slice of avocado, also it looked like they literally threw it together. Almost half of the chicken was on the plate. If I'm paying over $30 for just sandwiches I expect better. read more

I ordered a Cuban sandwich which was awesome in every way but I ordered a chicken salad a ran into a few hard bones along the way which was a huge turn off. The manager was nice enough to replace my salad for a tomato soup which was delish! The food was all great except the salads, they seemed like they were sitting prepared for a while in the fridge and weren't fresh. read more

I often stop at this Panera when on "the strip". The food is always tasty, especially the salads. I highly recommend the Fuji Apple salad! Today's visit has me a little concerned that the cleanliness may be going downhill a bit (Dried food on my platter, caked on crud on the patio umbrella, etc.) but I'm hoping that it's because I was there during a busy lunch hour. If you want to eat outside, it should be noted that the traffic noise can get a little loud. Love the free WiFi off course. Would love some organic and more gluten free options please! read more

I used to come to this specific panera all the time in high school and always loved it, came in 1/16/23 with my younger sisters and ordered on the screen up front, which i loved. when we got our order my soup was the wrong soup and had about 5 to 7 noodles in total and was just a bowl of broth, i also didn't get a spoon so i'm not sure how i was meant to eat the soup since it was just broth, gave me a huge bowl and it was less than a quarter filled with soup. My sister got a mango smoothie and it was disgusting, but that could just be us as my other sister loved the strawberry one. Listened to the phone ring over and over again with no answer most of the time and heard staff complaining about complaints other customers had made. Hopefully just having a bad day as it was MLK day so i'm sure it was busy but would not come back. read more

A new Panera comparing well with other Paneras. Really good soups and hand made sandwiches to order. It is a bit smaller inside than other Paneras I have been in. I was one of a group of four on a Sunday at 1PM. No table space available, so had to wait along with a few other groups to sit down and then order. Wait was not long, about five minutes. Very good overall with friendly service and a clean dining area. read more

We often stop at this Panera since it is on the way up to Buffalo. The service is good and the food comes out very quickly. The bathrooms are a different story. Often pee on the ground and smells terrible. read more

Received my delivery order this morning. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese brioche. What came was an egg & cheese brioche and a note saying sorry out of sausage. For $6.20. No discount- nothing. And it was terrible. read more

I got the Cobb salad and the lettuce was browning and there was no eggs. I also got strawberry poppy chicken salad the lettuce was also browning. The service was great it was the food that was upsetting because every time I went to Panera the food is fresh. read more

Panera is just overpriced. If you want cafe type food go to an actual locally owned cafe where you are actually getting something worth your money. Panera is just so expensive for what you get, you can easily spend 20 dollars on a meal that won't even fill you up, for that you might as well go to Applebee's or any other sit down restaurant and get more bang for your buck. The Strawberry Poppyseed Salad is delicious! Perfect balance of fruit, chicken, and lettuce with dressing. Miss Rue, the manager, gave us fantastic customer service even putting up an umbrella outside for us to eat under. The Mac & Cheese was very creamy and the staff even sliced the apple up for my daughter. The French onion soup and bread my husband had was wonderful as well! Definitely would come back to this great restaurant with terrific customer service!!!! read more

I use o enjoy eating here until today when u realized that instead of correcting a mistake made with my croissant sandwich when half of it was left dry and the other side had the fixings ? I have been ordering my sandwich like this forever in several locations and different states and never had this happened before! And for management tell me that is the way they are done???? Think we might look at educating the staff here? Just called another Panera 36 miles from here and they were confused as well from the explanation I received here? Unbelievable! read more
