I have a monthly membership at Panera and often stop in for a drink or coffee. It's reliable and consistent. They are great places to sit for a minute and write yelp reviews. Nice easy place to stop with clean restrooms. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. read more

When ordering on line for pickup, always check your order. This is the 2nd time that we've paid for items that were not included in the bag. Apparently they do not have anyone checking to make sure the order is complete. On top of that, the restaurant is not always neat and clean. I will not be eating at Panera any time soon. read more

Ordered our food with a very nice and informative cashier. Which was nice between haven't been here in a few years. Service was great & didn't take long to get our food which was so much better then I thought it would be. Chili was spicy and hot and the Mediterranean salad was amazing mixof flavors. My go-to place for "fast" food. Food quality is consistent and what you would expect from any Panera. Love that you can easily customize your order if you don't like an ingredient or want extra of something. I usually order on the app or the in-store kiosk, but any employees I do come in contact with are usually pleasant and helpful if you need something. I'm a Sip Club member so I pop in often just to get a beverage and it's a quick in and out. Other reviews have had issues with cleanliness, but I have never noticed that this store was in need of cleaning, it always appears pretty well put together whenever I've been there. Parking lot is a bit small for when it's busy. Can't wait until they move to the new location currently being built on the old TGI Friday's property, it will have lots more parking and a drive through! read more

I got a salad at this location during lunch hour and found what looks like giant bug wings and a leg in my salad. Thankfully I didn't swallow them as it tasted weird in my mouth. Definitely won't be going back as this was my first time visiting since my last sub-par visit. The only positive thing that happened during my stay was the manager refunding my order. read more

Fantastic food, and wonderful service. Quiet expensive but worth the price. Comfortable seating. If you are military (Ft Drum) this is a good break from the military, especially after field exercises. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. Seating is comfortable with cozy lighting. read more

We ordered Panera to the hospital on night shift. They brought the food but forgot my charged lemonade. One of the nurses called and Panera felt so bad about it that the manager personally brought 5 servings of the charged lemonade, 2 baggies of cookies, 1 baggie of scones AND a pastry ring on her way home from work after hours. I had stopped going to Panara to exercise my First Ammendment right to not support things I am opposed to, that being the former owner's support of a political party that I disagree with. I did a boycott of his business. But since it's been sold, I'll now go back. I ordered by the tablet method, sadly which causes layoffs of workers - who brought it on themselves. The Chicken, blueberry, strawberry salad was just as I remembered. Still don't care for the taste, probably from whatever they cook it in, but the fruit was good. I tried the Carmel flavored drink to avoid carbs, never again. At least I can now return to Panera. In the area I live in it's impossible to get the good tasting bagels, but sometimes anything is better than nothing. read more

Always great customer service. Ordered on the Panera app for delivery, which is then sent I believe through DoorDash. My order was not updated for over an hour and I called the location to see if my order could possibly be canceled. I only got a jalapeno cheddar bagel. The highlight of the bagel was the massive machine they use to cut the bagel. I mean they dropped a bagel in and a chute with motorized saw that cut the thing in half and shot it out the other side. I'm sure if you tilted that machine upward you could use bagels for clay shooting! The bagel itself was weird...I'm used to Montreal style bagels and the bagel seemed like marshmallow bread to me more than a bagel. It was light and chewy but the flavour wasn't bad at all. I have been to many Paneras, and my first reaction was that the place was filthy. The place was pretty empty, but a lot tables were really dirty, which caused me to seek out a clean one for a few minutes, while my daughter used the also filthy restroom. Makes you wonder about what's going on in the kitchen, but I pushed that thought out of my head, since I was already committed. Their menu has lots of salads soups and Panini. They have fresh bread and baked goods and a refreshing frozen lemonade. Service: Sooo slow, I mean the amount of time we waited for 2 salads and soup was crazy. I tried the kale caesar which had about 3 pieces of kale. Non the less it was good but not much kale. If you are going to wait that long you mise well go sit at a full service restaurant not order something expecting it to be quick at Panera. Amazing place to bring family and friends for either a quick snack or to sit down for a nice meal. I visit this Panera at least once a week and I'm always satisfied. The food is healthy and tasty, but a bit pricey in my opinion. I usually come in and order on the self check out machine. It's very easy and straight forward to use and it allows me to skip waiting in line. The food doesn't take that long to prep, so I usually never wait there for more than 5-8 minutes. I usually make it to go, but the restaurant itself seems very clean and well taken care of. The staff always greets you and has a lot of professionalism, which is always a plus. Parking space is plenty, never had to worry about that and the accessibility to Panera is quite easy. I really enjoy their food, especially their steak arugula sandwich! Check out the calories on some of their foods, now that it is a law to do so. You will be very suprised to find your daily allottment for fat and calories in a bowl of soup. It's a great place to have a meeting or grab a coffee, but the food still is sub par for me. read more

Most of the food choices this far up North are on the unhealthy side. Luckily, Panera is there when you need to cleanse with something delicious and relatively healthy and fresh. The Strawberry Poppyseed Salad is to DIE FOR. I normally hate salad-y rabbit foods, but I crave this all the time. Something about mixing greens with fruit makes it so much more bearable. I don't know what the dressing is, but it's light and oh-so-addictive. Get a Pick-2 meal to get the most out of the many choices they have. It also comes with a delicious baguette! On breakfast runs, I get bagels. The Cinnamon Crunch is my favorite, but any bagel is exceptional when you pair it with the divine wonder that is honey walnut cream cheese. Plus, members get random perks like free drinks every now and then! read more
