The coffee was slightly bitter for my taste, but overall it was good and I enjoyed it. I also ordered an almond bear claw. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it contained raisins, and I'm not a fan of raisins, so I probably wouldn't have chosen it had I known. That said, the pastry itself was fresh and tasty, and the raisins were more of a personal preference issue than a problem with the food. My wife ordered an iced chai latte and absolutely loved it. She often finds chai lattes to be watered down, but she said this one was perfectly sweet, full of flavor, and one of the better ones she's had. The cafe itself is cute, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The prices were also surprisingly reasonable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely order from here again.

The environment was not welcoming and we left like we had to leave quickly after sitting down. Not to mention that she kept overcharging us for the ice cream and we did not notice until after. We are a large group as it was a family trip to Clayton, so maybe the person felt overwhelmed but the pricing was definitely off. There's so many healthy delicious options, especially those that are lactose intolerant such as myself. And healthy lunches for those with dietary restrictions. The wait time was reasonable, especially during the summertime it was quite busy. The staff as well were welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the environment and the seating.
