The wait for a table took awhile at 12:45, but it was worth it. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Whenever I go to eat out, my favorite lunch to order is a Rueben sandwich. I ordered it today, and it was probably the best I have ever had! It was generous in quantity, well prepared, cooked just right, and delicious! We'll be back.

Slapped on a slightly toasted hoagie roll with a plastic cup of tartar sauce, no lettuce or tomato. Plus my $3 Diet Coke arrived in a little juice glass, lol. Lots of empty tables but still a 15 min wait, and they didn't seem to have enough staff to keep up with bussing dirty tables. All in all a poor lunch experience for two with bill over $50. Something is really wrong when a restaurant can't keep enough staff to run properly. I miss Koffee Kove.

Unfortunately, I didn't realize it contained raisins, and I'm not a fan of raisins, so I probably wouldn't have chosen it had I known. That said, the pastry itself was fresh and tasty, and the raisins were more of a personal preference issue than a problem with the food. My wife ordered an iced chai latte and absolutely loved it. She often finds chai lattes to be watered down, but she said this one was perfectly sweet, full of flavor, and one of the better ones she's had. The cafe itself is cute, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The prices were also surprisingly reasonable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely order from here again.

She was attentive, friendly, professional, and did everything she could to make the best of a very disappointing dining experience. We never asked for a refill, any special accommodations to our food. We were polite, said yes ma'am, please and thank you.
