I love the baked goods at Panera...they are really well done and the price point is very affordable. This week, their website is running a 20% off gift cards, just in time for Father's Day, so you can get a physical gift card or an e-card and save some money. I stopped at this Panera to get me some chocolate croissant and it was delicious....gooey chocolate filling and a nice flaky dough...Just melts in your mouth. It seemed pretty convenient at the time. We just had a baby and weren't able to cook so we ordered the "premium family meal" Which was basically just paying $40 for bread. The salad and soup was fine but the sandwiches were pathetic and insulting. I ended up trying to find something else in the fridge to add on it for some kind of protein. Definitely not ordering from there again. Hopefully the other Panera breads aren't this bad but I mean they're REALLY skimping out. Definitely feel ripped off. Check out the picture. This is the "smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich" I would call it more of a flavored bread than a sandwich. And yes, all 4 sandwich half's were this bad if not worse. read more

Stopped in for a quick to-go brunch on our way south for a Patriots game! Clean bathroom & restaurant, very quiet at 10:45 on a Sunday. Ordered at the kiosk and received our food ~10 mins later. Location itself is just fine. One star for what seems to be a chain wide downsizing of portions. A whole salad portion is now evidently smaller than a side dinner salad and more expensive than at higher end Boston restaurants. $16 for a few strawberries and lettuce. Come on! read more

Ordered a smoothie for curbside pickup here. I called to make sure they were bringing it out as there was a notification that it was ready. The manager I spoke with told me it was busy and if I didn't select curbside and just wrote it in the notes that she suggests I come in. I tried to explain that curbside wasn't an option but I know this location does curbside and she cut me off rudely and said ok thank you and hung up. At that point I decided to go in to avoid any confusion. It hadn't been 3 mins from when I got the notification that my smoothie was ready and when I went to pick it up it was already melting and not even filled to the top. I was irritated and was ready to return this. First of all it did not look as advertised (brightly orange in the picture) and I questioned if there was even mango in this. It also was not properly blended because there was stuff floating around in the cup. When I went up to the cashier and expressed my frustration with the drink and told her I'd like to be refunded she also asked if I'd like a replacement in addition. I reluctantly accepted, but when brought to her manager, her manager offered for them to remake my drink. I told her I would like to be refunded for the drink and at that point she told one of the members of the staff not to remake the drink and to just refund me. Typically when establishments mess up on orders, it's nothing to remake an order AND refund the customer for their inconvenience so that really threw me off. It's not like the drink even tasted good and the fact that they called it a mango smoothie should be false advertisement because it's basically yogurt and milk. But I will never give my money to Panera bread again after this. read more

It's a PB located in the Wegman's mall. Convenient, with the standard fare available from baked goods to salads. They tend to have a skeleton crew since there's have the kiosks to order from, which can make it more convenient if there's a queue. If you sit down sometimes they don't give you a buzzer to tell you when you're food is ready so you have to listen for your name. It's not particularly different from any of the other PB around. read more

I was in Panera yesterday and was treated extremely rudely by a manager. I was simply throwing away some trash before I ate my meal with some friends when the manager inappropriately called me out for attempting to steal a drink from the store (which I was not). This place is garbage. No one at the cash registers after a long wait and my "hot" coffee was barely warm.

I was very disappointed in this location. My flatbread was pathetic... it was like a bag of chips; 1/4 full. When ordering I asked if the sandwich was a panini-- as in pressed/grilled and was told it was... it was not. And the bread was a bit stale. I also got the French onion soup. This was also underwhelming. For those of you who are not aware, the determinante of an excellent soup is the broth, everything else is literally just filling. This soup tasted like flavored salt, and there were way too many onions-- which were not cooked well enough. For a restaurant that prides itself on making its own bread, this was also a lame presentation of their homemade product. The only thing good about this place is the outdoor seating. Spare yourself the disappointment, take the five minute walk to Wegmans and eat at their cafe. You won't be disappointed. read more

I work in the plaza of this Panera and used to eat here all the time for my lunch break. I stopped coming here because of the slow service and the fact that I found a bug at the bottom of my salad once. It's been a good year since I've walked into this place but this morning I figured 'hey why not give it another try it's been a while I'm sure they've gotten it together' wellllllll boy was I wrong. I walked in, ordered a bagel and a smoothie and I was the only person waiting for food. There were more than enough employees working, two of them looked like they were preparing a large catering order (understandable) and there were 3 others (not including the two in the front of the store) that looked like they were just standing around. I just went to Panera earlier today and though my restaurant experience there was good, I have to say the customer service there is truly exceptional. I was distracted and I left without my purse, leaving it outside, draped over a chair. The manager, Andre, found it there and brought it inside to the office to keep it safe. You never know what might happen when you leave something valuable behind, but I feel so lucky that it landed in Andre's trustworthy hands. What a guy! Thanks for doing the right thing Andre, you're one in a million!! I love Panera but I swear the workers had something up their ass today. My boyfriend forgot his phone inside and when he went to get it, the manager was super rude when he tried to get it back. Stopped in today for lunch with a friend. All the employees here just look pissed off, and like they'd rather be anywhere else (which, I get....you're working...obviously not the funnest thing to be doing). Not quite sure why, as I eat at Panera on a semi regular basis and don't remember it being this expensive. My friend ordered a BLT. I've gone to this location a number of times in the past year (not really sure why - there is always some sort of mistake every time I go). I picked up food this past Monday. I was surprised the food was ready on time (it usually isn't at this location). Typically the wait is at least 20 minutes past the posted time. I thanked the employee (no answer) and quickly checked the bag (knowing I now have to do this because of their many past mistakes). I ordered two sandwiches with chips. Right away, I noticed there weren't any chips. I asked the employee if they had chips. She rudely threw one bag of chips at me even though I ordered two sandwiches. I asked for another bag for the second sandwich and again, rudely got a second bag thrown at me. I enjoyed my sandwich while eating it. However, my mom's chicken in her sandwich looked nasty! One half was a huge chunk of fat and the chicken was colored purple. I wish I took a picture. We should've stopped eating then. She didn't eat any more of her chicken. That night, I woke up feeling so nauseous. The feeling lasted through the majority of the next day. My mom didn't feel as bad as I did (she stopped eating halfway through) but she still felt a little weird. We both felt sick when we thought of the sandwich. My stomach bothered me for almost 24 hours and I am almost positive I got some sort of food poisoning from the chicken or it was bad. Won't be eating at Panera for a long time and never again at this location. Also, saw someone mention that the employees here are always unmasked. I ordered a large catering order for a meeting (breakfast). The order was wrong and was delivered late, We paid almost $500 for an order that was missing items, put individual yogurt parfaits into 1 giant bowl with no serving spoons or even plates. The delivery arrived with no cream cheese for the bagels, or knives-so that even when he returned later with cream cheese, no one could use it without knives. I called immediately and was told I would get a call back from the manager. I have not received a call yet. I (and the other 50 attendees of the meeting) were extremely disappointed and have asked that I never order from Panera again. We should be refunded for this. read more

I work in home care and need places like Panera to write notes and work. Initially, I was excited for this Panera when I recently discovered it because of the location and it's pretty clean. But I'm giving it a bad review because nearly everytime I come (which is multiple times per week), their staff taking breaks are in dining area watching things in their phones (or whatever they're doing) without headphones. And they blast it, I can't concentrate on my work because if it. Panera, can you pay your employees more so they can afford headphones? Or make sure your staff taking breaks aren't disturbing guests? It's very annoying and I don't think I will come to this location anymore. I thought maybe it was the corner I tend to sit in but even changing seats doesn't help. Literally the worst panera around here. Poor customer service and highly disrespectful employees. I ordered a soup bowl and a whole sandwich with a a baguette for each included side for my son and I.. They only gave me one. Ok. No problem. I let them know and this large crossed eyed woman tells me I only get one because I ordered a "u pick 2". She bold faced lied to me... So I corrected her and instead of admitting her mistake and apologizing she says "whatever" and THROWS a baguette on my plate! And didn't fulfill the promise on the receipt that says they give you a treat if your order is messed up! I gave them another chance. I went back another time and ordered a soup using rapid pick up. I drive from work only to find that despite their screen saying my order is ready, it was no where to be seen. So I approached the counter and it's the same crossed eyed woman from last time. When I inquire about my order she says they didn't have the soup that I ordered and that's why they didn't put anything out! Wow. They could have called! I ordered through the app under my account! Why was it available to order through the app if they didn't have it? So I asked for a refund.. again they didn't fulfill their promise which is written on every single receipt! Wish I could give negative stars and I should have read reviews before entering this location. Let's start w the food quantity is absolutely horrible for the the price. For $40 I got a half a tiny sandwich, two bowls of soup broth because there's was hardly any chicken or noodle, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich that you have to construct for a hungry kids with peanut butter that was all oily inside that packet, 2 smoothies and fountain drink. The first packet of peanut butter had old dried food stuck to it and I had to ask for another. The fact that the girl who gave it to us didn't even care scares me about what goes on behind those walls. There was no bread for the soup because they were very "busy" that day. They should have said that in the beginning of the order and they didn't offer a substitute without me initializing it. I could have spent $40 elsewhere and left full with left overs.
