I've been here ~5 times but won't be coming back. Each time I order, the actual wait is 10-20 minutes longer than the expected time, and the last two times, there's only been 2 people working and 4-5 parties standing there waiting for food. The food is solid but it's a bit pricey and my last time here was the final time. After standing in the store for the usual extra 15-20 minutes beyond the estimated time, a staff member gave us the sandwiches we ordered but said they ran out of soup and could refund us. We stood there and waited another 10 minutes until he came around again and asked if we needed anything. I said yes, we're waiting for the refund. He got another coworker to process the refund for us. She was typing in front of a computer for a few minutes and said she processed it. My mistake that I took her for her word without requesting a refund receipt as the refund never processed. By the time we got home to eat (after stopping at the grocery store for soup instead), the four sandwiches were cold. I won't be back again but if you go, tack on a lot of time before you go to pick up your food and if you get a refund, press for a receipt. read more

I LOVE Melty! I've had them so many times during my pregnancy and every single time has been nothing short of amazing As someone who has Celiac Disease, it's incredibly hard to find a place that has safe options with knowledgeable staff. I love how sweet and knowledgeable the staff has been every time my boyfriend and I have been to get a "date night in" meal. There's ample seating and parking (although getting into the parking lot is a bit awkward with the intersection in Dedham). I highly recommend getting the Caprese grilled cheese as it's AMAZING. I was able to drop by Melty in Dedham late November and get some yummy grilled cheese goodness. I always go for the 4-cheese patty melt with loaded tater tots; they are the best. The restaurant is clean and well run. The staff are always happy to see customers enter and give a warm Hello. The staff are kind and the food is incredible! The store was very clean and warm. Our family got the Caprese sandwich, 4 cheese, turkey and bacon, and meatball melts. We also tried the fries, loaded tots and tomato basil soup. Everything we ate was delicious. We spoke with Kaylin who was very nice and made sure we enjoyed our food. Decided to try out this new spot cause the menu looked great... and it did not disappoint!! The variety was nice and the food was great!... we also got some of their sides and those were amazing too!!. There isn't much of a parking lot, and there are only a handful of tables, but it was very nice and clean. The servers were all very nice as well. We got the spicy chix sand which was great, the turkey club on gluten free bread and that was great as well. My first time trying melty and I am by no means disappointed. When I arrived I flashed my lights for someone's attention to let them know I am in a wheelchair and placed my order online and the sweetest young lady who goes by Katelyn came out to assist. I sat in the parking lot to eat my burger and Mac n cheese and Melty did not disappoint. The burger was seasoned to perfection the Mac n cheese was cheesy.
