    SHRIMP FRIED RICE

We loved this place. Everyone found something they like and it was quick service. It does get packed inside but sitting outside wasn't that bad at sunset. The orange chicken came with rice and broccoli. The garlic noodle with ribeye was the best dish in my opinion. The shrimp fried rice was also a family fave. For about $20 each you get a decent amount of food and quality tastes!

Some of the best service I've had in the area, the staff takes pride in their work and are welcoming. The food was outstanding, I was skeptical when I first walked in as I was the only person in the restaurant but a few minutes later it was filled with regulars enjoying dinner. The wonton in chili oil was some of the best I've had in the states, even better than major restaurant chains. I will definitely be back and strongly suggest you give them a try if you enjoy this type of cuisine.

It is a small, quaint place that did not disappoint. The food was really good! I ordered shaking beef and my hubby ordered orange chicken and sides of fried tofu. The foods were flavorful and reasonably-priced. Service was fast eventhough it was busy during lunch time. Tan was warm and friendly. She was attentive to our needs and periodically checked on us. The place is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and the parking space is a bit of a challenge but the food is worth it!

What a hidden gem. I've been hearing more about this place lately so we stopped in for dinner. Everything was so good but the garlic noodles were chefs kiss! The staff here are also so sweet + attentive.

A free day in Santa Barbara called for exploring new eats. It's overcast, and after a weekend of celebrating a friends engagement, something cozy and warm is all I craved, pho. Looked up several places but this one stood out. SO SO GLAD I came here. The ladies were so friendly and kind. Honestly, being greatest with a friendly smile goes so far. And the pho, my goodness. Capitol D Delicious! 10/10 recommend coming here for an authentic and quality bowl of Pho!

I eat here once a week. My favorite thing to eat here is the Szechuan Lo-Mein. It has chicken, beef, and shrimp and it's cooked to perfection. So much flavor in every bite. The workers are all friendly and hard working. My favorite employee there is Tan, she always welcomes me by my name and is always smiling and such a hard worker. It's not that big inside but you can always order it to go, and the portions are a good size. I know this business will do great and hopefully one day they will be able to open up more locations.

Wow, even better than I remember. This is a little noodle joint that is a neighborhood favorite for takeout. They're always packed around lunch and dinner, and there's a good reason for that. Their food is great. Flavorful, fresh ingredients, and just really done right. Their noodles are perfectly al dente and you can tell that the lo mein noodles are fresh. There is an abundant of meat compared to the ratio of noodles or rice. The fried rice is not too oily. The shrimp, pork, and beef is perfectly cooked. I have tried their fried rice and noodle dishes such as lo mein and mei fun and they are all winners. The egg rolls are large, fresh, perfectly fried. Probably the best in town. The servers are prompt, helpful, and friendly and the interior is clean and has a cute panda motif. I can't wait to try their pho. Overall, this place is a winner. I just wish they would have a more extensive drink menu -- fruit tea or boba would be perfect to wash the food down.

Every time we've come, we always have a wonderful meal. I ordered the Orange Chicken because I had fond memories of it. It was just as exceptional as the first time. My friends ordered Chicken Pho, Fried Rice, General Tso Chicken and some other noodles. It was all yummy, great service and a great time. There were lots of people coming to pick up take out meals, it was quite busy. The wait wasn't too bad though.

A small corner of the plaza, Pang Zi Noodle Shop serves a variety of Chinese/Vietnamese dishes. We enjoyed the food and thought the portions were large! The pho was good but tasted as expected, nothing less nothing more (we come from the bay area and it was on par with some of our local spots). The garlic noodles were very flavorful and worth the price. You do get a cash discount of 5% and the store environment is overall very cozy, tight, and reminded me of other mom and pop shops. Service was quick! I would recommend this place for a quick pit stop for lunch!

I stopped by this place with my dad because I have had it recommended to me by a few people and it did not disappoint!! The food was delicious, I really enjoyed the peanut sauce with the fresh shrimp spring rolls. The mei fun was delicious too, I highly recommend getting the Singapore Mei Fun, it was so flavorful.

Shoutout to Yelp Elite Angela for turning me on to this delicious and authentic noodle spot. The Vietnamese and Chinese dishes reign supreme and this spot made for a tasty lunch. Pang Zi Noodle Soup is a super cute and cozy little mom and pop restaurant located on the border of Goleta and SB, pretty easy to access as it's off the freeway. Thankfully they had their own shared but private parking lot so it made getting in and out to dine here a breeze. The restaurant itself is super cute and small. Loved all of their panda decor and when sitting inside it felt very cozy, casual, and intimate. Love also that this place fills up with locals and regulars. When I first walked in I was the only one but within 15 minutes every table was full. This is definitely a popular spot and local hangout. And I can see why. The food is delicious and the staff are super nice. I went with Angela's recommendations (her photos looked so good) and opted for their lunch special of the General Tso Chicken with egg fried rice and then a huge portion of their Chicken Mei Fun. Both dishes were a 5/5. The food is all made fresh to order and it comes out sizzling hot. The portion sizes are very large and appropriate as much dishes are about $15 give or take. I had plenty of leftovers so it's a very good value. The General Tso Chicken was perfectly sweet and savory. The mild spiced orange glaze sauce was very nice and the chicken is large chunks of white meat chicken, my preference. Their egg fried rice was the perfect accompaniment to the chicken. The Chicken Mei Fun was the standout dish though and a must order! Love the thin little noddles and the chicken had the best smoky grilled flavor. Plenty of egg and just great flavor of the noodles. I used to have to drive to LA for dishes like this and so happy I found a spot with great noodles here in the 805. The staff could not be lovelier and everyone was so friendly and attentive. They gave a good amount of check-in's and made me feel like a valued customer even though I was not one of their regulars. They sat me at a really nice small table by the window and it was very comfortable And created a great dining experience. They care about service and it was such a nice place to dine. They'll be closed in early February 2025 for some remodeling inside but once they reopen make sure you come check this spot out because the food is truly delicious and I loved everything about this place.
