The chef that made our food was personable and funny, he even let me sample his own sandwich he had just came up with for himself - it was delicious! Our server was so friendly and prompt, I wish I could remember her name. The prices were a nice surprise and so we will be going back very soon to try a lot of the other great sounding food they offer. They have a parking area across the street in addition to street parking. There is also an outdoor dining area that would be great for the evening or if the weather hadn't been so hot. Almost everybody in the restaurant was visibly irritated by the sluggishness of the staff, and I believe one group even left early. After we finished our food, it took ANOTHER HOUR just for us to leave the establishment. We had employees pass us dozens of times and never asked how we were doing or if we'd like our check. At first glance this place had the feel of an old school pizzeria. Think late 70's and early 80's and you'd be spot on! The waitstaff was friendly, punctual and attentive. I order the flight of beer, which comes with one of each of their self-brewed beers, and the IPA was the best. The crust I would give a 2 (because I don't like thin) but the sauce and combination of toppings made me forget I was eating a cracker! If you've never been here give it a whirl. Oh, yeah... the walls are decorated with photos and news clippings of local and otherworldly famous people who have visited, so there is definitely a cult following!
