The finished product is wonderful, they do a very nice job. The only reason why I lowered their rating is because when I asked about payment, he stated it was cash payment. This was never mentioned earlier and I certainly didn't have $200 in cash on me. I was hesitantly told to use an online payment. However, he unprofessionally asked to increase his price to $225 and said it was for tip.

We did a half bathroom remodel from baseboards, flooring, level setting tiles, vanity, paint, mirror, fixtures, drywall, etc. Unlike a lot of traditional Orlando handy folks I've worked with, the best thing about Max is his responsiveness. He gets things done, he tells you his plan, updates you on the progress and tells you like it is. Some folks you hire, you'll have no idea what's going on and especially for someone who isn't local it's critical to see and trust what's going on. I had to take it to a proper tailor to fix the damage, and they were shocked at how badly it was handled. Not only did it still fit poorly, but so many things were done incorrectly. It ended up costing far more than I'd planned. They might be fine for dry cleaning, but absolutely do not trust them with alterations if you care about the outcome.
