I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Butler and the entire team. From…read moremy very first consultation and follow up appointments, I felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Butler took the time to listen to my goals, answer every question, and explain the procedure in detail. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated the honest recommendations. I am only two weeks post op and am already extremely happy with the results . The incisions are healing beautifully, and the attention to detail is evident in the outcome!

If you are considering surgery with Dr. Butler or anyone at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery, I strongly…read moreencourage you to read this review carefully. I underwent a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Butler in July 2024. During my consultation, I clearly stated my two main goals: reducing my dorsal hump and lifting or rotating the nasal tip. Dr. Butler told me that my tip angle was already appropriate and that reducing the dorsal hump would cause the tip to "fix itself." Although I questioned this explanation, I trusted his professional judgment and proceeded with surgery. From the early postoperative period, it was evident that something was wrong. Even with the cast still on, my nasal tip appeared droopy and unsupported. I also want to note that no taping or support was ever used postoperatively to help maintain tip position. I was repeatedly reassured that this was normal and advised to "give it time." At cast removal, the issue became more apparent. Although swelling masked some of the deformity, my tip remained rotated downward, consistent with a developing pollybeak deformity. I again raised concerns and was told that all swelling had "settled into the tip" from the cast and that there was nothing to worry about. Between two and three months post-op, after moving out of state, I sent multiple emails to Dr. Butler's nurse expressing concern about my collapsed, downward-drooping tip and a prominent bump at the tip of my nose that appeared to be protruding cartilage. These concerns were again dismissed and attributed to swelling due to my being "very active," and I was told I would need to wait until six months post-op for evaluation. At my six-month in-person appointment, my appearance had not improved and had, in fact, worsened. I raised my concerns directly with Dr. Butler regarding the obvious pollybeak deformity. His response was dismissive; he stated, "Someone's been online, haven't they," and told me that my nose looked great and that he "wouldn't have changed a thing." No revision, corrective plan, or financial accommodation was offered. Following this appointment, I consulted with three well-known U.S. revision rhinoplasty specialists, all of whom independently confirmed a clear pollybeak deformity, a droopy and under-rotated tip, and protruding cartilage irregularities. Ultimately, I required revision rhinoplasty at fifteen months post-op, at an additional cost of $15,000. Several months after my surgery, I reviewed the practice's website and was shocked to find my photos being used in a misleading manner. Although I signed a photo release, I did not consent to false or deceptive representation. The photo labeled as my "before" image is actually my six-month post-op result, while the photo labeled as my "after" image appears to be taken within the first month post-op, when swelling temporarily obscured the deformity. The website claims the "after" photo was taken at four months post-op, despite me not having a four-month appointment. If my nose truly "looked great," it is concerning that my unsatisfactory six-month result was used as a "before" image. I have attached screenshots and accurate before-and-after photos for reference. I reached out to the office to express my concerns regarding my postoperative care and the misleading use of my photos and received no response. I am sharing my experience so that others can make a fully informed decision and avoid the physical, emotional, and financial distress that I endured.

They of course did not tell me before how much, and I expected to be reasonably close to what I paid 4 months prior. If you go here (I would NOT recommend) be sure you have an EXACT price before they start. I went back a few days later because one eye sagged and the other was like Dr. Spock and another girl tried to fix one side but said there was no way to fix the sagging side without possibly making it worse. And to add insult to injury, they scheduled a follow up and said if it was ok to just not come. Of course at this point there was no way I'd EVER go back- and they charged my account $50! This place is unbelievable!! Not only did they scam me on the price, they did a horrible job.

She fully prepared me and explained everything in great detail of what to expect before and after my laser hair removal procedure. For me, it was totally painless! Their studio is gorgeous and has a very relaxing ambiance. I am looking forward to going back for my next sessions and plan to get more done. Their prices are affordable and worth every single penny! I highly recommend checking them out.

I was extremely nervous but after speaking with Nicole at Bare Beach, my fears were alieved. Nicole is a medical professional and her background is of operating room surgical nurse. When you walk into their facility, you are welcomed with the sight of lovely aesthetics. The waiting room is inviting and immaculate with beachy décor. The treatment room is also immaculate and soothing. The laser used is more powerful than most dermatology offices have. It has a cooling mechanism so that when the hair follicles are "zapped", there is no discomfort as the "cryo" feature neutralizes any discomfort you would have normally felt. Nicole performed treatment on my legs, underarms and I added in my bikini for good measure. Nicole was professional, kind and would continuously ask how I was doing throughout my treatment. Bare Beach does not sell "packages". You are charged for the service provided for that visit. You do not have to pay for a series of treatments for one condition you may want treated as other Med Spas do. I highly recommend Bare Beach if you are considering laser treatment! You will not be disappointed.

I cannot stress enough how much of a nightmare this clinic was for me; I wholeheartedly recommend…read morethat you get treatment elsewhere. What really made me dread my appointments was how I was treated at the clinic by the technician, Hina. Her brusque and impatient attitude always made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She would stay in the treatment room with me while I disrobed, and made the entire experience incredibly awkward. Following treatments she would belatedly offer me after-treatment lotion after I was already dressed, and once brushed off my concerns about the blisters that had formed all over the area she had just treated. During appointments she would complain about her finances and repeatedly asked me to help her set up her Facebook page, even pulling out her iPad to try to get me to walk her through set up. Their treatments were a joke - the appointments are supposed to take 30 minutes and they had me in and out the door in less than 10. During that whole 10 minutes I was repeatedly told that they recommend 10 sessions and I can always purchase more after that if needed. Other clinics recommend 6 sessions, and some even guarantee their services with free additional treatments. It was clear to me that either they were working with an outdated laser, or they were intentionally doing a shoddy job in the hopes of forcing me to pay for additional sessions to complete hair removal. In fact, they didn't even treat the entire area they advertised. Making appointments were also a hassle - while I was initially told the business was open evenings and weekends, once I started my treatments I found they were only open once a week (on a weekday), and never after five. At every turn this clinic was awful - please don't trust them with your skin! I have since been to another clinic and their entire attitude is so much more professional and friendly!

I have never had a problem with scheduling appointments and Hina is very good with texting me a couple days before my treatments, which is great considering my busy schedule!
