This place is great! We did Anonymous and came back the same weekend to do Split since we enjoyed our first visit so much! Even though both rooms were fun, out of the two rooms Split was my favorite. You get split up into two separate rooms so having at least 4 is probably a good idea. There are plenty of puzzles so no one in our group of four ever got bored. They had little touches that helped personalize their games and everyone in our group had a blast. The staff here is probably the best part of this location. They're super friendly, accommodating and you can just feel how much they really enjoy what they do. Cost is on par with other escape rooms but make sure you check their social media page as they sometimes have discount codes. Definitely a great addition to the escape room craze going on and I can't wait to see what this location has in store! read more

Very hard but challenging escape room with the right group of varying intelligences. Some things are more complicated than usual like the actual locks so I wish they would change all locks to something more simple as it's easy to get stuck on just the actual opening of a lock vs the riddles. We got stuck on the 1st lock for many minutes just because the lock itself wasn't being properly opened but it was a rare lock I've never seen before. I wish they offered maybe a clue or more so the difficulty was a bit less. Regardless, it was fun. The Purge is a fun Halloween jumpscare away so go try it! Cool workers and fun times! My siblings-in-law love to do escape rooms- so finding a good one gives us a go to activity for several nights. We've now completed all of the current rooms at this location- and we really enjoyed all of them. There were definite varying levels of difficulty- but the staff was quite clear on which rooms were more challenging and which would be easier for us as Escape Room veterans. For me, Unsolved was my favorite- it was a real challenge for us and took us nearly the whole hour to break free. There is good attention to detail here, and the staff has always been kind and clear with directions. I would absolutely recommend this Escape Room location- we love it! read more

We love that they're movie based and the theming is top notch. The most recent one we did was BeetleJuice: Escape the Afterlife. This game opened the day before so there is always going to be quirks and things to still figure out. They were having issues with their sound system so the music was very loud in the last room. Our oldest son is Autistic so the loudness in the last room made it overstimulating for him. It also made it hard for us to hear the clues being delivered and them to hearing us ask for a clue. read more

I enjoy the searching for items in the room to assist finding clues, not just constantly trying# combos to open something for more number combos. Lost interest about 30 minutes in. read more

Our family loves escape rooms. However, I had purchased a Groupon for Panic Escape Room and it was only for the The Original room. On the website, it is noted that it is for Mature Audiences and when I called the employee said it may have nudity. But it should be marked Over 21 on it. It is based on the Purge movies so I assumed the "mature audience" info was based on violence and maybe the nudity was incidental. They should call this room the 50 Shades of Grey room! Sex dungeon with toys is more than nudity. This was purchase for a sweet 16 party and parents were not to happy. This is the only room that is marked for mature audience yet it is the only room available on the Groupon. Perhaps offer a choice of rooms. They had fun (but also had a lot of questions.) Was confused at first because we thought that what was said in the beginning before we looked for our first clue would have something to do with what we were looking for but it didn't. So I was thinking the particular room would have more of a story line. But other than that it was fun for being our first panic room experience. This was a really cool escape room! My family, boyfriend and I (5 total) did the Veronica room. It was a creepy room but nothing too scary and nothing popping out at you like a haunted house. Everything was very well done and it was challenging. We got out in good time and only used 1 clue! I would definitely recommend this escape room even for first-timers. I booked the Panic Escape Room for my daugther's 11 year old birthday party on March 9th. I was worried that my daughter and her 9 friends would either be scared or the particular escape room was too difficult. Boy was I wrong. Jeffrey, the owner of the facility did a great job. He recommended the perfect escape room for my daughter and her friends. I was able to watch the kids via a closed circuit TV and saw that they were having fun. Another reason why I liked this place over other escape rooms in the area is that they had a party room where the kids could relax afterwards and have pizza and refreshments. We've done all 3 rooms! The "Split" room is fantastic. Great story, good puzzles. Worth it to try with a group, even if you've been to a bunch of escape rooms. It's awesome and immersive. "We are anonymous" is a good room, especially for beginners. People who have done a lot of rooms might find it underwhelming. But I think it's easy enough for new comers. I also liked that this room has a bunch of stuff going on at the beginning that was really obvious and helped us get our flow. "Narcos" is their newest room and it was lacking. We enjoyed the story, but overall, the puzzles had some logic errors and some just flat out didn't work. It also had several "Red Herrings" which were really annoying, one of my pet peeves. There is potential, so hopefully they make some changes to improve the room. We all got frustrated with this too. Compared to other escape rooms, these are all low-tech. I don't need fancy technology to enjoy a room, but the rooms have a LOT of locks. For this reason, I can only recommend "Split" to escape room enthusiasts. It has enough other stuff going on to make up for the fact that there are just a bunch of locks which isn't especially clever. read more

A few of my co workers and I decided to do the Split room and it was a blast! The customer service was great and the whole hour experience was an adrenaline rush. I would defiantly recommend for a fun group outing! perfect for team building, we all got to work together to help get out of our rooms. They did a great job explaining the rules and how it works. they even took a group picture for us to capture the experience. the clues were challenging but not to the point where we couldn't figure it out. So got the girls together to head out for drinks and fun! Didn't know what was around the area so checked online for fun things to do near us. Well Panic Escape Room popped up, we have heard about these before but thought it may be too cheesy to do,but we decided to try it! Best decision we made that night lol. Place had a creepy vibe but professional, super chill atmosphere and then we got into room, the story was pretty cool had some screams and laughs we didn't make it out but had an amazing time! The escape room itself was fun and the girl assisting with clues was so great. Where we had a problem was we originally booked Alice in wonderland since we had children with us. We get to the facility and the girl is scrambling because something is wrong with the room so we waited we were fine with waiting. Finally she said it won't work and she can move us to another room. We were bummed but said fine. She then came back and said on top of the $100 we already spent it would be an additional $60 bucks. I was irritated and expressed we shouldn't pay extra. She text her boss who then came back and said to offer a discount which was still an additional $50. She never told me she was going to charge my card she just did. I didn't want to cause a scene we had 4 kids really excited to be there. Once we completed the room I sent an email and NO ONE responded. I think it was handled poorly and disappointed that they didn't offer to swap the room at no additional charge. After all it was their fault the room was not ready. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I've traveled around the country doing escape rooms and I was excited to discover another business close to me. Sadly, one room - Narcos - was enough to make me never want to try any of the other rooms. On the way into the room with my group, the game master said "you guys are ok with mature content, right?" And we said sure. We didn't know the "mature content" was pornography. I enjoy good theming for a room, but it ultimately comes down to the puzzles, and I don't think rifling through porn and ladies underwear needs to be part of that. This place is SO good. I went here with my co-workers. We did the Narcos room. I swear I felt as if I were part of the actual Cartel or an actor in the TV show. The mission was challenging and a lot of fun. The props fit perfectly for this room. The staff is really helpful for giving hints if you need them, that way you arent wasting too much time on a certain part of the game. I think this is perfect for any one who is sick of going to the movies on the weekends or the mall. This is a fun activity thats very out-of-the-box.
