I liked many things about this spot like the parking wasn't too difficult, the attendant was very nice and helpful, and the overall quality of the room I thought was good. There was a considerably amount of red herrings here that prevented the room from being solved too quickly - definitely promoting better communication and teamwork, and great attention to detail in order to successfully solve the rooms. I liked the wide variety of different puzzles available and the vastly different feel to each room. Overall, fun experience and although not cheap -- I feel the effort put into designing the room justifies the cost. I would do more experiences here again in the future with more friends.

This was my 2nd visit to Great Big Game Show, although it was a sister location in the past. I assembled my team and signed up for Thursday, May 28th at 7:50p. The front desk staff was super nice and let us take a practice spin on the giant wheel, answered all of our questions, and made sure that all of our paperwork was in order. Overall, the game was very fun, but here are some things that could use improvement: 1.) I did not like that the host allowed the opposing team to put swear words and sexist nicknames on their name tags as well as write racial slurs on the whiteboard for photos. If my teenage daughter was available to participate, I would not appreciate her being exposed to all of that. 2.) Our host did a great job explaining the game, facilitating the games, etc. but she did not but the kibosh on the mean spirited-ness of the people on the opposite team. They accused us of cheating even though we submitted our answer first and while taking a large group photo, they shot one of my team members IN THE FACE with the Nerf gun from one of the games. 3.) The flyer that I received stated the competition was run daily from 9a-9p, but when we got there, the front desk staff shared that it was being run until 1a. That is false advertising. Overall, the experience was fun enough that my teammates were tempted to bite on the discounts offered for the VIPs, but ultimately, decided to wait and see. We will use our time to perhaps check out their sister escape room next--I have heard good things! I appreciate the opportunity to participate and I wish the location all of the best of luck.

They've remodeled the interior, though there are still a few games I recall playing back in the day! My cousins kid opted for mini golf and had a great time, but this course hasn't changed at all and that's not a good thing. The design makes it easy for kids to knock their balls off the designated path, which our birthday star did several times. The water features weren't running and even the ponds were empty which ruins the view and pictures. After, we went inside for food and games. The kid was offered a red or blue slushie. He asked what flavor they were and was told they are both raspberry... he didn't like it. Raspberry is not typically any kids favorite flavor, they should expand on the options a bit. The pizza looked OK, it's about the quality you'd expect from this kind of place. They brought out a wheel and the kid got to spin for some free tickets, which he loved. They brought out a bowling pin as a keepsake for everyone to sign which is another nice touch. I'll give credit to the staff, the guy interacting with our group did a great job hyping up the kids. I didn't get to check out the other amenities such as bowling and go-carts so I can't speak on them, but I've bowled here before and enjoyed myself. In the fall they do a haunted house. I've never attended it but that's another thing to consider. Honestly if the mini golf course was in better condition I'd give them another star but the empty ponds with visible pipes was ugly and off-putting. That said this seems like a good way to entertain some kids for a day.
