It's clear this business does not prioritize its customers once they've paid. It only gets worse. My second treatment was scheduled for March 26, and again, no one bothered to inform me of any issues. I had to call myself to confirm, only to find out that Tisha had resigned and my appointment couldn't happen. No call, no email, no effort to notify me. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the clinic, and not once has anyone returned my calls. Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I paid in full for laser treatments--not for excuses or sales pitches. This is extremely poor management and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately.
