I've been coming here for about two months now, and I wanted to give it some real time before leaving a review. Honestly, it's been nothing but a great experience. One of the biggest perks for me is that you don't need to bring cash. You can easily use their mobile app, which makes the whole process so much more convenient. (If you prefer, you can still use quarters on all the machines and their change machines are always working. I've never seen them out of service.) The machines themselves are top-notch. They clean my clothes thoroughly, and I'm using about half the amount of detergent I normally would, thanks to their high-efficiency design. The spin cycle is excellent too clothes come out damp instead of soaking wet, which makes drying much faster. Speaking of dryers, they're super reliable. Only one was out of service, which is impressive compared to other places where it feels like half the machines are broken. Cleanliness is another huge plus. The employees are constantly cleaning during their shifts, and it really shows. The place is always spotless. I did have a minor issue once when a machine threw an error code, but Johnny was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to fix it quickly, and I didn't lose a bunch of time something I've definitely dealt with at other laundromats. Yes, the prices are a little higher, but when you're using way less detergent (which, let's be honest, costs a fortune these days), it definitely evens out. I honestly hate to recommend this place because I know it's going to get busier but it's just too good to keep to myself. If you're thinking about trying it, don't wait. You'll be glad you made the switch. I'm a creature of habit, so changing laundromats wasn't easy for me, but I'm really glad I did. Plus, a few extra bonuses: you can take the carts out to the parking lot so you're not stuck carrying heavy loads, and there's always plenty of parking available! This Laundermat opens bright and early 6 am. Arrived on a Saturday morning around 7:30. There were plenty of washing machines available, top washers, front load washers in different sizes depending on the amount of clothes. They do have an ATM in case you want to get cash, to get change in Quarters from the coin machine. There is a almost $3.00 fee for the ATM so best to bring your own cash or coins. You also have the option to pay with your card, by scanning a QR code or using a debit card machine by entering the machine number. The person in charge of keeping the place nicely stocked and clean was very helpful in explaining us first timers how to use the washing machines, different types of washing settings, when to add the detergent and about how many minutes they would take. He also explained that with $1.25, you can dry the clothes, add more coins if you need more time on the drying. They have vending machines with snacks, drinks while you wait. The other vending machines include detergent, softner and dryer sheets. There also TV, Arcade games. There is a restroom you can use for a quarter and sinks with soap dispenser by the washing machines. read more

The cost to wash and dry your clothes is ridiculous compared to other laundromats. Normally I don't wash here but my usual laundromat gets busy and I desperately needed to go wash. For instance, the dryers start at 75 cent for only 10 minutes to dry compared to my usual laundromat that starts at 35 cents for 15 minutes. The washers are no better, starting at around $5 for a small load, whereas I can fill up a large washer with all of my loads at my regular spot for just $9. Not to mention the customer service here is not great when you need help. How are the prices going to be expensive AND not work properly. The only convenient thing of this place is that it is nearly empty, but it's clear now why that's the case. I don't recommend here unless you're at a desperate point to wash. What I love about this place is it's always working. Their machines are really powerful. 25 minutes for washer, where others' are usually 30 minutes or more. Saves me a lot of time. Been coming here for years but I guess that doesn't matter. I was sitting in the car and heard something dropping on the top of my car. Tried hollering to tell them to stop. They finally did then just stared at me and walked away. On the roof. Looking at me not saying a thing. I moved my car and came inside. The guy that works here used a blower and got the tar chips and gravel off the outside of the car. Came in and didn't come out to say sorry about that or even offer a car wash for the stupid shit the dickheads on the roof did. As a roofing business they should know better. Probably won't be back. This place is horrible, half the machines don't work and the attendant is useless. The place is clean but that's all it has going for it. Drying times get shorter and shorter. Been coming here for about a year now and never had any issues until today. My husband and I get out of work late and usually come wash around 8 pm and finish at 10 (right at closing time). There has been some instances were we go over 10-15 minutes but the staff has always been so kind to let us finish while they clean up. Today, the person in charge kicked us out got in my husband's face and started cursing at us to get out. Mind you, this whole time we didn't know who was in charge since no one was taking care of the place and cleaning up like they usually do. The real kick is that the man in charge (you can find him on the first picture here on Yelp) was outside getting drunk and blasting his music outside with his buddies. How are you drinking on the job? And how dare you treat paying customers that way? I understand that closing time is at 10 but his aggression towards us was not necessary. We were trying to explain to him that we were going to take our clothes out and put it away but how do you explain things to an intoxicated person? I had to call the police the moment he got in my husband's face and pushed the cart. I called the police that moment since he was drunk and I didn't want things to escalate The police didn't show up because apparently you can get intoxicated on commercial property. To sum it up, if the man on the first picture of this company's page is on duty, don't stay take your business elsewhere. This place is very clean. The lady that works here is very nice and sweet. Came here on a Thursday afternoon, for some reason the guy attendant is nowhere to be found. Do not bother purchasing any of the cold food items from the vending machine. Their cheap quality microwave doesn't even work. The washing machines do a descent job at getting the clothes all washed and clean. The dryer time has been cut a tad bit short than what it used to be. 7 minutes for a quarter. read more

I come here due to shear necessity. slowly the prices at this laundromat have been rising. While the quality of the dryers has been steadily going down. The owner purposely lowers the heat of the dryers so people have to pay more when they dry. This was told to me by someone who works in one of the nearby businesses. This laundry looks a little questionable on the outside but the washing machines seem like they're new. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Very clean laundromat. I love washing my clothes here. The parking space is pretty spacious, there's vending machines for snacks and any laundry detergent or sheets, and the machines are never out of order.
