My son's polyester high school marching band uniform needed to be cleaned after a full season of competitions, football halftime shows on dusty or muddy fields, and moving equipement and eating in it during all those. This red uniform had severe grease stains on the front and dirt smudges on the white stripe/trim areas. Thrifty somehow made the uniform look like new. No sign of those stains. Greg is a miracle worker!!! I got blood splattered all over my favorite jeans (long story, everyone is ok!) and he was amazingly able to clean it all out. They hire thieves. I'm highly disappointed in this establishment. I wash my clothes every week there, and on Sunday I left my clothes in one of the dryers because it was extremely busy I had to separate all my clothes into different areas, I forgot one load. There was a small woman sweeping there when I was washing. I come back the next day because the woman in the morning told me they had a lost and found, when I asked for my stuff back she said the cleaning people love to steal the clothes. I said how long do you even wait til you steal them she looked me in the eyes and said two days. She went and asked the small cleaning lady who was there, she made up a lie on the spot and how was I to confront her over my stuff? I thought very highly of this place.
