The website states last wash is at 8:45 so I made a 30 min walk over there just to be locked out at 8:30 the two workers could have easily let me in in the time allotted but it seems like the standing around they were doing was too much work to let anybody else in and the gentleman working trying to threaten me was very professional definitely recommend to stay away! read more

Ileana was so helpful and friendly! I wash in cold, but dissolve powdered boosters in hot, then add to washer. Ileana proactively and cheerfully brought me hot water from the back for this when water from the front did not get hot. She patiently explained the idiosyncrasies of the machines, and even helped me nicely fold a blanket that had been loaned to me so I could return it to its owner in tiptop shape. She was considerate to keep the ventilation flowing by opening the doors and turning on fans. I spent my entire morning in the laundromat. Ileana made it the best possible experience. As long as she is here, I will look forward to getting my laundry done, rather than dragging my feet and procrastinating. read more

I'm 79 years old, walk with a cane and have given up trying to do laundry in my apartment. It's so easy to drop off a couple of big bags and then pick up my order the next day. All my stuff is neatly folded. My bed uses Queen size sheets. There's no way I could fold those! The staff comes out to pick up my bags and also brings them out to my car. Great job! read more

Recently went for the first time and it was quite a pleasant experience. Me and my sister were looking for a new laundromat because the one on Sepulveda in between roscoe and chase has slowly degraded in quality over time and there is generally no one there at times to tend to customers if needed. We met Lucy, a very sweet and kind woman who made us really feel comfortable being at the store. Even hooked us up when we bought some candy from the store. Generally the place is very well maintained and you feel welcomed. Also the massage chair was amazing. Felt almost too relaxed after I got off haha. Overall, its a great place and the discounts they offer really make you compelled to come back. read more
