Do not deal with these people. my car was towed and was quoted by KIMBERLY in office 487.00 and open 24/7 when I arrived at midnight they refused to help me stated there will be an open at 8 AM. Had to get a hotel room for $400 arrived at 8 AM. no one was here! claiming 100 dollar service fee if not paying cash. Stated we had cash and then it was Changed the price to $1200. They added $800 and said that when we were here at $200 for a gate even though they refused to meet us out here and didn't answer the door. Another two it's Saturday and they don't do business on Saturday. Adding another $200 gate fee on top of that. read more

Just got my car stolen by driver Rick , Anthony and girl dispatcher . Saying Now we have to create a call to her dispatch . stealing from the boss trying to give me a ride to get cash from the atm for them so they don't have to make a call log . Dispatch doesn't answer for you to pay . I'm gonna do everything I can to shut this company down you guys faked with the wrong mother fukeaaa. You guys are scammmmmm. Do not call or use this company. They lied and said my insurance will pay for the tow once we got to the big bear cabin insurance advised me they don't pay . All I needed was a tire change . They charged me 400 $ cash and when I asked for tow bill dispatcher lagged and send 840$ when I confronted that his pocketing the $ have it all on video. You guys are thief's . All we can say is that if Zach didn't come and rescue us last night who knows how long we would have been stuck on the side of the road in Big Bear. We hit a pothole and got a flat tire at 3:30pm and called AAA. We were supposed to get picked up at 5:09pm by A-Performance Towing, well that time came and went. Then it was changed to 7:24pm, which came and went. Zach came to pick up another couple that was right by us with the same issue and we jokingly told him after you take them down the hill, on your way back up if we're still here, will you pick us up? He said, "Most definitely", and guess what, he showed up. We were so grateful. He took us down the hill to a 24 hour tire place and we were able to make it home. A-Performance even drove right past us at 7:24pm with no car on it. Apparently, A-Performance kept taking CHP calls and leaving us AAA people stranded. What we learned from this experience...avoid potholes lol, make sure you have a spare tire, make sure you have AAA+plus which allows for 100 miles of towing and my husband says to make sure you like the person in your car because waiting for 6 hours can get stressful! read more

Got robbed by this company. Initial tow was a Chp tow which is rate of $1200 a hr got charged 3 hrs to tow 300'. Out of my hands ok I'll pay it. Talked to owner he asked where I wanted it towed. I laughed and said I'm not paying $1200hr to tow to Fontana literally 35 min away. He said no. That was Chp rate I'll charge you $300 a hr to tow to Fontana. I said perfect figured 1 hr down and 2 hrs back to big bear. Maybe even pay 4 hrs I was ok with $ 1200. For the 4 hours. So initial tow was $3600 Figured 4 hrs $1200 Total should of been $4800 How did I get billed $6700. For this. Called and wouldn't give me an explanation I asked for owner and lady would not pass me on. Her reply was the price is the price. And had to pay in order for them to unhook. (At this moment) they asked me $1700+ for 1 mile towing and 3 days of overnight. I don't understand why they can overcharge so much??? My car is still stuck their parking lot. Rick was extremely helpful in a very difficult situation. What started as a fun trip with my girlfriend and her sister in an attempt to show them both falling snow for the first time, quickly turned when I drove right over a large fallen rock completely destroying my right front tire. In the pouring rain I finally got enough service to call CHP who said they were dispatching a tow truck. Unfortunately my tow truck had trouble locating me and before they got there, the Artic Circle became a blizzard scene. Rick drove by in the direction of Running Springs but 5 minutes later he was back to check on me. He said if I cancelled the other tow I was waiting on, he could tow me back to Running Springs where I have family who had already come to rescue my girlfriend and her sister. Rick not only towed my car back to a shop in Running Springs, but then drove me back to my cousin's place so they didn't have to drive in the blizzard to come get me. Thank you for everything, Rick. I live in LA area my aunt had an abandoned truck parked in her driveway for 2 wks. in Lake Arrowhead. I called to see if there was anything that we could do as we were told it's an HOA issue. a local tow service wanted to charge a few hundred dollars to tow it a few miles. I called Panorama towing who was referred to me by a friend..I spoke to the owner, Lee! so happy I did! Lee and her dispatchers drove an hr. to my aunts cabin , hooked it up and towed it back an hr. to BB city. ( not to mention the street is extremely narrow). they went above and beyond anyone's expectations as far as I am concerned. Oh, and at no charge . Lee explained how everything worked with the towing fees. what an honest lovely lady! I highly recommend this company! they took care of everything. My vehicle was stuck in the snow and the only tow company available at the time we needed was Panorama Tow. Andrea (employee) told me they would have a driver out there to tow it out of the street. The driver arrived and said he "couldn't see well" and didn't feel comfortable doing it. He said he would go back first thing the following morning to tow it. He went back the next day and gave an excuse that he couldn't tow it due to the "tint" on the window being too dark. As an officer, I work one on one with tow companies on a daily basis and the tint on windows has had nothing to do with towing a vehicle. Panorama charged my account $350 without providing the service. Then I called the office numerous times and was given several different answers. Kelly (employee) stated she was the manager and that they would provide the full refund and that I needed to call back to speak with Andrea for her to process it. When I called back as advised, Blanca (employee) then told me they would not provide me a refund and that Kelly was not authorized to provide me that information. When I asked how to resolve the situation, Blanca was extremely rude and short with me in her answers and then hung up on me. End result, my AAA ended up saving the day and towing the vehicle. Even their driver was familiar with Panorama Tow. Apparently, they are notorious for ripping people off the way I was. They also aren't trusted or reliable (according to sources) to have contracts with the sheriffs department or CHP. I went this weekend with my family and it snowed all weekend, we did not take any chains and our truck needs special chains we can not put regular ones on, so we called them and they were able to tow us down . TR got us down safe and easy. I read the other reviews about the price, but nothing too much to get my family home safe ! This is a horrible company for tow service. The driver accidentally slid his tow truck into my truck while attempting to pulling me out after getting stuck in a snow bank in big bear. They refused to cover the $1,800 estimate I had to repair the damage to my truck. I even got a letter saying they said they were uninsured. To which someone I think is the owner says his insurance denied the claim from my insurance because it was my fault. They tried to say I was in complete control of my vehicle and slid into thier tow truck. If that were true why was a second truck called to pull me out after the first truck got stuck on an icy hill with no chains after attempting to winch me out and sliding backwards into my truck? Bottom line this company has numerous complaints and the common denominator is this company. If so many complain about the same company do the math on what's common.
