Brittany and Josh were great and flexible about scheduling, and when the patio door was ready weeks ahead of the windows, they were happy to accommodate my request to just go ahead and install it separately without any extra cost or fuss. Josh was very communicative during the install, worked fast and professionally, was happy to answer any questions I had, and made sure there was no mess left behind. A few morning sessions and everything was good to go! As for the product, I live in a condo complex on a busy major street and I work from home, so keeping out traffic and neighbor noise was a very high priority for me. We went ahead and replaced all our exterior windows, a sliding glass door, and a patio door. My partner and I are both stunned by how much quieter it is inside and it's made my home office experience much more pleasant.
